Procuramos uma pessoa para atuar em time multidisciplinar de UX, com boa experiência em projetos estratégicos. Você fará parte de time que atua de forma transversal entre as várias Unidades de Negócio com atuação em clientes PJ, o que faz como que seja um time que assume execução de projetos e responsabilidades quanto à cultura de UX na empresa.

Quais serão suas principais entregas?

  • Atuar em diferentes projetos simultaneamente, de equipes multidisciplinares, colaborativos e com stakeholders de diversas unidades de negócio;
  • Planejar e realizar ações que estarão diretamente ligados à objetivos estratégicos da empresa;
  • Identificação de oportunidades de novas frentes ou melhorias de processos que elevem a qualidade de UX & Design na empresa.

Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Dominar a visão cliente/mercado do negócio da empresa, contribuindo com a visão estratégia por meio do Design e Pesquisa;
  • Trabalhar para aumentar a maturidade de design na empresa junto com as demais profissionais e lideranças de design, através de projetos, processos e apoiada em métricas;
  • Influenciar a construção dos nossos produtos e serviços digitais pela visão de cliente e design junto aos times de tecnologia, produto e outros stakeholders;
  • Utilizar a influência com pares e parceiros, para promover a participação de design em frentes estratégicas do negócio e espaço para condução dos processos de design;
  • Ajudar a criar mecanismos para avaliar e melhorar a qualidade de UX nas entregas, navegando entre níveis táticos e estratégicos;
  • Realizar a gestão de ferramentas de design e pesquisa.

The Vergeis seeking a Senior Tech Editor to work with writers and editors across our newsroom to assign stories, edit copy, and coordinate coverage around the week’s biggest events.

As Senior Tech Editor, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities for deeper reporting, clear analysis, and daily coverage, and then working with writers and editors to get those stories assigned and seen through to publication. You’ll need to be a sharp and savvy editor who can help writers turn an initial pitch into something great, guide both new and experienced reporters through tricky pieces, and quickly edit copy into the best shape possible.

The Verge’s Senior Tech Editor will work on a broad scope of stories. You’ll need to be able to jump from a deep dive on corporate earnings, to an experiential piece on emerging tech, to a funny story about TikTok filters all in the space of an afternoon while bringing insight and clarity to every one. A comfort with a range of topics and tones is essential, and the ability to identify what type of coverage is needed for any given story is a must.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $103,200 - $135,450 per year. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Knowledge Management (KM) Program including system migrations, systems maintenance, fostering continuous systems and program improvement, data integrity and User Experience (UX)
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to capture and integrate their data, information, and knowledge into the KM system

The Opportunity

The Sr. Front-End Developer will work with the product development team to develop, maintain, and support web development projects at GivingData. The developer must have a strong technical foundation and a full understanding of coding standards and best practices in relation to front-end development in React.

The Senior Front-End Developer reports to the VP, Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new features using React and Typescript
  • Migrate existing product features from AngularJS to the modern React stack
  • Work with the product design team to style components using TailwindCSS
  • Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (such as WCAG) to create inclusive experiences for all users.
  • Document code appropriately for maintainability
  • Guide and support development of tools, infrastructure, and processes within the configuration, build, and release process
  • Translate requirements and user stories into functional and well-architected code
  • Collaborate with different teams and team members on projects
  • Participate in planning meetings, development, estimations, and design sessions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with modern front-end web technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, and other technologies commonly used in a modern web application stack
  • Working knowledge of front-end product design and UX development
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

The Opportunity

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $355,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas.   • Join a kick-off meeting about a new project with the Product Manager, Product Designer and UX Researcher who will be working with you on this one. You will go through business requirements and research findings, and set off to work on a copy strategy that will enhance the user’s experience.
  • Spend some uninterrupted work time to focus on writing, rewriting and writing again. You will ruthlessly edit and iterate on copy to be as simple as possible, but not simplistic. 
  • Add a new term in the terminology glossary and tweak the copy of a help text in the relevant Design System component.
  • 3+ years / proven work experience in writing UX copy as part of a user-centric design process
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in American English (native/bilingual speaker)
