Technical Expertise:

  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or Lang Chain.
  • Experience in building and deploying Generative AI applications, including LLM fine-tuning and integration.
  • Advanced knowledge in NLP, Computer Vision, and Recommendation Systems.
  • Full-stack expertise:

The role

What you will do

Strategic initiatives

  • Develop frameworks for decision-making to address long-term business challenges and opportunities across stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Responsibilities:  

ETL/Data Warehouse:

  • Perform analysis of RDBMS tables and PowerCenter objects to answer questions pertaining to the data warehouse and the data transformations. 
  • Create and maintain scripts and files that perform various functions on the Informatica integration servers.  Use Putty or other Unix text editor to maintain Linux environment.  
  • Maintain data model documentation (ERwin) if changes to the ETL require database changes, and develop, test, and deploy associated DDL.  
  • Manage releases of changes to ETL, scripts, DDL, and scheduling components from Development to Test to Production.   
  • Provide support for the Test, Certification, and Production DW environments.  
  • Maintain Consolidated Data Model (CDM).  
  • Any knowledge of Informatica Cloud Integration Services a plus 
  • Provide ongoing development and maintenance of financial data marts and enterprise data warehouse using BI best practices, relational structures, dimensional data, structured query language skills, data warehouse and reporting techniques.  
  • Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved delivery of data supporting agency financial operations and mission.

Education & Qualifications Required:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect and implement best-in-class Data Warehousing and reporting solutions
  • Lead and participate in design discussions and meetings
  • Mentor data engineers and analysts
  • Design, automate, build, and launch scalable, efficient and reliable data pipelines into production using Python
  • Build real-time data and reporting solutions
  • Design, build and enhance dimensional models for Data Warehouse and BI solutions
  • Research new tools and technologies to improve existing processes
  • Develop new systems and tools to enable the teams to consume and understand data more intuitively
  • Partner with engineers, project managers, and analysts to deliver insights to the business
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve production and data issues
  • Create test plans, test scripts and perform data validation
  • Tune SQL queries, reports and ETL pipelines
  • Build and maintain data dictionary and process documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in data engineering with data warehouse technologies
  • 5+ years experience in custom ETL design, implementation and maintenance
  • 5+ years experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling
  • Experience building real-time data solutions and processes
  • Advanced skills with Python and SQL are a must
  • Experience with one or more MPP databases(Redshift, Bigquery, Snowflake, etc)
  • Experience with one or more ETL tools(Informatica, Pentaho, SSIS, Alooma, etc)
  • Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms
  • Strong software engineering skills in any server side language, preferable Python
  • Experienced in working collaboratively across different teams and departments
  • Strong technical and business communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Kafka, HDFS, Hive, Cloud computing, machine learning, text analysis, NLP & Web development experience is a plus
  • Experience with Continuous integration and deployment
  • Knowledge and experience of financial markets, banking or exchanges
  • Web development skills with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $136,000 - $170,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.

About the Role

We are looking for an audio and video channel expert who has had experience working across OTT, CTV, Linear, traditional and digital audio channels. The ideal candidate is energetic and a self-starter willing to dig in and partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to improve the execution and efficiencies of these audio and video programs. They can ramp up quickly and work effectively with little oversight and prioritize and manage their own work, clearly tying it to the goals of the larger team, and the business as a whole. Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management - Own the optimization and day-to-day management of some of our core digital media channels - bid & budget management, target audience development & refinement, trafficking & operations, and creative iteration.
  • Process Automation - Identify opportunities to automate processes, working with product, engineering, and analytics teams to build in-house paid marketing tools (e.x. audience automation, creative optimization, campaign building, performance reporting, and forecasting). Develop an effective optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance
  • Data Analysis -Pull and analyze reports to extract insights and transform those insights into actionable changes that will improve performance. Work closely with the Analytics team to understand the performance of campaigns and tests; develop dashboards to monitor performance over time. Work with measurement partners to constantly evaluate channel incrementality and cost curves.
  • Creative -Partner with the brand and creative teams to concept, produce, refine, and iterate thumb-stopping performance branding creative that tells our brand story while achieving KPIs
  • Vendor Management -Partner with agencies, account partners, and other relevant vendors to monitor performance, explore new platform opportunities, secure access to beta features, and provide value to other Thumbtack teams.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Develop proprietary solutions to provide the business with the best analytics to drive success in existing and new contracts

  • Enable the MVBC team to achieve higher efficiency in performing analyses and running reports by:

    • Documenting technical processes for future reference
    • Providing expertise to team members in technical aspects of building healthcare analytical solutions
  • Assume leadership in representing the MVBC team in organization-wide infrastructure-related projects such as database, platform, and application migration
  • Collaborate closely with IT leadership, engineers, and 3rd parties to build and enhance business analytics to support Privia Health’s VBC business
  • Learn and understand the Medicare regulatory landscape related to healthcare data, analytics, Shared Savings programs, and Accountable Care Organizations (ACO)

Qualifications

  • Proven record in building automation, ETL, and scalable analytics using SAS and SQL
  • Strong experience with SAS and SQL required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in healthcare or a quantitative major (e.g., public health, engineering, analytics, economics, actuarial sciences, statistics, healthcare information systems) OR relevant equivalent experience preferred 
  • Experience working at a health plan, hospital system, ACO, provider organization, consulting firm, technology start-up, or previous analytics experience and capabilities preferred
  • Experience with Snowflake environment preferred
