As an Account Executive, SMB you will be an important part of small (but growing!) mighty GTM team responsible for sourcing, landing and expand new contracts with strategic teams inside small and mid-sized companies.

ROLE ????????‍????????‍????

  • As a member of our high-performing Mid Market/Product-Led sales team (velocity), you will be instrumental in landing new business with small to medium sized organizations
  • Close teams of 5-15 members at a high velocity and pass them off to the AMs for expansion
  • Navigate mid-sized organizations to map stakeholders, generate pipeline, build champions, get buy-in and close deals with C-Level and VP-level decision makers
  • Define territory and account strategies that enable sales velocity in partnership with Sales Development Reps, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and Exec Sponsors

2+ years of relevant professional sales experience as a closer, preferably selling B2B SaaS products to a SMB or mid-market target customer. Experience in a product-led sales motion a plus!

SALARY INFO ????

The Account Executive, SMB role may span a range of experience and expertise. Through our interview process, we will review your background, local market data, and use a mix of technical and qualitative assessments to determine where you fall in our range. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.

Our starting salaries for this role range from $95,000-$120,000 OTE.  The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options

We are open to hiring for this role anywhere in the US.  We take a locally informed approach to compensation, and our range is inclusive of starting salaries in different geographies.

What you will do

As our Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of existing technology services and systems. Partnering with Technology, Security, and DevOps, you will be a pivotal decision-maker in driving continuous technology enhancements and improvements within Karat.

  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of existing technology systems and services.
  • Partner with external vendors to resolve issues, evaluate solutions, and negotiate pricing.

The experience you will bring

  • 4+ years of experience in Information Technology with at least 2 years as a System Administrator (or similar)
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and managing MacOS environments is required
  • Proficiency with MDM platforms in mixed environments (e.g., Jamf and Intune)
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and applications, including identity management, Okta, G Suite, and Office 365

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. This role may be eligible for additional rewards, including commissions, bonuses, and equity.
The base salary pay range across the United States for this role is:
$78,487.50$123,318 USD

Your role

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that support business objectives and highlight Handshake’s data, product, community, and team.
  • Run the show across all channels: content ideation, social calendar management, production and measurement. 
  • Drive the content creation process from ideation to publishing, in lockstep with the brand design team. 
  • Support executive LinkedIn content creation by identifying unique angles and trending topics relevant to their area of expertise, audience makeup and business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and spearhead the social component of product launches, customer events and seasonal moments tied to the academic and recruiting calendar.
  • Seek out and build relationships with our community (students, employers and universities), industry experts and influencers to amplify our reach.
  • Manage and monitor accounts for customer service inquiries and potential brand risks.
  • Keep us ahead of the curve on trends, platform updates and algorithm changes.

Your experience

  • 5-7 years proven experience in social media management either in-house, agency, or a mix of both 
  • You are an expert in: content strategy, social copywriting, video production, social analytics, community management, and platform optimization. 
  • What you are eager to become an expert in: data storytelling, higher ed, B2B software, and Gen Z trends. 
  • How you work: adept at multitasking, project managing, problem solving, managing up, collaborating with a range of stakeholders and communicating with a point of view.

Compensation range

Qualities you possess…

About The Role

As the executive assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Administrative and Operational Support

What You’ll Do

  • Source, pre-screen, and submit candidates for a variety of roles, both technical and non-technical.
  • Engage with candidates through creative and strategic communication across different platforms (LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub, etc.).
  • Guide candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process, including evaluation assessments.
  • Build talent pipelines and proactively identify new channels to discover top talent.
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details and progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sourcing strategies.

Our Evaluation Process

  • Video Submission: Submit a short video answering questions about your experience and interests.
  • Initial Screening: A 15-minute interview with our Talent Sourcer to assess English fluency and suitability.
  • Toggl Assessment: Complete an English and recruitment skills assessment.
  • Technical Recruiter Interview: A detailed discussion to evaluate your skills and fit.
  • Cultural Fit Interview: Meet with team members for the final round.
  • Reference Check: Finalize the process with a thorough reference check.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the recruiting field (experience in the technology field is a big plus).
  • Superior English fluency (verbal and written).
  • Experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, social platforms, etc.) and familiarity with ATS tools.

As a Client Success Manager, your role is to help our client’s customers win fast, win big, and ensure they renew or ascend to their next-level coaching program. Our client helps health professionals grow their coaching businesses online, therefore previous experience in digital/coaching business and marketing is a must.

You've dealt with funnels before, so you understand the effort, metrics, and emotions involved. You’ll be responsible for building long-term relationships with our client’s customers; orienting them and helping them “consume” our client’s training.You would likely be overseeing about 100 clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct onboarding calls with new clients and ensure they are 100% clear on how to get started and what to focus on to get fast wins.
  • Conduct 1:1 and group calls to guide clients through the Program and ensure they understand all of the resources within the Product.
  • Update CRM (Ontraport) with any client notes to always know how clients are progressing and if/where they are stuck, managing their “traffic light” color to know where they’re at in terms of clarity & engagement.
  • Conduct renewal conversation calls toward the end of each client’s 12-month contract.
  • Engage in private Skool community (respond to comments, encourage others, post helpful and accountability based posts) to help clients through sticking points related to workshop material and/or mindset, self-belief, and staying the course.
  • Attend Weekly Sync (team meeting), Weekly Client Success meeting, and weekly 1-on-1 meetings.
  • Submit Weekly Review at the end of each week to help solve problems and review KPIs.

OUTCOMES // KPIs: 

Your job is to maintain a weekly pulse on ALL of your clients and make sure traffic lights are updated to reflect their actual status. Your goal is to make sure clients NEVER get to “red”, and that any “yellow” lights are turned into “green” as quickly as possible.

  1. >70% of clients renew.
  2. 90% of all clients are “green.”
  3. Internal “traffic light system” to track clients’ status:
  • GREENmeans they have clarity about their objective and they are moving forward.
  • YELLOW means they are stuck on something or going slower than expected.
  • RED means they are unresponsive, not using the product, completely off track.

TIME & COMMITMENT

You will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, you will be expected to open enough calendar space to offer: 

  • Kickstart calls (for onboarding new clients).
  • SWAT sessions (for renewal conversations).
  • 1:1 and group coaching calls with clients.
  • 1:1 interviews with successful clients to collect and share social proof.
  • You will be expected to be available to communicate through Slack daily.

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of client success/account management or similar experience in the coaching services industry.
  • 1+ years experience in digital marketing (webinars, funnels, ads, social media).
  • Experience in digital marketing - have either run your own or managed/coached other webinars, funnels, SBC, etc.
  • Based in North America with English being your 1st language.
  • You are very well organized and can handle a hefty client load.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment or have already worked in a fast-paced environment with a growth-minded/entrepreneurial spirit mindset.
  • You are consistent and show up for the team in a way that they can trust.
  • You have studied and or been certified by influencers in the coaching space such as Tony Robbins, Brendan Burchard, or similar.

About the Job

OffSec is looking for a self-driven, highly motivated and organized Project Manager/Scrum Master for our Project Management Team. The role will likely be split evenly between two areas of responsibility.

Scrum Master: In this area, the person will be responsible for managing the sprints and associated tasks for up to two software development teams, facilitating all meetings/Scrum ceremonies, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve their processes and eliminate impediments. Must have software development project management experience, and a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and a proven ability to guide others to deliver outstanding results in a timely manner.  The position will help the team perform at their highest possible level, protecting the team from distractions both internal and external.

Project Manager: In this area, the person will be responsible for managing up to 3 medium-sized projects, which will typically be related to those of their development team(s). They’ll need to work with stakeholders across the organization to get agreement on project definition and goals, identify all the work needed, build project plans based on available resources, report on progress and productivity, and coordinate release activities.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Leads multiple software development teams, employing Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver business value efficiently. Prioritizes collaboration with product managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Engages in project, capacity, and roadmap planning, demonstrating flexibility and fostering strong team collaboration, particularly with engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.

  • Experience working with global teams in varying time zones and remote locations.
  • Ability to accomplish goals by managing and influencing individuals to meet deadlines on time.

Compensation range
