Qualifications

  • Proven track record of cultivating solid cross–functional relationships with internal teams (including senior leadership teams, sales, marketing, services, GTM and product teams), clients and partners

Qualifications

  • More than 20 years proven experience in a pre-sales or offering specialist role within the Managed Cloud Services or IT services industry.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies on one or more of the platforms (Azure, AWS & GCP).

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing sales team members on best-in-class discovery (we believe in value selling), sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and go-to-market strategies.. You’ll sit at a unique place between important functions - you’ll be the person that helps us connect the dots and serve as the cross-functional ‘glue’. 
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules. Make sure these materials aren’t used as boring presentations, but as foundations for thoughtful discovery conversations!
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency. Beyond this, we’ll ask you to own certain key vendor relationships to get the most out of them, helping us achieve 10x by leaning on key partners to execute efficiently against our strategy.

  • Continuously seek feedback from the sales team to refine and improve enablement programs.

What You’ll Bring to this Role and Your New Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Proficiency in using Sales Navigator, Gong, Salesforce preferred. Experience with LeadIQ is nice-to-have.

Virtual Home Improvement Sales Specialist 

    • This is a SALES Role, NOT Customer Service

    • Compensation: $15/hour + Uncapped Monthly Bonus

We are seeking a self motivated individual to join our category sales team focusing on Home Improvement categories including, but not limited to Plumbing, Lighting, and Appliances. What you’ll do:

  • Leverage your deep product expertise in categories such as plumbing, lighting and appliances to help navigate our customers through their purchase
  • Learn how to sell products in high growth and technical categories through creative and impactful initiatives
  • Grow through world class training and continuous career development. You’ll be trained on our offerings, software, processes and supplier capabilities
  • Bring a willingness to share innovative ideas and solutions to make us all better

  • Ability to maintain internet speeds of 25Mbps+ (download) and 5+ (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hardwire ethernet internet connection (no WiFi) 
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications and technical acumen to learn new business systems
  • Meeting time in role expectations and general sales experience in a fast paced, customer facing role
  • Interest or passion for home products a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma equivalent preferred
