You’ll join our Revenue Operations team reporting to our Sales & Marketing Operations Manager. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will help implement strategy, processes, policies, and solutions that boost sales efficiency. This role will be responsible for supporting day to day operations for the RollWorks Business Unit’s Sales teams. You’ll partner cross-functionally to support business priorities and act as a resource to accelerate rapid revenue-growth and retention, increase market share and meet strategic objectives by scaling the selling process to minimize friction and maximize efficiency.

The impact you’ll make: 

  • Proactively surface and work through areas of improvement with stakeholders across multiple teams (Business Systems, Marketing, Sales, etc) to help reduce or eliminate operational inefficiencies and improve the Sales process
  • Serve as the go-to resource for RollWorks’ Sales teams providing support with Salesforce ticket inquiries, responding to data management requests, and building dashboards
  • Work closely with the enablement team, help provide training and support to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices, enhancing their capability and effectiveness
  • Supply the data and analysis needed to develop and improve sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales performance against targets, providing proactive insight into Sales performance

Skills you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Sales or Sales Operations
  • 1+ years of Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud required) and Salesforce admin certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of best practices within sales operations, project management and data management 
  • Experience with common sales technology stacks (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData)
  • Proficient working with Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • User focused lens for process improvement with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT

Additional Information:

Minimum salary of $81,892 to maximum salary of $125,941 + equity + benefits.

The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. About the Role

Vidyard is looking for a collaborative and revenue-minded operations professional that wants to become part of a rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Manager, Sales Operations, the Revenue Operations Analyst will play a key role in developing the processes, infrastructure, and analysis that inform our go-to-market motion.

You have a well-rounded understanding of revenue and sales team KPIs, process design and system implications, and forecasting. You are energized by the opportunity to be a key individual in helping VY close deals, are eager to learn new skills/ technologies and seek ways to streamline processes. In this role you will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Revenue systems teams. 

This is a remote role open to candidates located in Canada.

About the Team

Our growing RevOps team consists of a diverse and passionate group of individuals across sales operations, marketing operations, systems and tools. Our mission is to enable predictable and scalable revenue growth for Vidyard. We do this by partnering closely with GTM teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success as well as Product and Finance to develop the strategy, processes, and analytics that inform our go-to-market motion. Key functions and responsibilities we support include Planning, Forecasting, GTM process improvements, Territory Design, Deal Processing & Order Management, KPI reporting and analysis and, GTM tech stack optimization.

What You’ll Work On

  • Sales Process Optimization:Evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. To do this, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions, as well as Sales Enablement and Sales Systems leads to support behavioural change management. 
  • Revenue Data Governance: Conduct regular audits at month/quarter-end analysis to support business performance reporting. Own the creation, maintenance, and delivery of key datasets.
  • Order management:Support our Sales team in the quote-to-close process; ensuring our pricing/discounting policies have been followed and all contract-level-data is accurate. This can require liaising with product and legal teams, as well as Sales/RevOps/Finance leadership. Where possible, identify opportunities for process improvement using our tech stack (Zuora, Salesforce). 
  • Revenue Planning:Assist in developing accurate revenue forecasting and financial models. Monitor performance against sales targets and forecasting through dashboards (primarily Salesforce), providing ad-hoc analysis on business performance drivers as needed. 
  • Performance Management:Identify, refine, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance, and most importantly, drive actions to ensure a continuous improvement across all teams. Aid in development of business requirements for stakeholder metrics, leveraging tools such as Google sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools.

What You’ll Bring to this Role and Your New Team:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in software SalesOps/BizOps/RevOps, or Sales Strategy
  • Curious and analytical. Strong data-driven problem solving skills
  • Intermediate excel skills (comfortable with advanced functions, pivots, lookups, etc.)
  • Strong project management abilities and high attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with key sales leaders and other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment 
  • CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) experience a plus (ideally Zuora or Salesforce)

The Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Security Operations Analyst to join our Information Security & Riskteam.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help take Addepar’s Security and Risk Program to the next level. In this role, this person will work as part of the Security Operations function to investigate security alerts, develop new monitoring strategies, and work with the wider business to increase the overall security posture of the organisation.

We are looking for someone with prior SOC experience who is a self-starter, takes ownership of their work, and is a believer in collaborative teamwork! This role is responsible for continuing to advance the buildout of Addepar’s SOC and incident response functions, interfacing closely with our MDR provider, maintaining and improving our SIEM platform, and acting as incident commander for security-related incidents.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to security alerts and run threat hunting exercises.
  • Help develop security alerts with our existing toolset and develop security-centric IR processes and runbooks.
  • Take part in Addepar’s security on-call rotation, act as incident commander during Security Incidents, and lead regular incident postmortem exercises.
  • Lead triage work during major incidents and validate incident occurrences to identify Security-related risks.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and analysis of alerts and monitoring to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Identify recurring issues and patterns to proactively prevent future problems and enhance system security.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of security incident response and investigation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. Computer Science or Engineering related education preferred.
  • Experience with investigating using a wide variety of detective technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, packet capture analysis, host forensics and memory analysis tools.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages, including at least one scripting language.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to deliver to time-sensitive guidelines.
  • Certifications in Incident Response, Forensics, and Cloud Security are a major plus.
  • Curious, always learning and deeply interested in cybersecurity.
  • Self-starter with proactive problem solving skills
