The Technology Department delivers differentiation, scalability, and security for the business. Reporting to the COO, Technology provides digital tools, software services and infrastructure globally to all business groups. Software development and support teams work in agile ‘streams’ aligned to specific business areas. Our other teams work enterprise-wide to provide critical services including our global service desk, network and system infrastructure, IT operations, security, enterprise architecture and design.

The Information Security team reports to the CTO and is responsible for protecting Marex data and assets, as well as providing security advice. The team is relatively small; therefore, its members have a chance to experience various areas of security.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join this team.

In the role, you will assist in monitoring access levels, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and ensuring that all exceptions related to access and permissions are thoroughly reviewed and addressed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a basic understanding of IAM processes to develop their skills further in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Role specific:
• Respond to stakeholder queries related to access requests, issues, and exceptions in a timely manner.
• Review and process exceptions to access policies, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Ensure various tasks for user accounts, roles, and permissions are completed by relevant teams by raising and tracking tickets.
• Support periodic access reviews to ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
• Stay updated on IAM best practices and contribute to process improvements.

• Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.

Skills and Experience:

• Recent, demonstrable experience in the field of Information Security.
• Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and practices.
• Experience with user account provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and issue resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and systems (e.g., Active Directory, SailPoint, Okta) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver repeatable testing methodologies to support control assurance testing, including automated testing frameworks for cloud environments.
  • Ensure control tests are well-planned, including risk identification, sampling, selection of controls, testing methods, and reporting criteria.
  • Lead control testing teams to perform design and operating effectiveness testing of information security controls, including fieldwork, testing, and reporting activities.
  • Provide quality assurance for control testing documentation produced during testing, ensuring accurate completion of all required control testing documentation.
  • Identify and document control deficiencies, including root causes, risk descriptions, issue ratings, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and present reports of control testing findings to partners, socializing any findings.
  • Be the primary contact with partners for the controls tests you lead, ensuring the quality of control testing engagements and stakeholder communications, including regular status updates.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the control testing program by ensuring indicators are measurable, that testing materials are standardized, and stakeholder feedback is captured to facilitate improvement.
  • Identify test cases for control activities and develop automated testing scripts to enhance the testing process.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience working in Control Assurance or Risk environments.
  • Experience creating queries and reports using RSA Archer and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of security tools such as Sailpoint, Rapid7, Wiz.io, and MS Defender
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and controls principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts and technologies, AWS and Azure
  • Experience using generative AI such as Chat GPT to create test strategies, reports, and communications.
  • Familiarity with Kanban boards and Jira.

Responsibilities:

The Identity Access Management Technician’s role is to plan, organize, and manage the enterprise identity environment at iRhythm Technologies. This position will ensure that the identity systems, privileged access, and associated integrations are properly planned, installed, configured, documented, secured, and maintained particularly Active Directory and Okta. This role will also be working closely with engineers and systems owners and partner with other organizations in the business. What You'll Be Doing:

Duties in this role include:

About the role

Pay Transparency:

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience with ideally a focus on identity management and authentication.
  • 3+ years of experience with Python, React, etc.
  • Strong understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.

About the role 

As a Security Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing security technologies and the supporting infrastructure.  You will  be responsible for ensuring systems are secure, highly available, fault tolerant, and scale to meet business needs.  

Work may include documenting new standard operating procedures, ensuring vendor recommended security baseline configurations are implemented, designing repeatable deployment patterns, performing disaster recovery testing, configuring new integrations, implementing a new technology, patching applications and operating systems, performing upgrades and other maintenance tasks, documenting the as-built architecture, and participate in investigations and service restorations.
