Our team runs 24/7 with about 400 people between New York, Dublin, Portland and a remote workforce. Customer Support Associates are on the front lines working with our customers every single day to ensure that issues with their account are resolved in a timely manner. You will leverage your system knowledge and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience to not only solve problems for our users, but be a positive advocate of our brand. This remote role reports to a Customer Support Team Lead.

Your first two weeks at Squarespace will include mandatory virtual training from September 30 to October 11 taking place in Central Time. To apply, you must currently live within the Central or Mountain Timezone in the following states: Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Tennessee, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Mississippi or Utah.

You'll Get To…

  • Respond to customer-submitted live chats and email in a timely manner
  • Queue-based, typing work will account for approximately 90% of the role
  • Live Chat is our primary channel of support in this role
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their Account, Billing, Domain, or other transactional inquiries
  • Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction, in email and live chat
  • Stay up to date on new product features and improvements

Who We're Looking For

  • Open availability to work a 40 hour work week that spans weekends and holidays as our customers need us
  • 1+ years customer-facing experience required in a similar role (retail, hospitality, online support)
  • Expertise with written communication and the ability to spot spelling and grammar errors
  • Proficiency with decoding conversations, identifying the cause, and aligning on end goals

The Basics

As a Tanium Software Engineer II focused on Cloud technologies, you will build and maintain best-of-breed products and infrastructure as part of a nimble development team. When new product ideas are identified, our software engineers design, develop, test, and deploy the products and supporting services from the ground up, while iterating with product management and customers for feedback and input.

We’re looking for someone with

  • Education

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 to $190,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The Durable Objects (DO) team is responsible for DO, Cloudflare's distributed coordination API with strongly consistent storage. Squarespace is hiring a Remote Operations Support Analyst, Workforce Solutions (Remote)

The Workforce Solutions team contributes to Squarespace’s mission of empowering people with creative ideas to succeed by helping the Customer Operations Team provide around-the-clock support. Ensuring that our Agents are scheduled to provide the right information at the right time is critical to Squarespace's success. 

As an individual contributor on the Support Operations team, you serve as an analytics expert to monitor the health of our operations. You will schedule our global resources, manage the intra-day volume workload on a real-time basis, and provide accurate reporting to our stakeholders. You’ll also provide subject matter expertise for Aspect tools and software, as Squarespace continues to grow.

This position is remote in the United States and reports in through the Manager of Workforce Solutions in Dublin, Ireland.

You’ll Get To...

  • Be the primary contact in supporting our internal Acuity and Customer Success teams and manage the relationship between WFS and team leadership
  • Identify trends in data and develop recommendations for operational improvements within Customer Support to improve efficiency and the customer experience
  • Design reports for evaluating performance for a variety of Customer Support teams and programs
  • Create compelling stories through data to influence decisions while working with multiple partners, including Customer Support Managers and Directors
  • Help design and monitor ETLs to consolidate data into reliable datasets for analysis
  • Work with our external partners and their WFM team to monitor Intra-Day performance and recommend the reallocation of available resources across channels
  • Monitor and report the attendance for all external contractors, ensuring that exceptions or absences have been recorded in Assembled
  • Identify factors contributing to increased workload such as increased volume or AHT and work with leadership to identify causes to bring the workload back into alignment with the forecasts
  • Monitor real-time schedule adherence of our external partners and works with the Operations team to resolve adherence issues and ensure staffing to requirements.
  • Create daily performance reports reflecting channel health using in-house designed tools to promote queue awareness, and data literacy.
  • Deliver weekly over/under staffing reports on Intraday Performance (IDP) and analyze data to address operational challenges and trends
  • Contribute to the development of operational policies and documentation of Workforce Solutions processes

Who We’re Looking For...

  • 5+ years experience routing real-time contact center operations in a command center environment, including experience with external partners
  • 3+ years of experience using a workforce management tool
  • Experience analyzing statistical data/trends and recommending quick applicable steps
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with database design and creating front-end solutions for reporting and data distribution
  • Comfortable diving into data to find trends and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to devise creative solutions in a collaborative environment
  • Experience with Zendesk and Google Cloud Platform
  • Exposure to at least one high-level programming language such as SQL, Python, R or SAS

Cash Compensation Range: $53,500 - $96,500 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.

Squarespace is hiring a Remote Customer Support Associate, French (Remote)

Our team runs 24/7 with about 400 people between New York, Dublin, Portland and a remote workforce. Customer Support Associates are on the front lines working with our customers every day to ensure that issues with their accounts are resolved promptly. You will use your system knowledge and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience to solve problems for our users but advocate for our brand.

This remote role reports to a Customer Support Team Lead in Dublin Ireland. Your first two weeks at Squarespace will include mandatory virtual training from September 02 through September 13, 2024. You must speak and write fluently in both French and English.

You'll Get To…

  • Respond to customer-submitted live chats and emails in a timely manner
  • Queue-based, typing work will account for approximately 90% of the role.
  • Live Chat is our primary channel of support in this role.
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their Account, Billing, Domain, or other transactional inquiries
  • Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction, in email and live chat.
  • Stay up to date on new product features and improvements
  • Identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues.

Who We're Looking For

  • Open availability to work a 40 hour work week that spans weekends and holidays as our customers need us.

Job Description

We are looking for talented developers who love to create amazing web experiences to join one of NZ’s fastest-growing startups. They are helping over 30 million teachers and students eliminate printing and scanning and the associated costs and effort - so teachers can spend more of their time on achieving better learning outcomes for the next generation.

As an engineer for this forward-thinking startup, you will not be locked in the backroom implementing specs sheets - you’ll be talking to the customers/teachers who already love their product, and figuring out how to make it work even better for them. This position will suit an Engineer with a good product sense and is comfortable working relatively autonomously but who can also collaborate well both internally and externally.

With the majority of users based in the US, when travel is back to normal, we may travel to attend conferences, trade shows and to visit schools using our software. So ideally you will relish the opportunity to travel and have no passport restrictions.

Qualifications

Technical skills and experience required for the role are:

  • Proficiency with Javascript, HTML, CSS, and experience working with large Single Page Applications (SPAs). Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries, e.g AngularJS, VueJS, React.
  • Strong product sense and ability to work with customers to design bespoke solutions.
  • Experience with developing high-performance front-end code, profiling with Chrome Developer tools.
  • Appetite to learn new languages and technologies.
  • They adopt the latest tech fast, including Service Workers, Native Client, and real-time communication in our app (Most of their users are on evergreen browsers, so we get to use the new web technologies).
  • This is primarily a front-end engineering position, however, they use Ruby, Rails, Java, Kubernetes (with GKE).
  • PostgreSQL and CockroachDB in the backend and experience with them is a bonus.
  • Great communication and engagement skills.
  • A positive, passionate and collaborative approach.
