The Team

The Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow works with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. As part of the Customer Outcomes team, you will work with our customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction and ultimately help our customers grow their business on the ServiceNow platform by getting them to see the value of their ServiceNow investment.

The Role

The Pr. Business Process Consultant, Customer and Industries Workflow is the functional and process expert of a customer engagement team – consulting with customers and guiding them in the endeavor of transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow Customer and Industries products – all with the goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes.

· Be the process expert in how to best support by using ServiceNow products using ServiceNow best practices focused on configuration vs. customization

· Process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future-state processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders

· Lead customers in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow capabilities in their efforts to improve their processes

· Lead customer design workshops

· Owning support of key customer process owners/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to obtain business requirements using ServiceNow standard materials and collateral

· Guiding customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for functional aspects of the solution

· Drafting more functionality-focused user stories, their acceptance criteria, testing strat-egy and knowledge transfer while supporting customers in reviewing and approving them

· Guides and advocates for the customer’s needs throughout the engagement

· Support internal unit testing of developed solution during the development stage of the engagement, in partnership with Technical Resources

· Drive customer unit and user-acceptance testing requirements throughout and at key stages of an engagement

· Be a lead member of an overall engagement project team focused on delivering suc-cessful and substantive customer outcomes

· Prepare all customer-facing deliverables focused on process

· Collaborate with the engagement manager to monitor for scope creep and resolve criti-cal path technical issues.

· Up to 50% travel annually, driven by customer needs and internal meetings

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

· At least 8 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations

· Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) in a Customer Service and/or Field Service Delivery / Shared Services environment, while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems

· Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state Customer Service and/or Field Service processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective with a focused prowess on implementation of technology

· Strong understanding with leading Customer Service and/or Field Service and related systems and tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Telephony, etc…

· Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements by authoring user stories that support Agile Development

· Demonstrated ability to influence and consult senior leaders (identification of needs, providing options with pros, cons and risks) in a large organization, while also providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems.

· Experience creating implementation design artifacts, conducting solution presentations and obtaining customer acceptance of solution design.

· Strong capabilities in forging trust, engaging a remote or in-person audience bringing project/program management and leadership expertise.

· Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids. Ability to conceptualize and design sophisticated wireframes, workflows, and diagrams.

· A passion to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.

· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)

· Experience in analyzing and recommending Customer Service and/or Field Service strategies based on business priorities

· Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support and enable the sourcing of regional-specific needs that are not met by global category strategies and vendors

    About the team + role

    We’re looking for a talented and energetic Accounts Payable Operation Analyst to join our growing Accounts Payable team. You will coordinate closely with colleagues in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Tax and other teams across Robinhood to meet daily operational needs. This position will be responsible for accurately and efficiently executing / processing payment transactions executed with different payment methods and currencies. They will have a high degree of commitment and deliver high quality work in an independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented manner with 100% accuracy.

    It is preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical office locations.     What you’ll do

    • Perform payment activities to vendors and employees including domestic and international payments methods.
    • Assist in the virtual card program administered to employees
    • Fully understand the procure-to-pay cycle in Coupa. Perform data entry of invoices / payee information in Coupa.
    • Monthly AP cycle (month end) including activities such as re-coding invoices as necessary, creating the month-end accruals AP report for multiple legal entities and business units, ensuring all invoices within the AP Mailbox have been actioned etc.
    • Act as the internal (for Robinhood colleagues / business partners) and external (for vendors / payees) point of contact on AP operations matters.
    • Meet deadlines while ensuring that payables transactions are being recorded accurately and processed efficiently for close periods.
    • Lead the vendor / payee onboarding. Ensure that all required documentation is obtained for accurate and timely vendor / payee onboarding. Follow up when needed.
    • Document AP related processes and procedures and maintain training materials
    • Manage all year-end tax required filings to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (Forms 1099, 1042, etc.)
    • Demonstrate a sense of urgency with the daily tasks. Go the extra mile to meet / exceed expectations.
    • Assist in ad-hoc projects (e.g., User Acceptance Testing), as necessary from time to time.

    • Minimum 3 years relevant AP experience in the technology industry, with the ability to operate in a fast paced and complex environment

The Credit & Collections Team is responsible for B2B collections and related customer service, credit reviews for new and existing customers, cash application and record-keeping, and AR customer data management (CDM). We work closely with the Instacart Billing, Accounting, Deal Desk, Legal, Sales, and Financial System Teams in our day-to-day work.

     

     

    About the Job 

    • Lead the Credit & Collections Team, including both full-time employees and BPO vendor staff, ensuring high-performance outcomes.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor Credit & Collection policies and procedures.
    • Manage accounts receivable accounting activities, including month-end reporting, AR GL reconciliations, flux analysis, and SOX control compliance.
    • Facilitate quarterly and annual third-party financial audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the Credit, Collections, Cash Application, CDM, and Billing functions; lead related implementation of process and system changes as needed.

    About You

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    • Significant experience and subject matter expertise in billing, collections, credit, cash application, and CDM accounting operations.
    • Intermediate experience in accounting principles and applications, such as understanding journal entries, subledger operations, revenue recognition and reserve standards, GL reconciliations, flux analysis, and the revenue audit cycle.
    • Strong background in managing and leading diverse teams, including BPO staff.

    The expected pay range for this position is $170,000 to $185,000 yearly.  The pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.

    Overview:

    As a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced computer systems and architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust solutions that meet the specific requirements of our clients while adhering to industry best practices and standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • System Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of computer systems, including hardware, software, networking, and storage components. Develop comprehensive system blueprints and specifications to guide implementation efforts.
    • Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to determine their suitability for inclusion in system designs. Make informed recommendations based on performance, scalability, reliability, and cost considerations.
    • Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing computer systems and propose innovative solutions to optimize performance, throughput, and resource utilization.
    • Security and Compliance: Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to integrate robust security measures into system designs and architectures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
    • Scalability and Resilience: Design systems that can seamlessly scale to accommodate growing workloads and user demands. Implement redundancy and failover mechanisms to enhance system resilience and availability.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, network engineers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to integrate system components and ensure seamless interoperability.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed technical documentation, including system design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides. Provide regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in computer systems engineering and architecture. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in database architecture, design, and administration.
    • Expertise in relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
    • Proficiency in database design principles, data modeling, and database optimization techniques.
    • Strong understanding of database security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
    • Experience with database administration tasks, including backup and recovery, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
    • Experience with cloud-based database technologies (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database) is a plus.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications: e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified, Azure Database Administrator Associate (highly preferred).

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must be a US Citizen
    • Active Public Trust/MBI or have the ability to obtain one.
