As our Enterprise Sales Director you will be pivotal in driving our sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and ensuring that our Enterprise Account Executives consistently meet and exceed their targets. This role is crucial in scaling our revenue and expanding our customer base in the Enterprise segment.

✨ Your Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Creation and Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure AEs build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, achieving 4x pipeline coverage at any given point.
  • Sales Process Discipline: Enforce a rigorous sales process where Salesforce notes are up-to-date, all steps are followed before advancing opportunities, and deep discovery is completed.
  • Deal Support and Partnership: Be deeply involved in critical deals, acting as a sparring partner for AEs to strategize and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Ramp and Coaching Programs: Design and execute specialized onboarding programs with clear ramp goals for new AEs, and implement targeted coaching programs for existing AEs to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Performance Monitoring and Accountability: Regularly inspect and enable the sales team, jumping in when necessary to provide guidance and maintain accountability for sales targets and process adherence.
  • Collaboration with GTM Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.

???? What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales
  • 3+ years of experience selling to companies +X employees and an understanding of how to navigate buying process at larger organizations
  • Experience managing an enterprise sales team with demonstrated success
  • Demonstrated understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Experience working with IT, Security, GRC or similar technical buyers (experience selling cybersecurity is a plus)
  • Ability to be nimble and a desire to be in a start-up environment where resources are still being built or refined

About this team and role:

As a Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer on the Solo team, you will work within a very small engineering team for Solo AI Website Creator. The stack includes a React front-end with Netlify, Firebase and GCP on the backend, BigQuery for data as well as a range of 3rd party services. 

You should be comfortable operating in a scrappy environment, researching as required, writing technical specs, reviewing PRs, investigating customer support issues and mostly writing code. The role may evolve to becoming the Technical Lead within the team and possibly assuming some planning and/or light-weight project management duties. You will be working closely with the Head of Solo to execute at a fast cadence and much like a startup, directly influence the shape and future of Solo, an early-stage product.

For background, Solo is at its first inflection point within Mozilla and has the opportunity to become a serious disruptor in an entrenched category. This team very much operates like a startup, mostly synchronous with work sometimes carrying into weekends. The ideal candidate thrives in this startup-like environment, wants to learn and enjoys building and shipping quickly to win.

What you’ll do...

  • Build back-end infra atop Google Cloud and assist on front-end experiences for a new product ideas within the Innovation Studio.
  • Enable integrations with a variety of services including Google, Firebase, OpenAI and others.
  • Work cross-functionally with other engineers, design and product management.
  • Participate in code/design/architecture reviews; clearly communicate alternative viewpoints.

Cloud application architecture and building blocks expertise with in-depth knowledge about compute, storage and interfaces with GCP.

About the Role:

The Sr. Consultant of AI Solutioning will be instrumental in delivering exceptional AI solutions to clients. Reporting to the Director of AI Solutioning, this role involves active participation in client delivery and support for presales activities. Leveraging deep expertise in AI solution design, development, and deployment, the Sr. Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the AI solutioning domain. In collaboration with the Director of AI Solutioning and other capability leads, responsibilities include developing and refining methodologies and frameworks, contributing to business development and proposal activities, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple clients. The primary focus will be leading delivery teams and advancing the overall growth and development of AI solutioning capabilities.

About the Role:

The AI Solutions Architect will play a key role in delivering premier AI solutions to clients, ensuring their smooth deployment, ongoing monitoring, and effective maintenance. Reporting to the Director of AI Architecture, this role involves active participation in client delivery and providing support for presales activities as needed. Expertise in AI technology selection will be essential, guaranteeing that clients realize maximum ROI and fully leverage the potential of AI capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

I.  AI Capabilities Development

About the Role:

The Director of AI Architecture and Operations will be an integral member of the AI Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing the Trace3’s AI product strategy. This role will serve as one of Trace3’s AI Thought Leaders and be responsible for providing technical expertise and consultative guidance in AI Architecture and Operations solutions to our clients. Key responsibilities strategizing, implementing, and overseeing Trace3’s AI platform and services solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance to meet client needs and drive market growth. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain annual capabilities roadmap and resource plan

About the Role:

The Director of AI Solutioning will be an integral member of the AI Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing Trace3’s AI product strategy. This role will focus on defining and delivering innovative AI service offerings, while also providing strategic direction and technical expertise in AI solutions design and implementation. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients’ AI leaders and executives to develop and execute AI strategies that address prioritized use cases. What You’ll Do:

Offering, Configure, Price, Quote & Entitlements 

  • Process Owner for the end-to-end flow between establishing an offering and then how the field sales/presales team then configures, prices and quotes toward customer, culminating in an Entitlement being managed in the system 

Pricing:  

  • Drive project management of initiatives, as well as working closely with senior colleagues to i) understand pricing models ii) create clear and accurate communications iii) support costing exercises iv) capturing and compiling feedback from sales, marketing and customers vi) supporting and driving ad-hoc projects as the year progresses. 

Packaging:  

  • Project manage collaborations between product teams in IFS Research & Development (R&D), Global Customer Services (GCS) and the respective marketing teams as products and services are brought to market. Support and lead content creation with technology experts, support campaigns, work with online and digital teams.  

Commercial:  

  • Working with a number of different departments to make smart, informed decisions about how the company makes money. This can involve looking internally at what we do uniquely well or can improve, as well as looking externally for ideas and a competitive edge. This also requires consistent and clear communication with the wider business and our customers. The Commercial Strategy & Process Lead will project manage a number of these initiatives.  

Learning Mindset:  

  • A role of this type should be a give and take experience. This role will provide a wide and varied exposure to a range of tasks and aspects of the business. Our expectation is that the Commercial Strategy & Process Lead will be highly motivated to both learn and contribute in equal measure.  

IT proficiency:

  • Sélectionner les solutions d'IA générative appropriées en fonction des exigences spécifiques
  • Appliquer les solutions d'IA générative sur divers types de données
  • Optimiser la manipulation des données avec des pipelines efficaces
  • Proposer des méthodologies de fine-tuning pour optimiser la précision et l'efficacité
  • Concevoir des cadres d'évaluation pour mesurer l'efficacité des modèles
  • Assurer la sécurité des données et la conformité aux réglementations
  • Documenter les travaux réalisés pour faciliter la collaboration et le partage des connaissances
  • Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités
  • Implémenter et optimiser les solutions d'IA générative
  • Participer à l'innovation et à la veille sur les IA génératives et les pratiques MLOps/LLMOps
  • Effectuer des formations sur l’IA et les LLM.

Où réaliseriez-vous vos missions ? Chez des clients grands comptes de la banque, de l’assurance, du retail, de la Défense ou du luxe, porteurs de projets innovants.

Vous avez au moins minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la Data Science et avez réalisé des projets sur l'IA générative/LLM, avec une expertise couvrant tout ou partie des technologies et techniques de la tribu :

  • Environnement technique : Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning
  • GenAI : Prompt Engineering, LLM, RAG, Vector Database, Search Engines, LLMOps,…
  • Cloud : Azure (Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Azure Prompt Flow, Databricks,…)
  • Programmation : Python, Spark…
  • Framework & Tools : Langchain, Chroma, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face…
  • Devops/MLOps : Git, Docker, Kubernetes, …

Vous êtes aguerri(e) aux méthodologies agiles et parlez couramment français et anglais.

Vous êtes capable de qualifier et d’expliciter un besoin client, possédez de solides capacités d’animation et avez l’âme d’un(e) leader!

Vous êtes ouvert(e) au changement, force de proposition et êtes un véritable moteur au sein d’une équipe.

Vous êtes convaincu(e) par la culture Cloud/IA et souhaitez affirmer vos convictions.
