    About the Role

    As the first Product Operations Manager on this team, you’re stepping into a transformative role with the opportunity to help us define & scale our operations motion. Today, we have Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success teams handling data entry, quality assurance, analytics, and market intelligence, in order to provide customers with the data they need to save on SaaS costs.

    In this role, you’ll own everything to do with our customers’ software spend data. You’ll create the processes needed to ensure that our customers can get a complete, accurate, and up-to-date view of their software spend during their first few weeks with Lumos, and that they have the insights they need to be successful for their lifetime with us. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product operations function at Lumos, helping us scale the team as we gear up for rapid growth.

    ✨ Your Responsibilities

    • Build Scalable Processes: Lumos supports hundreds of customers with their daily spend management activities. You’ll be responsible for identifying + reporting on key KPIs that ensure our customers consistently have a high quality experience using the product, as well as establishing internal process needed to ensure this is the case.
    • Lead by Doing: We are a small and scrappy team. Alongside your PM counterpart, you will be responsible for interpreting complex vendor agreements, transcribing their details into our system, and verifying that automatically transcribed agreements are accurate.
    • Enable Customers with Data: Develop our internal database of pricing benchmarks & negotiation tips, ensuring that customers are getting the best price on their software renewals. Identify new and novel ways for our customers to save using Lumos data, and work with product & customer success to translate those insights to customer action.
    • Influence Product Direction: Build subject matter expertise within the software spend management category, act as a “voice of the customer”, and share insights you’re learning with your engineering, product, and design counterparts. Collaborate with your EPD organization to improve our internal and in-product automation, shape the vision for how we help customers save on SaaS, and build a product that delights customers.

    ????Pay Range

    $100,000 - $170,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.

    TheProduct Platform teamplays a critical role in ensuring Lumos executes towards company goals by enabling our product engineering teams to execute more quickly and with higher quality. This team develops the core frameworks and primitives used by engineers across the company, including our human-in-the-loop workflow framework, core user and account data pipeline, and more.     Responsibilities:

    • Support DB2LUW Databases V11.5 and MongoDb environments.
    • Support multiple Development, UAT, and Production environments
    • Support high availability environments using HADR, Q-Replication, Attunity, or other software.
    • Perform database software installs, patching, upgrades, execute utilities, and assist in tablespace management
    • Perform change control requests (code deployments)
    • Monitor database performance and trouble-shoot log utilization, locking conditions, and poorly performing SQL.
    • Participate in SQL access plan analysis
    • Monitor and tune DB2 databases (V11.5) and MongoDB
    • Handling user requests is a given.
    • Participate in on-call 24X7 support of production systems on a rotation basis with other team members
    • Ensure high Database availability in collaboration with the team
    • Ensure alignment with current IT standards and controls
    • Additional responsibilities include providing support for installations, upgrades, and other work as requested

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
    • 4 years of experience working as a DBA.
    • Knowledge supporting DB2LUW databases. HADR and DPF are beneficial.
    • Familiarity of large RDBMS systems including DB2LUW partitioned (DPF) database implementations
    • Experience in review of Access Plans with the dba team and developers to make recommendations
    • Familiarity with multiple data movement utilities
    • Working knowledge of any Cloud Environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Understand tablespace types, utilization, and management

    We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Email team, which is responsible for building and maintaining the core infrastructure that delivers billions of personalized emails a month to our customers’ end users as well as processing all associated reporting data. This includes a highly parallelized platform to personalize & send emails at huge scale, REST APIs to manage/track user subscriptions, web pages to allow end-users to self-manage preferences, and dashboards to configure customer email domains.

    As the manager of this team, you’ll work closely with product, design, and the team’s engineers to build new features in response to customer feedback and scale the channel as message volume grows.     As our Enterprise Sales Director, East you will be pivotal in driving our sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and ensuring that our Enterprise Account Executives consistently meet and exceed their targets. This role is crucial in scaling our revenue and expanding our customer base in the Enterprise segment.

    ✨ Your Responsibilities

    • Pipeline Creation and Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure AEs build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, achieving 4x pipeline coverage at any given point.
    • Sales Process Discipline: Enforce a rigorous sales process where Salesforce notes are up-to-date, all steps are followed before advancing opportunities, and deep discovery is completed.
    • Deal Support and Partnership: Be deeply involved in critical deals, acting as a sparring partner for AEs to strategize and ensure successful deal closure.
    • Ramp and Coaching Programs: Design and execute specialized onboarding programs with clear ramp goals for new AEs, and implement targeted coaching programs for existing AEs to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.

    As our Data Lead, you will enable Lumos to make clear data-based decisions. You will have the opportunity to take our existing data foundation, build upon it, and shape the way we measure the business, communicate with our customers, and enable cross-functional teams to look around the corner. 

    ✨ Your Responsibilities

    • Data Infrastructure + Enablement: Spearhead projects in conjunction with our infrastructure and product engineering teams to build our core data layers and ingest various data sources to build simpler queryable tables.
    • Data Enablement: Transform the data into actionable dashboards and insights for cross-functional teams such as Customer Success and Product.
    • GTM Enablement: Empower our sales/customer teams by surface customer-level data at an individual and aggregate-level to support faster adoption, implementation, growth and retention.
    • Product Analytics: Collaborate with Product to develop and refine key KPIs in support of product health. Support product managers in using data to uncover the biggest bottlenecks and find answers to product adoption questions
    • Operational Reporting: Align with leadership to define business-level KPIs to lead the development and maintenance of our core business dashboards to help teams drive operational rigor and manage performance.     • 7+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or related role within the SaaS space
    • Proficiency in SQL and Python
    • Data Modeling experience using tools such as DBT 
    • Experience using BI Tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or Metabase 
    • Ability and desire to work autonomously and navigate through ambiguity as the company scales
    • Experience prioritizing and taking ownership of data projects that align with company OKRs
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and partner with leadership to successfully hit data goals
