We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Tokyo, Japan.

Pix4D is a developer of internationally renowned software products that are making drone mapping for professionals more powerful and accessible than ever. As part of our team, you will support the commercial teams to a demanding, and diverse range of professional customers in the APAC region, with the main focus on Japan. Working in tight collaboration with core marketing in Switzerland as well as the local sales organisation to grow awareness and revenue for the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Creating, translating and publishing articles that grow Pix4D’s reach and conversion to sales.
  • Connecting with key influencers and key users who can help generate good use cases.
  • Updating the (Japanese) website and relevant social media channels in collaboration with the HQ.
  • Creating promotions for the local markets and generating awareness.
  • Identifying key industry events and managing the entire workflow from registration to exhibition.
  • Creating specific events for the company online or in-person to reach new customers.
  • Tracking and monitoring of all expenses for the marketing activities in the region, planning ahead.
  • Where necessary, working on translations internally and externally for the key local markets.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in public relations, content writing and marketing.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi-task with attention to priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Well versed in IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and Native Japanese required. All other language skills are considered assets.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll be part of our Marketing team, which sits within the Brand, Marketing and Business Development (BMBD) team. In this unique role, you will have a keen focus on Blue Cottage of CannonDesign, our flourishing consulting arm of the firm, as well as have opportunity to be involved in a variety of pursuits and activities nationwide that cross market sectors and typologies. You will work with a hub of marketing peers led by a Regional Marketing Team Leader. You’ll work in partnership with our Markets, Offices and Services, who rely on marketing support to advance their message and win pursuits. You’ll collaborate across the BMBD community—with fellow Marketing team members, Graphics, Communications, Knowledge Management, Client Engagement, Market Strategy and Business Development—to deliver marketing excellence across proposals, presentations, collateral, local brand-building efforts and more.
 
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO

PROPOSAL MARKETING

  • Lead the development of proposal materials including coordination and production of deliverables across all stages of the process.
  • Drive large, strategic, and complex pursuit process from proposal coordination through interview. May lead visual theme and strategic messaging. Able to develop creative ideas for proposals and interview content.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teammates, other BMBD team members and Client Leaders to develop pursuit strategies—starting with client engagement, leading to proposal then interview—to secure the win.
  • Create and update resumes, portfolio pages, presentations and related marketing materials using our design templates as inspiration and working within our brand standards.
  • Participate in the development of collateral that supports our markets, offices, and services.
  • Provide marketing research for overall market/office strategy, as well as for individual clients and pursuits.

BRAND MARKETING

  • Lead local/regional marketing activities, such as sponsorships, award submissions, events and photography, that align with our PR/Communications objectives and increase our brand visibility.

  • Develop strong, in-depth knowledge of the firm’s portfolio, personnel and offerings.

The salary range for this position is $69,200 to $86,500 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. About the Role:

The Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining Manufacturer Relationships and will play a critical role in building a strategic go-to-market plan with partners in an efficient manner. This role will also apply the various touchpoints required to maintaining the health of strategic and high growth partnerships within the business. Under the general direction of the VP, Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with the demand generation marketing team, business unit leaders, engineering and sales teams on a day-to-day basis in executing on all deliverables.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide funding marketing tactics and lead the collection of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for assigned partners. Work with Channel Partners to ensure all requirements are fulfilled to complete the processing of the claim and timely payment.
  • Monitor and measure performance of MDF program.
  • Understand the business structure, go-to-market strategy and incorporate partners into strategic companywide tactics.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams, business unit leaders, engineering and marketing field (events) team to fund go-to market initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and coordinate Partner Management engagements.  
  • Support the manufactures in identifying leads for potential business and a return on their investments.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel or partner marketing.
  • Strong project management skills to manage initiatives for multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently as a problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, clients and upper management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

$69,200$84,900 USD

About the role

SyleSeat is looking for a creative, collaborative, and data-driven lifecycle marketer to help build the core CRM programs that activate, engage and retain the Pro and Client audiences that make StyleSeat THE integral marketing tool for beauty professionals. You will partner across teams to support new product launches, ensure the adoption of existing features, and develop campaigns that increase activity and engagement on our platform. This will include building a strategy that helps continually improve outcomes for StyleSeat, our Pros and their clients, crafting compelling content with our creative team, and developing personalized campaigns with a thorough eye for quality assurance. 

What you’ll do

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owns the planning, execution and deployment of campaigns (email, SMS, app push notifications) supporting product marketing and audience engagement.
  • Defines, tracks, measures, analyzes and reports out on lifecycle communications and presents learnings and insights to team members and stakeholders.
  • Optimizes campaign performance through robust test and learn strategies including content, audience segmentation and creative.
  • Identifies new opportunities to increase campaign performance and program as a whole.
  • Maintains and ensures high levels of data hygiene and integrity with fast-growing, high-volume lists.
  • Collaborates and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders both internal (creative, analytics, marketing, planning, etc) and external (platform partners)
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on lifecycle marketing and internally shares information on trends and competitor examples in the lifecycle marketing landscape.
  • Owns day-to-day email operations (proofing and QA’ing campaigns, launch calendar updates, creating and importing audience segments)

Deliverables 

  • Own product marketing launch & product adoption support
  • Build and deploy campaigns through Braze (our CRM platform)
  • Review campaigns before launch with a tight eye for quality assurance
  • Analyze and report on campaign deployments
  • Identify key learnings and opportunities for optimization
  • Measure ability to improve campaign performance
  • Drive overall product adoption and engagement with messaging

Success Metrics 

  • Implementation and measurement of our core product marketing support lifecycle programs as well as the pillars of regular communication, i.e. regular newsletters and ad hoc campaigns. 
  • Manage stakeholder inputs, building, trafficking and deploying campaigns, analyzing and reporting campaign performance for partners, and recommending optimizations for the lifecycle program.

Who you are 

Successful candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds, yet here are some of the critical and nice-to-have experiences we’re looking for:

  • 2 –3 years of lifecycle marketing experience
  • Experience with Segment and BRAZE
  • Demonstrated experience in email marketing, push & SMS
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with HTML and liquid personalization
  • Sharp eye for quality assurance
  • Very strong communication and team-working skills
  • High level of organization coupled with attention to detail
  • Interest in learning about marketing financials
  • Self-starter who exhibits curiosity

Salary Range

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The career level we are targeting for this role has a base pay between $66,200 and $101,800. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. Base pay ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.
