Job Description

Purpose: A Software Engineer at Lingraphica is responsible for coding, debugging and testing software built by their team. This role requires the ability to work independently and make design decisions within the scope of the immediate tasks. A Software Engineer specializes in multiple technology stacks deployed by their team and will be working on various microservices to support internal business needs.  

As a member of the Systems Engineering group, the Software Engineer focuses on building services and applications for our employees by integrating our systems (CRM, LMS, Billing, Shipping, Inventory, etc.) and automating internal workflows.  

Essential duties and responsibilities 

  • Actively contributes to the SCRUM team deliverables for each sprint by coding, testing and documenting the work 
  • Collaborates with team to keep our automated test suites up to date 
  • Resolves production issues as secondary line of support 
  • Identify code changes needed to existing/legacy code base to Jira backlog for code evaluation, refactoring, and/or deprecation 
  • Coordinates with the product owner to refine requirements 
  • Coordinates with the other members of the team to identify issues and recommend solutions 
  • Learns new technologies and better ways to do things and brings them to the team 

Qualifications

Education & Experience 

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related field 
  • 3+ years of total experience as a software engineer 
  • 1+ years of experience in building web applications 
  • Experience working with AWS services like Lambda, API gateway, S3, RDS and Dynamo DB 
  • 1 year experience with Python, PHP, Trellis, WordPress, required 
  • Experience with REST API development and Postman testing 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban, preferred 
  • Experience with the Serverless Framework is a plus 
  • Experience and interest in managing agile projects is a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team. 
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.

How will this role have an impact?

Signify Health is currently seeking a Major Incident and Problem Manager to join our IT Service Management team to lead the response to major incidents as well as proactive/reactive problems. The goal is to lead responses using ITIL processes to expedite resolutions to incidents and problems in order to minimize business, financial, reputational, and legal/regulatory risks. This role will be responsible for engaging stakeholders, business owners and key technical resources.  Key tasks will be driving bridge calls (facilitation, pace, activity, clarifying actions),  providing clear communication to various stakeholders, delivering process  training, identifying trends, producing monthly management/operational reports and various other activities related to IT service management.

The Incident/Problem Manager is expected to use their extensive knowledge of  both incident & problem management processes to mitigate impact and reduce the time to restore business services. Post restoration, this individual will need to track RCAs to completion and any associated remediation efforts to avoid future recurrence. This individual will be responsible for understanding multiple lines of businesses including customer segments and critical services, and developing a deep understanding of the applications and infrastructure components supporting these services. Individual will collaborate with team members to deliver an enterprise wide service will be a key success factor.

What will you do?

  • Establish and drive the means to resolve incidents and restore business services as rapidly as possible
  • Lead major incident bridge by driving resolver teams to incident resolution within the SLAs
  • Continually assess business impact and articulate/communicate across multiple groups including executive management
  • Ownership and execution of key activities of incident and problem management processes, including:
    • Event analysis, documentation and leveraging established processes to assign priority to incidents
    • Engage key resources including vendors as necessary (technical, product and executive management personnel)
    • Prompt communication to all affected parties, including executive management
    • Accurately track incident and problem records in ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
    • Documentation of incident timeline and remediation actions
    • Lead post incident review meetings (Root Cause Analysis phase)
    • Record, assign and track corrective actions through closure
    • Prepare and present monthly metrics, status and service health reports
    • Manage key contacts and on-call schedules in paging system (Opsgenie)
  • Lead post-incident event activities (reactive problem management) to identify/assign action items to prevent future occurrences by leveraging best practices of  ITIL problem management
  • Develop and executive strategies to identify and address potential problems before they impact customers (proactive problem management)
  • Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions across various teams and new hires to help adapt to standardized processes.
  • Continuous improvement and evolution of service management processes and procedures to maintain high quality and "industry-best" customer service
  • Close collaboration with other service management functions (change management, service desk, etc) and assist as necessary in the spirit of one-team
  • Provide on-call support during non-business hours (team provides 24x7 support for incidents)

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Major Incident/Problem management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain/articulate technical and business concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to facilitate conversations confidently and clearly on conference calls, in meetings, via collaboration tools, via email, and at all levels of the organization is essential.

  • Knowledge/experience with a wide-range of enterprise technologies, including but not limited to, cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), distributed services (server and database), network, storage, web architecture, and microservices is a plus

The base salary hiring range for this position is $64,500 to $120,400. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

Nous recherchons pour la Direction des Systèmes d'Information, un Chef de Projet IT pour intervenir sur le périmètre Finance / Achat.

 

Rattaché(e) au Pôle Core Application, vous assurerez en coordination avec la DAF (métier donneur d’ordre), ainsi que les autres chefs de projets, la mise en place et le suivi des projets applicatifs Finance du Groupe SARP, en particulier sur le process P2P (Purchase to Pay). Vous aurez aussi la responsabilité du patrimoine applicatif associé à ce périmètre métier, et en assurerez la gestion afin d’en garantir le bon fonctionnement au quotidien. Vous travaillerez également en lien étroit avec des partenaires externes.

 

Vos missions seront : 


Assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage :

  • Etudier les besoins des métiers, avec l’appui éventuel de nos partenaires

  • Collaborer à l’élaboration du cahier des charges fonctionnel et déterminer les spécifications techniques générales

  • Participer à la définition des solutions

Pilotage, suivi et coordination du projet :

  • Définir le plan projet avec les équipes concernées (évaluer les charges, identifier les actions et les acteurs, planifier le projet du kick-off jusqu’à la période de garantie post-Go Live, …)

  • Assurer la coordination entre les parties-prenantes tout au long du projet

  • Assurer le reporting du projet en lien avec le métier (suivi d’avancement, suivi budgétaire, suivi des risques, …)

  • Organiser et animer les différentes instances de suivi du projet (comité de projet, comité de pilotage, …)

  • Organiser et suivre en particulier les tests d’intégration, les tests de charges, la mise en production et le déploiement

Gestion du patrimoine applicatif confié :

  • Coordonner les actions nécessaires au rétablissement du service en cas d’incident majeur

  • Assurer la correction des anomalies identifiées

  • Collaborer activement aux évolutions ou montées de versions

  • Tenir compte de l'obsolescence des composants applicatifs et des exigences liées à la sécurité IT dans la roadmap des applications

Administration :

  • Administration technique des briques Finance / Achat

  • Backup administration fonctionnelle des briques Finance / Achat

Qualifications

Diplomé(e) d’une école d’ingénierie, d’un MIAGE ou d’un Master 2 en gestion des systèmes d’informations, vous avez une expérience minimum de cinq ans sur une fonction similaire en tant que Chef de Projet, IT Manager ou AMOA dans une entreprise de services multi sites. Votre parcours vous a permis de découvrir le domaine fonctionnel des Achats, ou à minima celui de la Finance.

Vous êtes polyvalent(e), autonome et faites preuve d'initiatives. Dynamique et enthousiaste, vous aimez travailler dans des environnements en mouvement et en équipe. Doté(e) d'un très bon relationnel, vous savez travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.

No matter where or who you are, our platform welcomes you—joining on mobile, streaming a 2D social video, or immersing you in 3D VR. Virtual shows (“Waves”) are the heartbeat of our platform. Unlike other virtual experiences, Waves are unique because they happen live, enabling real-time interaction and connection between performers and audiences.

As the Executive Producer, reporting into the Chief Product Officer (and dotted line into Chief Commercial Officer), you will lead both the creative and operational strategies for virtual shows and the development of our platform. This role combines expertise in live entertainment production and game development with a keen interest in emerging AR/VR/XR technologies. You will manage the end-to-end production of virtual experiences while collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to evolve our platform. A significant aspect of this role will be based on-ground at our Culver City studio location, where you’ll oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, where leadership, adaptability, and creative problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Show & Platform Production:Oversee the entire production process for virtual shows, from concept to execution, and guide the development of platform features to support immersive, interactive experiences. Ensure seamless integration of technical and creative elements in virtual shows, leveraging knowledge of both live production and platform development to enhance user experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of artists, developers, and studio crew from the inception of virtual shows through to live production. Provide mentorship and ensure alignment with creative and technical goals.
  • Logistics & Project Management:Manage and coordinate the logistics of live show production and product delivery, ensuring smooth integration with the platform and optimal delivery to users. Translate high-level priorities into actionable project tasks and goals for cross-functional teams, including art, code, and live operations.
  • Agile Methodology & Risk Mitigation: Apply Agile principles in a flexible and creative manner to meet project goals, adapting processes to the needs of the team and the evolving nature of the projects. Regularly assess and mitigate risks related to schedules, pipelines, and team morale. Provide proactive solutions and adjustments as needed.
  • Scope & Schedule Management:Accommodate and communicate changes in project scope, schedule, and learnings in a fast-paced Agile environment. Ensure that all changes are managed effectively.
  • Cross-Team & Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication among team members working on multiple projects across different time zones and locations (in person and virtual). Ensure all team members are aligned and informed. Communicate with management and key stakeholders about risks, mitigations, opportunities, and challenges in a dynamic environment.

 Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in live production, game development, and/or immersive content production.
  • Deep understanding of live entertainment, game development processes, and/or emerging AR/VR/XR technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex productions in a fast-paced environment. Able to lead team through the building and implementation of highly technical and heavily creative work
  • Knowledge of pipelines and team structures for building and deploying digital assets from concept to utilization.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in both creative and technical domains.
  • Ability to both assess and translate stakeholder feedback on aesthetics, design, UX/UI, etc. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of development and project-management tools such as JIRA, Plastic, Shotgun.
  • Proven ability to interface with executives both internal and external.

 Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with game engines (Unreal) and knowledge of virtual production workflows highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with motion capture pipelines.
  • Familiarity with the prototyping and deployment of real time game engine visual effects.
  • Multiple titles shipped, preferably in games or AR/VR/XR space.
  • Strong game-engine technical knowledge, preferably Unreal.
  • Familiarity with games as a service, live ops etc.
  • Proven knowledge of the principles of game design.

 

Salary Range: $110,000 - $180,000**

 

**Salaries at Wave are based on a few factors including a candidate's location (to account for any cost of living differences), their experience level and their performance during the interview process. On top of a cash salary we also include company equity in the form of stock options with every full time offer as well as other benefits (insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO, etc).
