Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will be responsible for executing the visual identity of our brand across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the creative director, creative team, and other stakeholders across the org to develop compelling designs for brand strategy, event design, swag, paid social media, organic social media, and presentations.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and printed design projects, and a passion for creating visually engaging and cohesive brand experiences.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. If you are a problem solver at heart, have a knack for storytelling through visuals, and are eager to contribute to a brand’s visual identity, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Live by and champion our values: Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration & Details 
  • Be a voice for the creative team process. How we intake projects, proof, share files, etc.
  • Work alongside the broader creative team to help usher Recharge into the next phase of the brand.
  • Execute the visual identity of our brand across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity in every project.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize both Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to complete projects.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of graphic design experience with a SaaS company.
  • Experience working collaboratively across both a marketing team and the broader org.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and printed projects.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe programs.
  • A high attention to detail and enthusiasm for innovative graphic design.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it to your design work.

Qualifications

  • SSCE, OND, HND, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience,
  • 4+ years of experience in design or usability engineering
  • A portfolio that showcases samples of UX/UI design work on desktop and mobile
  • Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate design and interaction ideas
  • Proficient in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Good grasp of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and/or iWork (Keynote, Pages and Numbers)
  • Experience in creating digital/interactive tools (i.e., Adobe DPS, interactive PDFs, AfterEffects, Articulate, etc.)
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Reports to: Digital Director / Lead Graphic Designer

Department: International Digital & Brand

Location: Remote (ideally in the UK, NL, PL, CZ, or ES)

Hours: 32 h/week (0.8 FTE)

Salary: €27,000 - €30,000 (based on location and experience for 1 FTE)
Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise assignments by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts as per specified media requirements. Adjusts designs and copy according to direction provided by lead graphic designer and project manager

  • Update existing graphic material

  • Design and develop online and offline visual content in accordance with our style guide:

    • Social media graphics and templates, advertisements, newsletter graphics, vector illustrations, icons, gifs, graphs, mockups

    • Brochures, flyers, posters, billboards, editorial layouts, merchandise

    • Web pages for existing ProVeg websites, plus custom designs for campaigns and landing pages

  • Organise and keep editable and final files updated in our database

  • Providing support to colleagues to find files, images, and/or graphics

Qualifications
  • Degree in Graphic Design (or comparable qualification) or completed training as a media designer

  • Very good skills in drawing, production, and image editing

  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat) or similar graphic design software

  • Experience with Canva and Figma is a plus

  • Ability to learn new software, if needed, to accomplish projects

  • Familiarity with preparing files for print

  • Enthusiasm for preparing complex content

  • Independent, structured and reliable working methods as well as curiosity, commitment, and motivation

  • Enjoying teamwork

  • Very good written and spoken English language skills
