Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly LLMs and NLP.
  • Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools (like Streamlit) or simple service development (BE with FastAPI or Flask).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services.
  • Client-facing experience in requirements gathering and solution presentation.

Nice to haves:

  • Basic front-end development experience (e.g., React) for simple UI creation.

Must-haves:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in IT software sales OR in a consulting role in financial services industry with direct revenue accountability.
  • Experience in building opportunities pipeline through outbound activities - market research, business analysis, networking, and referrals.
  • Experience in leading full sales process – from prospecting through deal signing to managing and growing the existing business
  • Proven track record of closing business deals exceeding 1M PLN and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within managed accounts.
  • Experience in working with the companies at different growth stages - start-ups, scale-ups and enterprises. Practical knowledge on how to approach, win and manage the cooperation with each type.
  • Well-established network within an industry and an ability to build a strong network within the accounts.
  • Good understanding of the new technologies.
  • Practical skills in building business proposals.
  • Ability to build and convey the vision in a compelling way and strong negotiation skills.
  • Honest, transparent and professional approach that fits our organisational culture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships based on mutual trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+), Polish not required.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in planning and executing strategy for selling to a new industry/country and building new services offering..
  • Understanding of the Account-Based Sales approach.,
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Outreach.io or other CRM systems
  • Able to present company at external conferences and maintain professional social media presence.
  • Experience in working in remote-first culture.

We're seeking a motivated, passionate, and collaborative Salesforce Partner Development Manager to join our Global Alliance Team. Thesuccessful candidate will work closely with Egnyte and Salesforce stakeholders to drive growth and client satisfaction throughout our business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive Egnyte revenue growth via efficient and effective Salesforce-Egnyte co-sell GTM planning, promoting Egnyte solutions on Salesforce both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with Salesforce sales teams (AE, RVP, SE) to support industry solutions for Financial Services sales motions and field selling.
  • Collaborate with our strategic partner Salesforce and Egnyte's field sellers, to create, facilitate, and orchestrate joint co-sell opportunities that drive incremental Egnyte revenue.
  • Track opportunity progress, report on business results, and regularly participate in account and pipeline review calls.
  • Prepare and provide business reviews to stakeholders and management teams.
  • Create and execute operational rigor, including partner management, account management, and business reviews (internal/external).
  • Our mission is to drive incremental Egnyte revenue with our strategic partner Salesforce. We are trusted advisors and facilitators of the full co-sell cycle with Salesforce and internal sellers. We help Salesforce and internal sales teams come together as a unified team with a shared vision and strategy in target accounts to drive revenue growth for Egnyte and Salesforce.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A dynamic and results-driven professional with experience in the enterprise market or Financial Services or other related experience.
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce in a similar role and capacity
  • Experience in Financial Services preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographiclocations andpay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $100k - $165k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
