The Basics: 

In thisgraduate-level positionas a Product Management Internat Tanium, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable, real-world experience in leading the enhancement of B2B security and operations focused capabilities on our industry leading Converged and Autonomous Endpoint Managment Platform. Working with a mentor in our product management team, you’ll be placed on a product team where you will work closely with Designers, Subject Matter Experts, Engineers, and Stakeholders to address software lifecycle needs and bring a feature from inception to completion. Over the course of the internship, you’ll enhance Tanium’s products or platforms by developing and delivering features used by our customers.   

This is a hybrid position based out of Tanium's Addison, TX office. 

The hourly rate for this internship is$45-$60 per hour. This hourly rate is an estimate for what Tanium will pay an intern. The actual rate offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an hourly rate, interns will be eligible for a housing stipend, 401k matching, and a monthly allowance for communications reimbursement.

As a Tanium Software Engineer II focused on Full Stack, you will build andmaintainbest-of-breed services that power products as part of a nimble development team. Tanium focuses on a customer engagement model and feedback process to ensure our products are designed the right way from the beginning. 

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain Tanium's backend services alongside an agile development team 
• In partnership with our frontend and endpoint teams you will design, develop and test new product ideas from the ground up while working with product management for feedback and input 
• Work on small teams that tackle big challenges in common components like a common data service tasked with unifying and consolidating endpoint data across the entire ecosystem, handling time series data that drive dashboarding and reporting, and exposing data externally through GraphQL enabling partners (like Salesforce) to easily integrate.
