About the Job

The Data Analyst will join the data team in designing and building business insights for both internal stakeholders and external customer facing insights.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide data analysis and analytical support to internal stakeholders to identify strategic business questions, key metrics, and actionable insights
  • Build actionable reports, dashboards, automations, and metrics to monitor and improve customer experience and performance of our business
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed from various business departments
  • Create views using SQL from existing data tables
  • Proactively identify data issues that need to be fixed and perform detailed data verification and analysis

Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with data analysis using SQL tables and writing SQL queries
  • Excellent SQL skills; ability to create views involving multiple tables with complex business logic. Python is a plus.
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization; developing pre-defined KPIs; ability to communicate reports and KPIs to business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau or other similar tools a plus
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills. Able to navigate between multiple projects, meet deadlines, and process ad hoc requests.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinker, ability to methodically use hypothesis-driven approach to solve problems associated various data analytic issues
  • Ability to work well in a fast changing, high growth, early-stage technology environment
  • A fast learner, enjoys learning new skills and tools on a regular basis
  • A self starter, proactive in getting assignments completed on time
  • Works well with people in different timezones, across cultures
  • Resourceful, innovative mindset, enjoys learning new things/technologies in order to find solutions
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics or related field a plus?

Working conditions

This role is a full-time salaried position. Work hours for this position will be 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EASTERN TIME and will be performed from a home office.

Physical requirements

The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer screen, extensive reading, and visual inspection involving small defects. This is sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

      Job Description

      The Data Analyst shall provide world-class customer service and support services for Volunteer Recruitment and Selection (VRS) in support of lead refinement and processing, including e-application, QA/QC procedures, world-class customer service, and recruit sustainment operations. Continually analyze operations to maximize the potential target market penetration while remaining flexible to customer requirements to cover areas during surge periods or other periods of particular emphasis. Shall collect and validate data for reports to be delivered to the customer that include the total number of attempts made, lead contact statistics (what attempt number and type), time trend analysis, contact feedback, contact volume, contact length, and workload requirement. All reports shall be completed for each assigned lead source, and the number of leads available for each lead source shall be designated from the date assigned.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide high-quality customer service support for lead refinement and processing across multiple communication channels (phone, email, online chat).
      • Contact, screen, and refine leads according to Peace Corps qualifications, ensuring all leads meet current business rules before forwarding to Peace Corps Recruiters.
      • Assist with e-application processing, ensuring accuracy and completion of applications.
      • Respond to general inquiries from prospective applicants, providing only approved, up-to-date information in a professional manner.
      • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions in the contact log system, ensuring compliance with reporting and documentation standards.
      • Meet established performance metrics, including response times for phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
      • Support ongoing recruit sustainment operations by ensuring applicants remain engaged and informed throughout the application process.
      • Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to ensure all project goals and client expectations are met.
      • Generate detailed reports on lead performance metrics, including total contact attempts, contact success rates, response times, time trend analysis, and lead outcomes. Ensure all reporting is compliant with Peace Corps standards and submitted on time.
      • Track the status of all leads in real-time and ensure that follow-up actions are completed within the specified timeframes. Monitor lead thresholds and notify management when the lead count drops below operational thresholds.
      • Utilize Government-approved CRM systems and data analysis tools to manage and track leads, monitor performance metrics, and generate actionable insights. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.
      • Ensure compliance with Peace Corps data security policies, including handling sensitive applicant information in accordance with government-mandated data privacy and security regulations.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
      • Experience: At least one year of demonstrated experience in world-class customer service. Ideal candidates are Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCV), although this is not required.
      • Knowledge of Peace Corps Programs: Must have or be willing to gain up-to-date knowledge of Peace Corps qualifications and business rules.

      Primary Responsibilities

      Requirements as a Senior Financial Data Analyst

      • Legal authorization to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
      • 3+ years of experience focused on data analysis
      • Advanced SQL experience required (CTEs, joins, subqueries, etc.)
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
      • Corporate finance exposure preferred: forecasting, reporting, and analysis experience, a keen understanding of financial statements and financial data

      The role

      Agile Six is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Healthcare to join an agile, cross functional team supporting the Department of Veteran Affairs. Our team will work closely with the client to identify key challenges, conduct research, and develop AI-driven solutions including machine learning models and AI tools. We will integrate these into existing systems while adhering to strict data security and ethical AI guidelines. This role will be hands on with clinical data, employee data, end-user data; and LLMs and other machine learning tools.

      This is a Key Personnel role, as stipulated by our contract, considered "essential to work performance". The resumes of Key Personnel are subject to government review and approval, and any changes to Key Personnel (such as voluntary or involuntary separation) may require government oversight.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop a deep understanding of relevant data available.
      • Conduct research with stakeholders to develop machine learning models to support their use cases.
      • Assess and analyze data from existing systems, including, but not limited to, EHRs Chatbots, customer support , and adjudication systems.
      • Clean and prepare data, including clinical data for use in risk prediction and other models.
      • Ensure solutions are consistent with Trustworthy AI Framework.
      • Evaluate AI based solutions for accuracy, relevancy, and usability.
      • Support the practice of data analysis within the larger company as needed through activities such as:
        • Assisting in outreach, recruitment, and hiring efforts
        • Occasionally participating in or otherwise supporting business development efforts, including code or design challenges, writing or reviewing proposal responses, etc.
        • Participating in communities of practice
      • We expect the responsibilities of this position to shift and grow organically over time, in response to considerations such as the unique strengths and interests of the selected candidate and other team members and an evolving understanding of the delivery environment.

      Basic qualifications

      Position 

      Sezzle is currently seeking a Product Data Analyst to enhance business outcomes through analytics. In collaboration with business team leaders, you'll contribute to the formulation of monitoring metrics and performance objectives. Your responsibilities will include writing SQL queries, generating charts, and developing dashboards. While your primary work will be with the Product team, there may be instances where you support initiatives across various departments such as Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Support, Legal, or People Operations.

      Key Responsibilities Include: 

      • Work closely with business teams to understand their priorities and analytics needs
      • Create sophisticated analyses and reporting to provide insights at scale that support growth strategies and empower data-informed decision-making
      • Visualize and articulate analytics results to make it easy for stakeholders to interpret and take actions
      • Help stakeholders identify new opportunities through data analysis
      • Create, monitor, review, and analyze reports and dashboards, take initiative to fix issues that arise and conduct root cause analyses

      Minimum Requirements: 

      • Degree in statistics, math, actuarial science, economics, data science, computer science or related quantitative discipline
      • 4+ years of professional experience working with data, which can include: complex dataset creation, reporting, profiling, and machine learning
      • Expert in using SQL to extract data and create actionable data sets
      •  Experience with Python for data processing and analytics
      • Ability to complete analyses with minimal guidance
      • Experience with data visualization tools such as Redash, Tableau, Looker or Power BI
      • Comfortable making impactful decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, able to pivot quickly to new priorities

      The Role

      Modern Health is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. The role reports into our Manager of Analytics and will work cross-functionally with our Go To Market teams as their dedicated partner for all things data.

      In this role, you will identify which metrics matter and how to measure them, implement them in our database, and report out via Looker. You will own client reporting and partner closely with Client Success to understand current gaps and plan for future development of the platform. You will meet with your cross functional stakeholders, Client Success, Marketing, and Sales, regularly in order to gather their needs and unblock them with data. In addition to instrumenting the business, you will keep an eye out for opportunities and partner with senior analytics team members on strategic analyses, including developing the hypothesis, performing the analysis, and recommending action.
