Our client in the Tech industry is hiring a Enablement Data Analyst who will join their Global Enablement Team and be the technical owner of data analysis and reporting, transforming the way they measure and drive the effectiveness of enablement programs. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks to support global growth. You’ll own the entire analytics process, from data collection to providing actionable insights, with a strong focus on optimizing sales performance, training, onboarding, and content adoption.

Owning the reporting infrastructure is a pivotal aspect of this role. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design metrics that reflect business needs, automate reporting processes, and continually refine your analytics strategy. This role requires a strategic mindset to provide data-driven insights that will inform the direction of our enablement initiatives, drive performance improvements, and ensure we’re consistently meeting our business objectives.

You have extensive experience in data analytics with a focus on sales enablement. You’ve worked with Tableau to create meaningful dashboards and reports that track KPIs and provide clear insights to the business. What You'll Do

  • Own the enablement data ecosystem, analyzing data from a variety of sources (CRM, LMS, and internal tools) to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key metrics such as onboarding success, training effectiveness, content usage, and sales performance.
  • Define and track KPIs for enablement programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the automation of reporting and data processes to increase efficiency and ensure the scalability of our analytics framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to automate manual processes and integrate systems, driving operational efficiency across the enablement function.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders, from sales leaders to operations teams, have the necessary data and insights to make informed decisions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to continuously improve reporting processes and provide insights that enhance the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Ensure clear communication of insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data collected and reported across the enablement function.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, with a focus on sales enablement or sales operations.
  • Proven experience creating Tableau dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), and how data flows through these systems.
  • Expertise in Tableau for building and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and turn them into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Ability to identify data gaps and recommend improvements based on business needs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and actionable way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, build relationships, and influence key decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Compensation Range: $60-65/hr.

    Our HR Data is fundamental to BCG’s overall priorities, from supporting digitalization of our functions to feeding the analytics and information for continued growth and success as a global organisation. For HR, Data Governance is a growing area of priority and influence with recent investment driving a renewed strategy and implementation plan. This is an important area for the organisation with significant scope for thought partnering and senior stakeholder influencing. 
    The ideal candidates will have a goal-oriented mindset and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver Data Governance capabilities and support exceptional Data Products. They will have 5+ years of experience in driving an increase in Data Governance maturity in large, highly complex companies and a knowledge of industry best practices. Finally, they should have good communication skills with proven experience in stakeholder engagement (including business and technical teams) with the ability to showcase the business benefits of Data Governance.
Among your responsibilities, you will:
•    Deliver on the vision and roadmap for our HR Data Governance Strategy
o    Driving metadata management (alignment on definitions, capturing data lineage, capturing data classification, maintaining/updating HR items in data catalogue)
o    Driving the cultural change agenda; raising awareness regarding data governance principles; coaching relevant stakeholders
o    Facilitate Data Governance forums and workshops with relevant stakeholders to promote adherence to governance policies.

The Role

Modern Health is looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. The role reports into our Manager of Analytics and will work cross-functionally with our Engineering and Product teams as their dedicated partner for all things data.

In this role, you will identify which metrics matter and how to measure them, implement them in our database, and report out via Looker. Some other responsibilities are:

  • Provide technical directions and mentor other data engineers about data quality.
  • Perform data validity, accuracy, and integrity test across different components of the Data Platform.
  • Build automated test framework and tools to automate the Data Platform services and applications.
  • Automate regression tests and perform functional, integration, and load testing.
  • Articulate issues to BI developers during meetings and particularly in the daily standups.

The Role

About the Role

What will you do

The successful candidate will be based in Malaysia and will be part of and working with our Australian business directly. Working hours will be 7AM – 3PM daily from Monday to Friday.

 

Accountabilities: 

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyse workforce data and performance metrics. Ensure data quality and spot trends to guide strategic workforce planning. Analysis of data and reporting to identify emerging trends and anomalies to add value to the end-to-end workforce management process.
  • Rostering: Create and maintain accurate rosters that meet the business needs.
  • Real Time Monitoring: Monitor real time call volumes, student advisor availability and service levels across multiple channels.
  • Intraday Management: Adjust intraday staffing plans based on actual volume, student advisor availability and absenteeism.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide real time performance reporting and updates to Team Leaders and Managers, highlighting any areas of concerns or trends that require attention.
  • Coordination and Communication: Work closely with Team Leaders, Managers, and the Workforce Manager to communicate real time performance, identify gaps and recommend actions to improve contact center performance.
  • Incident Management: Quickly identify and respond to service disruptions, outages or any other incidents affecting the contact center’s ability to meet contact center targets.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to investigate and resolve specific issues or to provide insights on operational performance.
  • Compliance and Adherence: Ensure all student advisors operations are compliant with company policies and that agents adhere to their schedules.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years demonstrated Workforce Analyst experience in a call-centre environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience in analysing data, both historical and in real time and making quick, informed decisions based on that data.
