What will you be doing?

  • Creation of digital contents for all social media (organic and paid).
  • Ensure content shared on digital channels is optimized to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Write and produce quality content, taking into account conventions and limitations of social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing.

What are we looking for?

What is Involved:

Anzens is seeking a creative and collaborative Social Media Content Creator with stablecoin or product specific expertise to play a key role in connecting with our audience through organic social channels. Anzens engages with a wide range of industry players on social media – from Cardano-native builders, traditional financial institutional players, founders, traders, and everyday people using digital currency. Organic social is a critical medium for Anzens to expand awareness, and you will help ignite our channels globally.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Fintech you will help build and execute our organic social media strategy. You will be responsible for ideation, content development, and collaboration with cross-functional team members across the company and key partner companies.

What you'll work on:

  • Lead all Anzens owned social media and content plans, prioritizing X and LinkedIn while continuously evaluating Anzens’ brand presence on specific platforms (i.e. Discord, Reddit).
  • Identify, develop, and author a consistent stream of fresh, creative content that drives awareness, engages our audience and encourages action for new feature launches, product launches, state and country growth initiatives, and brand campaigns related to stablecoins.
  • Work with the design team to guide and oversee creatives, and how we appear visually on social channels, driving engagement through socially-native content while ensuring strong brand alignment.
  • Manage Anzens’ social media roadmap, working cross-functionally for channel execution and editorial planning.
  • Meet marketing objectives and utilize social channels to drive relevance and engagement.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the results of organic social initiatives.
  • Research social trends and regularly test new concepts and content while utilizing business insights to inform your plans and continually optimize performance.

  • Analytical Mindset:Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and trends. Ability to generate actionable insights from performance metrics, leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer) to optimize social content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

We are an upcoming podcast and vlog network that was launched during the UK Covid lockdown, as we wanted to use our spare time to create engaging and informative content for our viewers and listeners.

Our team is made up of talented creators who volunteer their time and expertise to produce high-quality podcasts, vlogs, and other content for our platform. We use various media platforms, such as Spotify and YouTube to share our content with a wider audience.

At InfinityCast, we are committed to exploring new ideas and topics that are close to our heart. We are always on the lookout for new and exciting ways to connect with our viewers and listeners, and we are constantly seeking to expand our reach with new programmes that our audience will love. ABOUT THE INDIA CONTENT TEAM
Our content team in India includes content creators who make thousands of awesome videos, articles, and practice questions aligned with the Indian curriculum to help both teachers and students. We are actively working on content localization in other regional languages as well, which means the content we co-create reaches a wider number (both nationally and globally), thereby quintupling the impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Math content creator to lead our efforts of creating syllabus-aligned videos and practice questions primarily aligned for grades 6-12th. 
Important: We are not planning to create test prep content (JEE/NEET) anytime soon. That’s why we aren’t looking for folks who primarily help students crack these exams. Instead, we are looking for folks who love to spark an interest in their subject, ignite curiosity, and provide conceptual understanding.

This is a 12 months contract based role. 

In this role, you would: 

  • Create syllabus-aligned content plans for math, review existing content wherever necessary, create practice questions, and videos wherever necessary.
  • Collaborate with state teachers to create project plans that align with their curriculum. This involves staying up-to-date with the state's academic plans and strategically incorporating ongoing needs during the academic year. (You are expected to travel with the team and conduct workshops where we gather feedback on our content)
  • Continuously iterate and improve content based on feedback received
  • Analyze content usage metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize content strategy
  • Be willing to travel. (Usually about once in two months, for about 2 to 3 days)

ABOUT YOU

You would be a great fit for the role if

  • You have a combined 4+ years of experience in teaching and creating educational content for NCERT Math. Impeccable communication skills are non-negotiable. 
  • You are a quick learner: As a small team, we are often pulled into different streams. We are looking for fast learners who can always support 6-12th STEM creation whenever necessary. (of course, your primary vertical will be Math) 
  • You have the ability to timebox effortlessly.  As a small team, our greatest strength is the ability to pace up whenever needed by timeboxing on content. This requires us to have the ‘shipping beats perfection’ mindset. 
  • You don’t need to be managed: We lead with context, not control. We expect you to be proactive and ask clarifying questions, provide status updates, loop in your manager when things aren't going your way, etc. 
  • You are someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, including a high tolerance for ambiguity, a penchant for experimentation, and a bias toward action. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and help the team get work done as we grow.
  • You are passionate about education and have a strong desire to change the world for the better.

AP on AP Media is hiring a Remote Social Media Content Creator

Job Description

This is a part-time voluntary remote position with equity at an early-stage startup.

AP on AP's mission is to lead Asian American conversations & empower a complex intersectional community. We are committed to keeping Asian Americans informed on how current events affect them through storytelling.

We are looking for a team member who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about building inclusive work cultures from the ground up. They’ll be working closely with our Creative Director and Social team to own and run all social channels of a non-traditional news media organization that centers Asian Americans. This is an opportunity to join a founding team at the very early startup stages.

AP on AP is a bootstrapped news media startup that has not undergone seed round funding yet. We are in the prototyping stages of our first product - an Asian American weekly news podcast called At the Moment. This position will be voluntary and completely remote for 10 hours/week, up until the first round of funding is complete. Compensation will be equity-based for the time being. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work and communicate directly with the Creative Director to ensure quality content that aligns with AP on AP’s mission and values
  • Create original or repost content that mobilizes our community, e.g. sharing educational resources, action items, and more on a weekly basis
  • Engage the community by responding to comments and messages, creating interactive post ideas, and establish AP on AP as a discussion leader in Asian American topics/issues across social platforms
  • Research, fact check, and cite all original content  
  • Assist the marketing team with social media analytics
  • Assist the Community Director with social media engagement
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of employee sensitive and company sensitive data
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies to keep AP on AP Media ahead of the curve

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Can work remotely with access to wifi
  • 10 hours/week commitment
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

Who you are:

  • Majored in creative writing, journalism, marketing, or has 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in G Suite
  • Can communicate and problem solve well remotely
  • Passionate about news, social justice, Asian American issues/history, and politics
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurially spirited
  • Scrappy, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable with non-traditional business frameworks
