  • Neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten schaffen: Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Krankenhauspartner in der DACH-Region. Verantwortung für den kompletten Verkaufsprozess, von der Lead-Generierung bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung.

  • Optimiere die Vertriebsstrategie:Arbeite eng mit unserem Sales Operations Team zusammen, um Verkaufsdaten und Berichte zu analysieren und auszuwerten.

  • Medizinischer Hintergrund: Ein abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium, idealerweise ergänzt durch klinische Erfahrung, um ein tiefes Verständnis für die Herausforderungen im Gesundheitswesen zu gewährleisten.

What your days might look like

We’re searching for a dynamic Marketing Operations Specialist to drive the planning, prioritisation, and management of our B2B Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) initiatives. As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of B2B CEP initiatives, focusing on optimising marketing automation, workflows, and internal processes.
  • Scope and capture requirements for implementing new marketing priorities, collaborating closely with marketing, growth, and engineering teams.
  • Drive the integration of Braze as well as assist with the governance of the Braze platform.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to measure marketing performance, automate reporting processes, and enable data-driven decisions.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop cross-platform digital solutions and improve marketing technology strategies.

  • Monitor platform performance to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns.
  • Develop tailored VIP and high-value customer initiatives using Braze to create engaging marketing experiences that drive business growth.

What you'll bring:

  • Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Braze, and a technical foundation in SQL for data manipulation, and Liquid, HTML and CSS for campaign customisation.
  • Strong expertise in data management, including data import, export, validation, and hygiene.
  • Solid understanding of audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and the ability to develop insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals
  • Strong familiarity with data modelling platform DBT highly valued. 
  • Experience with RestAPIs and Postman is welcome.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of successful technical account management, implementation, or deployment experience in a customer-facing role required
  • Working knowledge and functional understanding of front-end web languages including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Customer-first mentality; ability to empathize and create customer loyalty
  • Experience in scoping, clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills - communicating with both internal and external stakeholders

The Senior Territory Account Executive position effectively delivers the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating and closing sales with new & existing customers in line with business plans. Job Description

We seek a seasoned leader for our Global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. This pivotal role will help drive customer awareness, engagement, and revenue growth in key accounts around the world. As the Senior Global ABM Manager, you will establish our Global ABM Center of Excellent (CoE).  This function will shape comprehensive ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts and establish the roadmap for maturity of global ABM programs.  You will manage the growth of the program through initiatives including technology adoption, best practices, measurement, and scalable campaign creation, while tracking and reporting on the success of ABM initiatives across stakeholders and executives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Field Marketing & Field ABM, Marketing Operations, Sales, BI and Product, to align ABM efforts with overall business objectives. 

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B enterprise marketing and a proven track record of delivering successful global ABM programs. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, results driven leader who can balance big-picture planning with tactical program management. About the Role

  • Establish COE and ABM scalability: Define and implement processes to expand the ABM program globally, including scalable strategy for 1:1, 1:few and 1:many segmentation. Guide best-practice adoption and efficiency in the field through activities including account selection, digital programs, and vertical personalization. 

Develop Playbooks: Develop a comprehensive ABM playbook and digital toolkits with multi-industry themes and scalable personalized programs.  Initiate centralized ABM creative programs on a global scale (e.g. exec welcome kits, holiday programs). Take a leading role in ABM planning, automation, and communication at a global level. Data management and technology: Partner with Marketing Operations and Technology to define the roadmap for ABM-related software ROI maximization, including data enrichment, account insights, and campaign orchestration. Define requirements for MQA funnel and operations. Reporting: Refine KPI and program metric framework. Track program results, measure success, and report performance to stakeholders. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead global business reviews to share learnings, review global best-in-class campaigns, and analyze results. Interface with leadership team and stakeholders across multiple functions to drive alignment for successful ABM execution.

Requirements

Strong understanding of funnel metrics and levers for generating qualified account engagement and accelerating pipeline velocity. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights, and translate it into actionable changes.

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Colorado, Illinois, Maryland and Minnesota based hires: Estimated annual salary of $192,000 - $234,000.
  • For New York City, Washington, Washington D.C. and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $197,000 - $241,000.
  • For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $206,000- $252,000.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $181,100 - $316,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

Job Description

We are looking for an innovative, customer centric Manager with telecom and managed services experience to establish, prioritize and lead the implementation of key functionality within our ITSM customer portal to elevate our customer’s experience.  The Manager will play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional user experience for our customers, providing them with seamless access to information, resources, and support. The Manager will oversee selection of release cycles for enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of the portal. This role requires a critical blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of how to select and execute critical UX functionality for outstanding customer experience.

The Digital Product Manager will lead the creation of engaging, user-friendly interfaces, features, and functionality for AireSpring’s innovative portal, AIreCONTROL. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, operational leaders, customer focus groups, partner focus groups, developers, and UX designers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and feature rich functionality. Functionality will come from various highly effective proprietary platforms as well as best in class element management systems. Leveraging the impressive content available, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing designs that enhance the overall user experience and drive customer and partner satisfaction.

 

Overall Responsibilities:

- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces, critical and informative operational data and customer experience enhancing applications for AIreCONTROL that align with customer business objectives and user needs.

- Lead the development and implementation of new features, enhancements, and functionality for AIreCONTROL.  Selecting the most useful data to bring forward into AIreCONTROL from the vast amount of insightful information from Element Management platforms such as VeloCloud Orchestrator, FortiManager, and a host of other data rich platforms as well as our award-winning proprietary tools for service delivery and service assurance.

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, engineering, and customer support to gather requirements and prioritize development efforts.

  - Conduct user research, surveys, and feedback analysis to understand customer and partner needs and preferences that will improve the usability, accessibility, and engagement of AIreCONTROL.

   - Implement user interface enhancements, navigation improvements, and content updates to optimize the portal's effectiveness.

   - Ensure the portal's reliability, security, and performance through regular monitoring, testing, and maintenance activities.

   - Manage software updates, patches, and integrations to keep the portal up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.

-Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to define user requirements and translate them into design concepts leveraging wireframes, prototypes, and/or mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in user interface design and web technologies.

 

Content Management Responsibilities:

   - Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of content within AIreCONTROL, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and completeness.

   - Develop content strategies to address customer needs throughout their journey, from onboarding and training to ongoing support and self-service.

   - Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update documentation, tutorials, FAQs, and other resources for users.

 

Stakeholder Engagement Responsibilities:

   - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners involved in the customer portal initiative.

   - Communicate updates, milestones, and issues related to portal development and performance to relevant stakeholders.

   - Foster strong relationships with customers to solicit feedback, gather requirements, and ensure their needs are represented in portal development efforts.

 

Analytics and Reporting Responsibilities:

   - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and usage of the customer portal.

   - Monitor portal analytics, user behavior, and trends to identify areas for improvement and track progress over time.

   - Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and demonstrate the portal's impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and efficiency.

 

 

Qualifications

Requirements, skills and attributes:

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, a strong eye for design and driving customer success.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

-Proven experience designing user interfaces for web-based applications, preferably in a customer portal or B2B environment within the Telecom and Managed Services industry.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Desired bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role, managing customer-facing portals, websites, or digital platforms.

- Experience with measuring portal customer satisfaction and rapid response and adoption of feedback.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive initiatives to completion.

- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles, usability testing, and web analytics.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
