Salary ranges:

What’s in it for you?

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll take the lead in shaping and optimizing our retail portfolio with a strong focus on e-commerce. You’ll collaborate closely with Project and Product Managers as well as Engineering Leads to design and deliver cutting-edge solutions. Reporting directly to a Consulting Director, you’ll drive the analysis, planning, and execution of initiatives that elevate customer engagement and business performance.

In this role, you’ll focus on:

Leading the definition and analysis of requirements for end-to-end e-commerce projects tailored to large retail brands, including omnichannel strategies, personalized shopping experiences, and advanced product management capabilities.

Driving the integration of core retail technologies within a composable commerce framework, including commerce engines, PIM, CMS, and data orchestration layers. All solutions will align with MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless) to ensure modularity, scalability, and a seamless user experience.

Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business challenges and implement solutions that leverage data analytics and AI to enhance decision-making, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Must-have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis for medium and large IT projects.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+), Polish native required.
  • Proficiency in BPMN and UML notations.
  • Hands-on experience with modeling complex processes and defining business solutions.
  • Deep understanding of project and product life cycles.
  • Knowledge of BA best practices and techniques (e.g., SWOT analysis, Data Flow and Modeling, Business Model Canvas).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with system architectures, including microservices, API integrations, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms, composable commerce solutions, and Product Information Management systems.
  • Knowledge of modern headless architecture and composable commerce principles.
  • Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Tailor the analysis approach to project-specific needs.
  • Work with clients to define business requirements and translate them into solution (functional and non-functional) requirements.
  • Model and analyze complex business processes and solutions.
  • Act as a Proxy Product Owner, ensuring the project team (8–10 people) understands their objectives.
  • Collaborate in pre-project phases to define the business case.
  • Drive product development from ideation through design (including UX/UI) to implementation.
  • Create product roadmaps and prioritize features based on client feedback and market needs.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize product performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Support presales activities by preparing proposals and presenting solutions to potential clients.

Special Focus on Commerce and Composable Commerce:

  • Expertise in e-commerce ecosystems, including modern composable commerce architectures.
  • Ability to define and implement solutions leveraging modular, scalable, and omnichannel commerce principles.
  • Experience integrating PIM systems, CMS platforms, and marketplace solutions.
  • Knowledge of composable architecture principles: API-driven development, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Understanding of how to personalize customer experiences, integrate Master Data Management (MDM), and optimize digital transformation in commerce projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly LLMs and NLP.
  • Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools (like Streamlit) or simple service development (BE with FastAPI or Flask).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.

What are Senior Project Manager’s duties?

We seek a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to help prioritize new integrations and enhancements to existing integrations that will help our customers drive more revenue.   • Develop and deliver training materials and resources to educate internal go to market teams on integration best practices and platform features.

You Have:

Operational Leadership

  • Develop and implement scalable marketing and demand generation processes to drive growth.

  • Oversee Campaign Desk Operations to ensure efficient execution of campaigns and alignment with demand generation goals.

  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor activity, KPIs, and performance metrics, including last-touch attribution.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Analytics & Insights team to analyze campaign performance, lead flow, and pipeline contribution to provide actionable insights.

Optimization and Innovation

  • Analyze current processes and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.

You Have:

  • 4-7 years of marketing operations experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS company 
  • Proficiency with CRM Systems (Salesforce required) and Marketing Automation tools (i.e. Marketo (required), Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)  

Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides

About the Role: 

We are looking for an Enterprise Demand Generation Marketer reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. About the Team:

The Marketing team at Symmetry is responsible for building brand awareness for Symmetry and generating enterprise b2b demand for our payroll tax compliance solutions. Our team mission is to drive 10x growth and establish Symmetry as a category leading “infrastructure as a service (IAAS)” for people software and payroll platforms. We are building a full-stack enterprise marketing team, including demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing and online presence, sales enablement, analytics and reporting, and lifecycle marketing.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Develop, execute, and report end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including account-based marketing, email, paid ads, partners, webinars, and events.
  • Develop ICP-relevant messaging for marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Product, Tax Research, and Client Success teams.
  • Utilize existing content and agency to support demand generation goals, including gated content, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks & more.
  • Build campaigns and improve the marketing funnel and KPIs i.e. Contacts to MQL and Demos to Opportunities Created. 
  • Improve our MQL to opportunity conversion by refining messaging and creative for inbound marketing.
  • Work closely with the SDR team to break through with our ICP and execute lead-generation campaigns for inbound marketing.
  • Work closely with the AE team on sales cycle engagement and/or prospect re-engagement tactics. 
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (with SDR and AE’s) for target  accounts and key partners to drive referrals.
  • Evaluate and implement tools aligned with our marketing strategy that increase our efficiency and performance.
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors and/or SEO/advertising agencies, HR/payroll industry associations, and content syndication vendors. 
  • Manage allocated marketing budget and identify resources to maximize lead gen performance.

Here’s what we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and executing enterprise demand generation marketing campaigns in B2B SaaS, preferably in API-first companies, FinTech, HRTech or late-stage startups.
  • Experience with martech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite, Outreach, and Slack, and ability to source data for prospecting. 
  • An OBSESSION with proving ROI, and an expert in data & analytics

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement

About the Partnerships Team

The Partnerships team is focused on driving more customers to the platform through B2B partnerships that can deliver long-term, sustainable customer growth.   • Enable co-selling and co-marketing initiatives; including training with our partners and internal sales team to create win/win strategies.
  • Manage partner relationships by setting strategic goals, KPIs, and initiatives for continued success
  • Drive adoption of best practices to enable Partners to convert and perform more effectively as a Thumbtack partner.
  • Provide API and integration guidance with partners and internal stakeholders

What you’ll need

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, business development, consulting or similar customer-facing roles

Overview

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. 

United States: 
Zone 1: $137,000 – $189,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $123,000 – $170,000/year (USD)
 
Canada: 
Zone 1: $122,000 – $169,000/year (CAD)

The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for an Account-Based Marketing Strategist to join our Revenue Marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving expansion strategy and execution for assigned Key Accounts. This will include 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, leveraging hyper personalization across channels including web, email, ads, direct mail, and events. 

A key member of a brand new account-based marketing team, this individual will be responsible for activating buying teams within some of our highest-value Enterprise accounts. They will partner very closely with Strategic Accounts managers to determine account prioritization between 1:1 vs. 1:few approach and identify contact and comms strategy to drive account engagement, pipeline generation and acceleration, and won revenue.

As an Account-Based Marketing Strategist, you will: 

  • Be responsible for campaign strategy and execution that delivers expansion pipeline and revenue for assigned key accounts
  • Deliver bespoke experiences, messaging, and product influence that unlock CXO and buying team engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to uncover pain points and opportunities for key accounts and tailor marketing strategies to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop personalized marketing materials and content for each account/segment.
  • Leverage data to measure campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to optimize future ABM efforts.
  • Stay abreast of ABM best practices and emerging technologies, implementing new tools and strategies as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Has 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS marketing and GTM functions, including 1+ years in a focused ABM role. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful ABM campaigns that drive measurable business impact. 
  • Experience should highlight successful campaigns targeted at large Enterprise key accounts, demonstrating both creativity and effectiveness.
  • Excellent analytics skills, including experience with CRM (Salesforce), ABM (6sense), and marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with account executives, fostering a culture of collaboration between marketing and sales departments to ensure alignment on target accounts and objectives.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
