Overview

SAM Labs is looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with strong experience in cross-platform mobile and/or web development built on modern Flutter and Dart practices to help maintain and extend our mobile and web applications. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust multi-platform solutions, ensuring consistent performance across platforms, and establishing best practices for Flutter development and integration. As a core team member, you will play a crucial role in shaping our software strategy and execution.

This is a fully remote position reporting to the Lead Developer and Director of Product.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and Develop: Extend and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across Web, iOS, and Android.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with the Lead Developer and Director of Product to define technical requirements and architect efficient mobile solutions.
  • API Integration: Design and implement robust API integration layers to interact with new and existing backend implementations, ensuring efficient data synchronization and offline capabilities.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Transform design specifications into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces while maintaining Flutter's widget composition best practices.
  • State Management: Implement and optimize state efficient management solutions, ensuring clean architecture and maintainable code.
  • Native Features: Integrate platform-specific features and capabilities through native plugins and custom platform channels when required.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption across different devices and platforms.
  • Testing Strategy: Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, including widget tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing using Flutter's testing framework.
  • Build and Deploy:Contribute to maintaining and improving the CI/CD pipeline, and manage the release of apps to the App Store and Play Store.
  • Code Quality: Implement and maintain coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure proper documentation of components and features.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with Flutter ecosystem updates, emerging web/mobile development trends, and best practices to continuously improve our development stack.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 4+ years in Flutter mobile and/or web development, demonstrating proficiency in architecting cross-platform solutions.
  • Flutter Expertise: Deep understanding of Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and the widget lifecycle.
  • Best Practices: Strong understanding of mobile/web development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Eye for Detail: You care about delivering the performant and beautiful experiences to users, down to the last detail.
  • State Management: Advanced knowledge of state management solutions and application architecture patterns.
  • Native Development: Familiarity with iOS and Android native development concepts and ability to write platform-specific code when necessary.
  • Testing Proficiency: Experience with Flutter's testing framework, including unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing.
  • API Integration: Experience implementing efficient data synchronization strategies working with external APIs including RESTful APIs, Firebase, and/or GraphQL.
  • Performance Optimization: Proven track record in optimizing Flutter applications for performance, size, and resource usage.
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with ability to debug complex issues across multiple platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent collaboration skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively within a fully-remote team.

Sistemas de monitorización: gestión y seguimiento de las alertas de los servicios monitorizados.

Fotocopiadoras / impresoras:

  • Configuración a los usuarios de las fotocopiadoras.
  • Problemas de impresión.

FTP: Creación y Modificación de cuentas FTP

Soporte Aplicaciones:

  • Resolución de dudas
  • Actualización de plugins (java, flash, etc.)
  • Activación Licencias de O365
  • Configuración cuentas de correo en cualquier tipo de dispositivo.

Telefonía móvil (Configuración de terminales móviles IPhone, Android):

  • Configuración Inicial
  • Configuración Correo corporativo.

WIFI: Apoyo a los usuarios para el acceso a wifi Imagina y Media, tanto portátil, como móvil.

VPN:

  • Instalación software VPN (ZScaler)
  • Soporte al usuario si no sabe indicar dónde quiere acceder
  • Soporte al usuario si no puede acceder (nivel equipo de usuario)

VDI: Soporte al usuario en el acceso y sus funcionalidades

 

Ubicación: remoto, aunque preferiblemente la persona tiene que ser del ámbito de Barcelona ya que de forma puntual se pueden hacer reuniones de equipo en las oficinas de cliente o en DVT Barcelona.

Horario: por turnos rotativos 7x24x365 (todos los días del año)
La gran mayoría de los turnos son en jornada de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 20:00, pero hay que cubrir las noches, fines de semana y festivos.

Requisitos

Experiencia mínima: más de 2 años en un puesto similar. Valorable si el servicio prestado ha sido en empresas globales con presencia internacional.

- Idiomas:

  • Castellano
  • Catalán
  • Nivel de Inglés: B1/B2. Nivel requerido para poder dar soporte en dicho idioma a los usuarios que lo requieran (mantener una conversación). (Se valorará haber trabajado en el extranjero).

- Estudios mínimos: Ciclo formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar. Preferiblemente Grado Superior.

World Surf League is hiring a Remote Product Operations Analyst

The World Surf League connects millions of fans across the globe to live competition and surf related content through our own and operated website and apps. As the Product Operations Analyst, you will help ensure the optimal fan experience by managing the daily operations for our digital products portfolio, ensuring we deliver best in-class live surfing events through active monitoring and incident management. You will be the central contact for our team and our production partner during live events. As an integrated member of the Product team, you will also be responsible for conducting QA of our owned and operated platforms. Focus areas will extend from live event monitoring, digital platform support and QA, partner management, and all event-related responsibilities including writing playbooks and post-mortems. 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Work with the Broadcast team to deliver best in-class live global surfing events
  • Manage the end-to-end live streaming workflow for owned and operated platforms
  • Monitor and troubleshoot stream-related issues in real-time
  • Compile incident reporting for major issues
  • Determine operational priorities, and identify risks early; planning contingencies as needed
  • Perform cross-platform QA of live and non-live products
  • Refine live operations for digital broadcasts and deploy standards to ensure operational excellence of our live products to support our global tour schedule
  • Support our partners in North America and across the globe in producing live events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in live broadcasting, streaming operations, gaming or event production
  • Experience with live events is highly desirable.
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms - Web, iOS, Android, Connected TV
  • Familiarity with streaming technologies (HLS) a plus, not required
  • Experience conducting QA on digital products and/or debugging using tools like Charles
  • Experience with monetization of display and video advertising
  • Familiarity with multi-day, live-spectator events
  • Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to solve problems and drive results with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for sports, especially surfing, is helpful.

      Who are we looking for?
      Now we are looking for aCreative Marketing Specialist to develop creative ideas for a variety of tasks, from social media creatives to brand advertising, and help us boost our growth!

      Your impact:

      • Monitor and analyze the creative output of our competitors and adjacent niches to identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities for innovation;
      • Maintain an up-to-date backlog of all important experiments and tests, ensuring that our creative team has access to the latest data and insights;
      • Take part in creative meetings, ideate new creative concepts;
      • Cooperate with marketing managers in order to meet their requirements for quantity, quality and types of video creatives;
      • Analyze competitors & quickly implement their up to date creative ideas.

      About you:

      • Preferably 2+ years in marketing industry, candidates with less experience are welcome as well;
      • Upper Intermediate/Advanced English is a must for us;
      • Experience in working with Chat GPT, Midjourney, Kaiber or similar AI-generative tools;
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
      • Attentive to details, high level of self-organization and time management.
