Le directeur de projet IT est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la gestion des projets technologiques au sein de l’entreprise. Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, les parties prenantes et les fournisseurs pour assurer la livraison réussie des projets

Poste basé au Mans avec des déplacements réguliers (mensuel) à Annecy.

1. Planifier le projet : La première fonction d’un Directeur de projet est de planifier le projet dans sa globalité en établissant des objectifs clairs et des échéances précises. Pour cela, il doit identifier les tâches nécessaires à la réalisation du projet, définir les ressources nécessaires (Delivery et Métier), évaluer les risques éventuels et mettre en place un planning détaillé.

  1. Élaborer des plans de projet détaillés, y compris les échéances, les ressources et les livrables en relation avec les Product Owners
  2. Suivre l’avancement du projet, identifier les risques et mettre en place des mesures d’atténuation.

2. Coordination de l’équipe : Le Directeur de projet est également responsable de la coordination de l’équipe. Il doit s’assurer que chaque membre de l’équipe dispose des moyens nécessaires pour mener à bien sa mission et que les échanges entre les membres de l’équipe sont fluides. Il doit également veiller à la communication régulière des informations relatives au projet auprès de chaque membre de l’équipe.

  1. Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, les départements métier et les parties prenantes pour aligner les objectifs du projet.
  2. Assurer une communication fluide entre les différentes équipes.

3. Contrôler le projet : le Directeur de projet doit contrôler le projet de manière régulière pour s’assurer que les objectifs du projet sont atteints. Le Directeur de projet s’assure que les coûts, délais et qualité fixés sont respectés. Il doit donc mettre en place des outils de suivi et de reporting qui permettent de mesurer l’avancement du projet et de détecter rapidement les éventuels écarts. En cas de dérive, il doit être capable de proposer des solutions pour réaligner le projet sur les objectifs initiaux.

  1. Garantir le respect du cahier des charges
  2. Proposer au métier, en cours de projet, d’éventuelles modifications d’objectifs (qualité, coût, délai) liées à des contraintes de réalisation ou des modifications d’environnement

4. Déployer et clôturer le projet : le Directeur de projet doit s’assurer dans la phase finale, que la solution du projet est exploitable par les équipes en charge de la maintenance et du maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO)

  1. Présenter la solution aux équipes en charge de la maintenance et du MCO et s’assurer de la fourniture de la documentation nécessaire.
  2. S’assurer des moyens alloués pour la maintenance et le MCO de la solution
  3. Clôturer le projet avec une évaluation de l’atteinte des objectifs et une enquête de satisfaction

    The Endpoint Engineering team assists companies by supporting their environments day to day and recommending best practices to follow and implement.     What you will do

    As a Senior SOE Engineer, you will be responsible, but not limited to:

    • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager including Intune
    • Strong technical knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
    • Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory – Group Policy Management
    • Strong Scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch)
    • Experience with Windows 10 task sequencing and end point configuration

      Plain Concepts is hiring a Remote Senior Data Scientist/MLOps

      We are expanding our development teams and although we don’t care much about titles, we call this role Senior Data Scientist.

      As an Data Scientist Engineer, you will be part our international AI/ML team developing tailored solutions to satisfy our client's needs. We are looking for a passionate engineer with background in machine/deep learning. You will be training, and deploying models, putting research into production, among other tasks.

      You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, taking care of the software engineering challenges associated with AI. You will take part in challenging projects using cutting edge technologies. You will work in an international environment with the possibility of working from home or from our offices.

      Our vision is to build multidisciplinary teams which directly manage projects in an AGILE way to find and implement the best solutions ????

      You will be responsible for:

      • Participating in the design and development of AI solutions for challenging projects.
      • Building production level ML/AI solutions, with solid software engineering and ML/AI principles.
      • MLOps Automated deployment and monitoring (models and infrastructure).
      • Data analysis (data cleaning, variable transformation, etc.).
      • Developing and training ML models.
      • Putting AI models into production.
      • This means parallelizing, optimizing, tuning, testing the models to deploy in a production environment.
      • More than 5 years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Computer Science.
      • Can build an “end-to-end software product” which has machine learning component.
      • Knowledges in applied computer vision.
      • Strong skills in Python and reasonable SQL understanding.
      • Experience in building ML/deep learning pipelines and models.
      • Experience in implementing production ready ML models using current ML/Deep learning techniques.
      • MLOps experience is mandatory for the team
      • Experience in projects with NLP/Gen IA is neccesary
      • Very valuable your international and presales experience
      • ENGLISH IS MANDATORY

      Very nice to have:

      • Experience with Deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch etc.
      • Experience with Big Data projects and tools. E
      • Experience writing RESTful web services.
      • Experience with DevOps technology (Docker, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, etc.)
      • Experience with source code version control tools.
      • Experience working with Azure or other cloud-based solution.
      • Azure Machine Learning: Experience with Azure Machine Learning is a plus, although not essential.
      • Deep learning and neural networks.
      • Expertise in deep learning and high-level neural networks.
      • Experience with one or more of the following: Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, ranking systems or similar.
      • TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow serving y grpc.
      • Unit testing knowledge.
      • Solid object-oriented programming skills.
