About The Role

We are looking for an Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) for Japan to join our Partner Sales Organization. This role will be based out of Tokyo, Japan, and will report to the Senior Director, Partner Business in Japan. 

 

As an ICAM, you will assume a key position responsible for recruiting, onboarding and enabling a subset of targeted partners in the assigned region, while building relationships to grow Cloudflare’s partner business. Your key performance indicators will be growth of deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities and partner-initiated sales in your region. To help you succeed, you will work closely with a broad range of team members who will support you, including partner ecosystem, sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and enablement. Your ultimate goal is to drive incremental partner-initiated pipeline and revenue through partners.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Activate a set of partners assigned to your specific regional territory
  • Establish a cadence with a set of partners that you will develop and grow, including setting goals, developing partner plans, reporting metrics and tracking progress - with the objective of pipeline growth
  • Lead demand generation initiatives and campaigns to drive partner-initiated pipeline in collaboration with the sales team
  • Grow deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities and partner-initiated sales
  • Follow up on sales enablement sessions to ensure that partners understand the value proposition, pipeline generation marketing assets to leverage, and the associated SPIFFs / incentives.

About the Department

What you'll do

We are looking for a seasoned channel sales professional to help us build out the channel organization in Latam/Mexico.

In this role, you’ll identify, recruit and operationalize new reseller and systems integrators partner organizations to help expand Cloudflare’s indirect sales reach within an assigned territory. You will build a regional partner business plan with quantified goals and milestones to achieve partner sourced revenue metrics to meet all quarterly sales requirements.

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will develop a comprehensive regional partner map, outlining target partners to recruit. You will work with partner stakeholders to drive sales enablement and coordinate technical training of Cloudflare’s solutions, work with respective field teams on demand gen initiatives and campaigns, as well as working with direct sales on various Channel oriented opps.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and report an accurate sales forecast in SFDC.
  • Manage contract negotiations.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.

About the role:

The US national pay range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $137,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. About the Job 

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to build trusted CPG Client and Agency relationships 
  • Educate, engage and encourage CPG advertisers and Agencies to activate e-commerce campaigns on a world-class digital grocery platform
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all post-sale activities including campaign set up, optimization, reporting and performance to achieve CPG advertisers’ KPIs
  • Provide weekly reports to CPG advertisers with key recommendations to improve campaign performance 
  • Builds persuasive narrative to influence advertisers to implement optimization and upsell strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Present compelling category and advertiser-specific business trends and insights
  • Participate in cadence calls and Quarterly Business Reviews with CPG advertisers utilizing data visualization to discuss campaign insights and performance with an analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Develop a deep understanding of Instacart’s evolving advertising products 

 

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate college degree (BA/BS) required 
  • 7+ years of similar work experience
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of paid search, display, account management, ad serving, CPG or e-commerce
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take initiative in a high paced environment
  • Succeeds in an external facing role, confidently communicates with advertisers and key stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and creative problem solver

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in business, advertising, commerce, digital marketing or related field is preferred
  • Comfortable using Salesforce to track and optimize impact

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Channel Account Manager to own our SAARC Partner strategy and relationships. Based out of Bangalore India as a first preference, this role will report to the Vice President of Partner Sales, Asia Pacific.

You will be accountable for the development of partner plans, partner sales growth and pipeline focused on Cloudflare’s PowerUp Elite and Select partnerships. To achieve your goals you will need to work closely with the Area Vice President of SAARC and Sales Directors, to be the voice of partners into the SAARC leadership and clearly align to their GTM plans.  You will then collaborate with field sales executives, marketing and engineering teams to support execution of those plans.

Travel will be required within India to support partner and customer meetings.

  • Be the voice of partners into the SAARC leadership team including at QBRs, forecasting and cadence meetings
  • Own current and the development of future Elite and Select partnerships ensuring that tier requirements are maintained and partner benefits maximised. 
  • Develop strong partner relationships and cadence practice including partner business planning and quarterly reviews

Wir suchen Account Manager, die unser Team in der nächsten Wachstumsphase verstärken. Sie spielen eine entscheidende Rolle beim Engagement unserer Partner mit der Carwow-Plattform, der Schaffung von großartigen Kundenerlebnissen sowie der Steigerung unserer Performance.

WAS DU TUN WIRST

  • Steigere das Engagement und den Umsatzanteil in deinem Portfolio von Händlerpartnern durch den Aufbau starker Beziehungen und demonstriere den Mehrwert unserer Plattform.
  • Entwickle dich zu einem Experten im Bereich Fahrzeugakquise, verstehe die Marktpositionierung unserer Plattform und platziere unser Produkt richtig bei deinen Händlerpartnern.
  • Monitore und steuere die wichtigsten Performance-Metriken (zum Beispiel Angebote je Händler, Transaktionen pro Händler) gemeinsam mit deinen Händlerpartnern proaktiv und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Carwow Sell my Car Team (zum Beispiel Sales und Trading). Halte regelmäßigen Austausch mit deinen Handelspartnern, überwiegend über Telefon-/Videogespräche, aber auch durch einige Reisen zu Händlern, um deren Engagement mit unserer Plattform zu stärken.
  • Führe die Onboardings für neue Händler sowie regelmäßige Schulungen für bestehende Händler durch 
  • Treibe die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen voran, um unsere Beziehungen mit deinen Händlern auszuweiten.

What Does A Business Account Manager (BAM) Do?  

  • Manage Sales Portfolio: You are responsible for effectively maintaining and growing your book of business quarter over quarter by applying the Wayfair sales process and managing a pipeline of opportunities. 
  • Build Rapport and Influence Sales: Conduct engaging conversations through phone and email outreach with the objective of growing customer relationships through repeat sales and a continuous pipeline of opportunity.

What are the Requirements?

  • Location:This is a work from home position where you will be working virtually.
  • Sales Experience:1 - 3 years of previous outbound sales experience with previously demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPI’s or performance metrics
  • Book Management:1+ year of book management experience (B2B sales preferred)
  • B2B Knowledge: B2B sales knowledge, strong business acumen, and ability to execute project needs analysis
  • Adaptability: You must have a willingness to adapt and grow in a fast paced, high growth industry 
  • Ownership: Taking ownership for driving your professional and sales development plans to remain aligned with the business expectations.

What are the Benefits?

  • Pay:This position has a performance-based compensation structure that includes a base salary range estimate of $32,000 - $38,000 per year with specifics determined by geography and cost of living considerations.
