As a Senior People Technology Analyst, you’ll:

  1. System Implementation, Configuration and Integration Development
    1. Plan and execute medium-to-large size projects to enhance People processes; scope and develop new scalable processes as Webflow evolves
    2. Lead implementation and configuration of Workday and other People Systems functionality/modules as well as related integrations based on organizational requirements
    3. Ensure accurate setup of employee data, compensation structures, and People processes

  2. Reporting and Data Management
    1. Analyze complex data sets, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop custom reports and dashboards as needed

    3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Support audits and data integrity efforts
  3. End-User Support
    1. Provide support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to People Technology functionality
    2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems within Workday, supported systems, and related integrations
  4. Training and Documentation
    1. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on People systems, processes and best practices
    2. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity
  5. Continuous Improvement
    1. Actively participate in ongoing system enhancement projects to streamline processes
    2. Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience
    3. Maintain up-to-date and industry best practices knowledge of Workday and other People systems to contribute to the ongoing enhancements

About you 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience directly supporting Workday as a technical analyst, and 2+ years of exposure administering and supporting other people systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, is preferred
  • Background in configuring and supporting key support HCM modules (i.e., Advanced Compensation module in Workday (especially compensation planning), Workday Time Tracking, and Workday Leave and Absence, Workday Benefits
  • Experience project managing technical projects from discovery all the way through to post-production support
  • Experience in identifying gaps in processes and supporting the enhancement and evolution of systems to ensure scalability
  • Preferred: 2+ years utilizing integration iPaaS tools (Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft)

  • Identify, on an ongoing basis, areas of healthcare compliance risk to actively monitor and audit based on various data sources including, but not limited to, federal/state guidance, internal risk assessments and concerns reported to Thirty Madison’s internal reporting system
  • Draft and review compliance and privacy policies and update on a regular basis to reflect applicable state and federal regulatory changes
  • Evolve, execute and delivery of compliance and privacy awareness training, including onboarding and annual training, and other role based trainings programs to maintain a strong culture of compliance
  • In coordination with the Legal team as appropriate, conduct or authorize, and oversee investigations of matters that merit investigation under the compliance program, including development of corrective action plans, as needed
  • Ensure the maintenance of necessary compliance reporting mechanisms and documentation to meet federal and state contractual and regulatory requirements including oversight of regulatory reporting, ensuring timeliness and review of trends
  • In partnership with the Contracts and Security teams, ensure that all vendor contracts contain corporate-compliant language and comply with all privacy and compliance obligations of the organization
  • Report on a regular basis and on an ad hoc basis in your discretion to Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors on matters involving the compliance program
  • In partnership with the Legal team, serve as a subject matter resource, stay up-to-date on the latest government announcements, regulations and guidance, and provide consultation services regarding the application and implementation of current legal requirements and organizational policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned to meet the maturing needs our the scaling organization

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a compliance-focused role
  • Extensive experience with HIPAA and state consumer privacy and health regulatory compliance, particularly in the telemedicine and/or pharmacy sector
  • Familiarity with other common frameworks and regulations such as SOC2, HITRUST and GDPR
  • Successfully served as a liaison for the organization and third parties (e.g. auditors, regulators) in the capacity of managing risk assessment and audit lifecycles
  • Strong desire to take ownership of problems and act on them independently in a rapidly-evolving environment
  • Ability to inform and educate others through strong written and verbal communications and cross-organization collaboration

Bonus points

  • Relevant certifications such as CHC, CHPC, CHPS, IAPP, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Master’s degree or equivalent a plus.    
  • 3-5 years of experience recruitment experience
  • 3-5 years of physician recruitment experience
  • Preferred experience in allied recruitment
  • Proven track record in recruiting healthcare providers
  • Proven ability to effectively work with and sell to C-suite, HR departments, and senior executives
  • Ability to effectively communicate with counterparts, management, clients, and internal departments
  • Strong record to target achievement (sales, revenue, quotas, margins, etc.)
  • Collaborative and supportive with colleagues
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in resolving issues, brainstorming, and problem-solving
  • Must have a valid Driving License
