About the Role:

As the Vice President of Business Development, you will be instrumental in identifying and executing transformative business opportunities outside the traditional media distribution ecosystem. Your goal will be to drive new viewer acquisition for Tubi across all markets by initiating, developing, and optimizing strategic partnerships.

In this independent contributor role, you’ll embed deeply into Tubi’s business functions, collaborating with leaders in Content, Marketing, Product, and International to prioritize and manage the deal pipeline. You will own the entire lifecycle of partnerships, from defining use cases and negotiating deals to launching and optimizing them to maximize ROI. You will also provide regular updates on partnership activity and performance, ensuring alignment with Tubi’s growth objectives.

About This Role:

As the Finance Manager, Programmatic Partner Sales, you will be a key finance leader responsible for guiding the financial health and strategic growth of our Partner Managed Business. About the Role: 

We seek a Senior Data Scientist to play a pivotal role in advancing Tubi's Experimentation platform. You will contribute to the company’s data-driven experimentation process, supporting continuous improvements to the user experience and the organization's strategies. The Associate will work with the other members of the Experience & Metadata team to ensure accurate metadata and categorization for all new titles launched each week as well as all old titles in the library. About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and visionary Art Director to join our dynamic team at Tubi. As a leader in the creative department, you will drive the development of high-impact visual solutions for our branding, digital, and advertising initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and implement visual aspects of marketing materials, campaigns, and presentations
  • Develop innovative visual strategies to enhance brand effectiveness and engagement in B2C and B2B initiatives
  • Elevate the company’s brand identity and presence, ensuring consistency across all visual communications
  • Collaborate with the creative director, other designers, and cross-functional teams to develop creative briefs and design concepts that meet business objectives

  • Draft and finalize creative briefs based on project briefings and ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables included

  • Develop top-tier, scalable presentation approaches, styles, and techniques
  • Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use
  • Collaborate with a small team of designers (in-house and/or freelance) on an as needed basis and on specific projects
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies, as needed, to execute campaigns and projects
  • Present creative concepts and designs to stakeholders, clearly articulating creative choices and showing strategic alignment with business goals

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience with digital design and digital asset production at high volumes with an agency, studio, or in-house network in the Entertainment or Consumer Brand space
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma skills
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative thinking
  • Proven experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing the highest quality work to spec
  • Advanced understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to team members

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and efficient motion graphics artist to join our growing team. You will be partnering with internal creatives and producers to create visually stunning and strategically effective motion graphics for Tubi Originals trailers. The right fit for this role will be someone who has 5+ years of motion design experience, within an Entertainment environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about all aspects of typography, design, and animation. Responsibilities:

  • 2D and 3D design and animation of motion graphics for concurrent projects including trailers, main title designs, graphics packages, transitions, and more for a broad range of content genres including Entertainment, B2B, and Corporate
  • Concept original designs and present as style frames, storyboards, or mood boards
  • Re-versioning existing campaigns to ensure that new elements match provided footage and seamlessly composite together in accordance with creative direction
  • Export and deliver appropriate files to the provided specifications
  • Track and organize graphics software, stock assets, plugins, assets, style-guides, and naming conventions in compliance with Tubi standards and practices
  • Apply expert understanding of the post-production process and how graphics and editorial come together to create high-impact content 
  • Demonstrate a strong design POV with an eye for color, composition, and typography

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Editor with exceptional editorial, organizational, and communication skills to join our growing creative team. Qualifications:

  • 8+ year’s video content editing experience, with heavy focus on trailers, promos, and sizzle reels at an agency, studio or in-house brand
  • Proven experience in developing, producing, and executing high quality video work (inclusive of graphics heavy projects)
  • Exceptional editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with Sapphire plugins is a plus

Job Duties:

Job Requirements:
