As the Director of Product, you will lead our international product strategy with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to product development. You will be responsible for surpassing customer expectations and collaborating with the team to achieve internal targets within the department. In order to accomplish these targets, you will collaborate with our affiliated suppliers and our preferred selection of hotels, restaurants and other suppliers. As a Specialist, it is crucial that you possess the knowledge and passion to stay informed about an industry that is constantly evolving. Both you and the team should consistently stay updated on current market trends, analyze the offerings of competitors, and understand the exclusive privileges our members can acquire from our rivals. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are ever-present. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Serving our members primarily by telephone and email to fulfil their requests and offer suggestions to enhance their experience. 
  • Ensuring you stay on member calls for the duration of the call before leaving for break. Calls can be 5 mins to 2 hours.    
  • Handle all communication between suppliers needed to obtain the quotes/information and review the details of all quotations provided to you, before providing them to the member. 
  • To manage and meet competing deadlines, while setting expectations with members and ensuring continued communication with them 
  • Provide quotes via our CRM system by email for the members 
  • Follow up with the members to see if they are ready for their adventure and answer any questions they may have 
  • To always act in the best interest of the member, ensuring their needs are met   
  • To fulfill requests in the most resourceful and intelligent way while following best practices  
  • To investigate opportunities to add value to the request and exceed the members expectations   
  • To demonstrate you can confidently negotiate with suppliers to deliver the best possible service to our members  
  • Handle all member payments (if applicable) and arrange supplier payment through our finance team when required. 
  • Represent the business externally e.g. at networking events, FAM trips and trade shows to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile. 
  • Keep up to date with newly opened establishments, newly launched experiences, and shows and all new developments in the assigned area of expertise 
  • Meet monthly KPI’s on Sales, NPS and Efficiency. 
  • Have the ability to work on multiple requests and sourcing options from various suppliers according to the member’s needs. 
  • Be flexible and adaptable to a change of priorities and complete requests within the given timeframe 
  • The role may require some evening and weekend shifts 

 

Minimum of 2 years working within the live entertainment industry with a strong understanding of the local entertainment market, including awareness of different performers, venues, festivals, and all elements relating to entertainment. 

 

Keeping up to date with new artists and announced tours in the live entertainment scene.  

 

Great understanding of the primary and secondary ticket market. 

 

Or 

 

Minimum of 2 years working within the dining industry with great knowledge of the local dining scene and an understanding and interest in the international food scene.  

 

Understanding of the Michelin guide and keeping up to date with the Top 50 restaurant listings.

  • Handle all communication between suppliers needed to obtain the quotes/information and review the details of all quotations provided to you, before providing them to the member.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Service Delivery  

    • Curate bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to the unique preferences, interests, and requirements of high-net-worth individuals for Ten Members
    • Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of key members, family offices and corporate clients, understanding their wants and needs and putting their satisfaction at the heart of everything that we do 
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with UHNW clients, understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs to exceed expectations at every turn
    • Help to develop, attend and host member events to promote Ten’s luxury travel offering 
    • Proactively curate unique experiences for members, working closely with the product and content teams to create collateral that can be shared 
    • Work closely with internal teams such as concierge services, destination specialists, and operations to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of travel plans.
    • Handle sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
    • Produce timely, accurate and informative documentation to support travel arrangements 
    • Be always on call to members when travelling 
    • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in luxury travel, continuously enhancing product knowledge and expertise to offer innovative and cutting-edge experiences.

    Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option:

    • Number of days in the office to be agreed, however open to fully remote options

    • Solid background in high end luxury travel industry, including experience in curating bespoke travel experiences, managing high-profile clients, and collaborating with luxury accommodations and service providers.
    • Well-travelled and able to use your own travel experiences to inspire our members along side in-depth knowledge of luxury travel destinations worldwide.
    • Experienced in working with high-net-worth clients and family offices 
    • The ability to effectively sell premium services, negotiate with suppliers, and upsell additional amenities is vital for driving revenue and maximizing client satisfaction.

    As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and developing strategies to attract, source and hire top talent. The role works closely with Hiring Managers to understand the company’s needs, create job adverts and develop effective recruitment campaigns that meet agreed company SLA’s. The role also ensures that the recruitment process is efficient, cost-effective and aligned with the Ten’s goals, values and standards. It also ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.  

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

    The information below is representative of the work performed in this position; however, it is not all-inclusive. Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs. Scope of role is defined outside of the job description.   

    Talent attraction  

    • In conjunction with Hiring Managers, develop and update internal job descriptions and job specifications for all new roles, establishing clear role requirements, skills and / or qualifications.  
    • Create external job adverts that give a clear overview of both the company and the role the candidate is applying for.  
    • Advertise all current vacancies using the most appropriate and suitable channels – this may include a mix of online job boards, social media, magazines, referrals, networking events and external organisations.  
    • Proactively source candidates from various channels, maximising the use of online recruitment platforms, mainly LinkedIn, to headhunt for talent. 
    • Utilise bulk advert purchases to reduce direct recruitment costs.  
    • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to support the talent acquisition process. Negotiate competitive rates with external partners, including rebate periods for the first 3-6 months of employment.  

    Recruitment campaigns  

    • Keep track of all recruitment costs, clearly separating direct recruitment costs versus those of agencies and identifying cost saving opportunities.    
    • Manage the vacancy sheet and Ten’s vacancy website, ensuring this is accurate and up-to-date at all times.   
    • Work in conjunction with Hiring Managers, to create a recruitment plans for each vacancy, documented within the Role Brief form. This should identify the recruitment process to follow, clear timelines and owners for each stage of the process, and drafts of both prepared and live tasks that will be used to evaluate the required skills / behaviors for the role.  
    • Evaluate and screen applications in the first two stages of Ten’s recruitment process (CV screening and phone interviews). 
    • Coordinate and organise the remaining stages of the agreed recruitment process, ensuring candidates are communicated to regularly and promptly, regardless of whether they are successful in their applications or not.  
    • Create and share reports highlighting key recruitment metrics for each recruitment campaign, sharing learnings where applicable.  

    Future talent pipeline  

    • In conjunction with Senior Managers, determine and agree the current and future needs of the business, identifying critical and most at risk roles. 
    • Identify the skills, experience and competencies required to fill the gap between where the business is today, compared to where it needs to be in the future.  
    • Create a talent pipeline to fill any critical / at risk roles. Keep in regular contact with targeted candidates, building strong relationships and engagement with the business.    

    Offers  

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the offer process, ensuring correct expectations are set in regards to job requirements (working hours, bonuses etc) and coordinating offer negotiations.  
    • Work closely with the respective People Experience representative to ensure the smooth handover of offer details, and prompt start of the on-boarding process. 

    Onboarding

    • Prepare, send and collect all required contractual documents
    • Conduct background screening checks as per Ten’s standards
    • Be ultimately accountable for new starters to be correctly set up on all Ten systems before their first day (including equipment)
    • Create a warm onboarding experience for new starters, with clear instructions and expectations set for their first few weeks at Ten
    • Relevant reminders are set-up as part of the onboarding process

    Others 

    • Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices and new technologies in talent acquisition to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.  
    • Any other required ad-hoc recruitment activities.  
    • Upkeep of FTE list for resource requirements
