We’re looking for highly motivated sales executives with strong market knowledge who enjoy building relationships with key decision-makers to evangelize products and services. You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Performing end-to-end sales and success cycle for prospective and existing customers who are focused on Digital Transformation.
  • Prospecting by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring our customer’s success. 
  • Interacting with Customers at the most senior level of the Security and Engineering organizations.
  • Capitalizing on your territory knowledge and utilizing connections in the market to grow your account base.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum experience of 5 years owning the entire sales cycle for a technical product on Enterprise level accounts (Fortune 1000), and you want to hone your craft for a leader in cybersecurity in hyper-growth stage.
  • Experience selling into Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps groups within the enterprise segment or have significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large & complex software transactions with the biggest customers in the region.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and enjoy engaging with C-Level Executives.

The ideal Implementation Consultant is a blend of technical background, excellent client and project management skills, with proven ability to facilitate hands-on technical work by leading and managing multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.

You’ll spend your time:

  • Delivering value to our customers by owning project delivery from kick-off to closure for customer implementations
  • Communicating regularly with project stakeholders on status, schedule, and risk factors through each phase of implementation
  • Conducting project kick-offs, planning sessions and regular delivery meetings
  • Facilitating customer outcomes across various teams to deliver positive results
  • Managing and optimizing the Snyk Onboarding practices

What You’ll Need:

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Educating customers and partners about the adoption of Application Security  and Software Supply Chain Security and the importance of empowering developers to stay secure
  • To do this, you’ll develop deep product and competitive acumen across our full product suite, Open Source, Code, IaC, Container, and ASPM.
  • As the customer’s buying consultant, you'll become a technical product expert, evangelist, and coach, responsible for delivering tailored product demonstrations, enabling well-scoped and managed product trials, and coordinating RFP responses from time to time, 
  • Interfacing with our, engineering, product, and customer success teams to craft solutions that actually solve our customers’ problems
  • Shaping and informing decisions on new features based on your experience and feedback from customers and channel partners
  • Working closely with channel partners to increase their proficiency in selling and supporting the Snyk solution through their sales process and beyond
  • Provide thought leadership to the market on topics that are related to Snyk and DevSecOps to help drive awareness and adoption. This is both at the executive level and practitioner level. 

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years or similar in the sales engineering, solutions consulting, developer or security space
  • A good knowledge of the developer, DevOps, Application Security, and ASPM ecosystems and practices
  • Experience working closely with highly technical customers at the Enterprise level 
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of coding languages and how they work
  • Appetite for learning about new technologies and you’re curious about how things work under the hood

Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Senior Solutions Engineer to interface between our customers (new and current) and our product engineering, marketing, partner and customer success teams, both supporting the adoption of Snyk in new organizations and helping to evolve what Snyk has to offer.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Becoming a technical product expert, evangelist, and coach, capable of delivering technical sales experiences to customers and partners.
  • Educating customers and partners about the adoption of open-source and cloud-native technologies, and the importance of empowering developers to stay secure.
  • Owning the technical aspects of the sale, providing demonstrations, managing technical proof of concepts (POCs), demonstrating product/technical expertise, and sharing best practices.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-8 years or similar in the enterprise solution engineering, development roles or enterprise security consulting.
  • Proven track record with Global 2000 firms in managing and exceeding customer expectations in the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage and present at executive to practitioner level at customers.
  • Expert knowledge of the developer and DevOps ecosystems and application security best practices. 
  • Passion for learning about and tinkering with new technologies - you’re curious about how things work under the hood!
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of coding languages and how they work.
  • Ability to plan and succeed, setting milestones along the way, over-communicate, create alignment, rally resources, and satisfy stakeholders.

Our Opportunity

Our Solutions Engineering organization is seeking a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead a highly skilled SE Organization focused on Strategic customers. The Solutions Engineering team partners with our enterprise customers, product teams and ecosystem to realize their full potential through the adoption of prescriptive solutions that drive their growth and success.

Reporting to the AMER leader of Solutions Engineering, you will play a hands-on role in building a team of strategic solutions engineers and Channel solutions engineers, owning the revenue and consumption responsibilities for the group.

  • Acting as a business and technical thought leader able to partner and drive Regional, Account strategy and execution plan working with cross-functional partners
  • Serving as a CTO to Executive Champion or Executive Sponsor at customers

What You’ll Need:

Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven Senior Channel Solutions Engineer,responsible for strategy, enablement, development, and performance of our strategic National Partners, Optiv and Guidepoint. In this role you will be working within all levels of large partner organizations and have a thorough understanding of Snyk’s solutions and the business value to partners and customers.

  • Managing the technical strategy of Snyk’s strategic partners.

  • Have spent 5 years or similar in managing strategic partnerships.
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of coding languages and how they work.
  • To have background in software security, open source, DevOps, cloud or dev tooling space.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists, and/or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
  • Experience working closely with highly technical customers within the Enterprise (Fortune 100) space in ANZ.
  • The ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud environments

You’ll spend your time:

  • Defining and driving the strategy and detailed execution plan for Snyk’s Technical Success Managers.
  • Represent Snyk’s emerging post-sales offerings with the theater
  • Hiring, mentoring, and shaping the capability of a multi-national and expanding team of TSMs.  
  • Designing engagement capabilities and processes that allow Snyk to effectively reach and improve strategic relationships with each of our customers based on deep analytics and personalization of use cases.
  • Working cross-functionally to drive key business objectives supporting high-profile client deployments, new product roll-outs, installations, and client escalations in partnership with sales, operations, product management, engineering, and technical support.

What You’ll Need:

    • 3+ Years of work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Renewal Manager, Licensing Specialist, or relevant role
    • Experience working  with technical customers previously, and proven knowledge about the software development life cycle or application security space 
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders based on their pain and biz requirements at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
    • Ability to lead and drive Sales strategy and vision for a mission-critical suite of products delivered via a Software as a Service (SaaS) model
    • Experience managing 40+ accounts, negotiating deals, as well as familiarity with channel partners (resellers), all while navigating internal stakeholder requirements
    • Comfortability with engaging in consultative discovery conversations to uncover account expansion opportunities, solidify current product investments, and negotiate multi-year subscription opportunities
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs that have a financial business impact
    • A strong track record of expansion quota attainment & customer retention
    • Ability to accurately forecast all deals monthly / quarterly to Manager and even executive leadership

  • Creating and owning the partner enablement strategy to support our global partner ecosystem (Channel, GSI and Consultancy, and Tech Alliance Partners) and drive revenue growth. 
  • Steering and supporting partner sales, presales, and implementation enablement programs at a global level, in partnership and alignment with the Global Partner team. 
  • Design, produce, and deliver partner enablement programs across multiple regions to drive revenue growth. Work closely with the Snyk Partner teams, Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Marketing,  and Sales leaders. 
  • Track the success of training programs and certifications, understand gaps, and continuously improve these programs.  
  • Leverage scalable approaches to content creation and enablement frameworks to efficiently package technical and implementation product information. 

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • 5+years of Partner/Channel Enablement experience.
  • Experience in a Partner Enablement or Technical Enablement role, preferably with experience in DevOps and/or Open Source software.
  • An understanding of a successful partner program and the required technical training and certifications to support that program. Experience building sales, technical and implementation certifications with subject matter experts to support these programs. 
  • Demonstrates track record of solution selling and value-based selling techniques.
  • Have experience writing technical documentation and building experiential learning programs using virtual lab environments.
  • Are able to self-manage workload to meet deadlines and prioritize accordingly.
  • Posses strong collaboration skills and ability to gather feedback and build consensus with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Senior Solutions Engineer to interface between our customers (new and current) and our product engineering, marketing, partner and customer success teams, both supporting the adoption of Snyk in new organizations and helping to evolve what Snyk has to offer.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Becoming a technical product expert, evangelist, and coach, capable of delivering technical sales experiences to customers and partners.
  • Educating customers and partners about the adoption of open-source and cloud-native technologies, and the importance of empowering developers to stay secure.
  • Owning the technical aspects of the sale, providing demonstrations, managing technical proof of concepts (POCs), demonstrating product/technical expertise, and sharing best practices.
  • Interfacing with our sales, engineering, product, and customer success teams to build solutions that solve our customers’ problems.
  • Shaping and informing decisions on new features based on your experience and feedback from customers.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Fluency in English and German, additional language skills in Spanish, Italian or French would be a plus.
  • 5-8 years or similar in the enterprise solution engineering, development roles or enterprise security consulting.
  • Experience working as an enterprise or strategic sales engineer, working with Fortune 500 customers in the DACH region.
  • Ability to manage and present at executive to practitioner level at customers.
  • Expert knowledge of the developer and DevOps ecosystems and application security best practices. 
  • Passion for learning about and tinkering with new technologies - you’re curious about how things work under the hood!
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of coding languages and how they work.
  • Ability to plan and succeed, setting milestones along the way, over-communicate, create alignment, rally resources, and satisfy stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with highly technical audiences.
  • A team-oriented mindset, one team culture fit is a must.
  • Appreciation for diversity and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life.
  • Be able to navigate and engage with people in larger enterprise environments.

 

We’d be Lucky if You: 

  • Have worked in early-stage, fast-growth startups… especially in developer tooling with a balance enterprise level execution.
  • Are self motivated, continuous learner who loves to teach and coaching is a habit.
  • A developer background or experience with coding and/or deep security expect.
  • Prior experience in a direct or matrixed role with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams.
  • Have experience working with the channel ecosystem.
