Compensation:

$24,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Assess comparable, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends
  • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of Exp in Sales, Real Estate, or a negotiating role
  • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
  • Familiarity and experience with American Culture is a big plus

The client company is a high-performance Telecom Sales Team the lookout for full-time Phone Sales Representatives.

Your job is to take inbound live warm transfers of interested clients and sell our Telecom Packages. The company that they sign up with will depend on their address and state. You will also reach out to hot B2B leads, build rapport with the clients, establish and nurture a relationship between our company and the client, understand the client's needs, negotiate contract value, and lock down the deal.

People in this position are key players in the growth and success of our business, so we will provide the tools, training, and support our Sales Representatives need to perform at their best.

Direct experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for experienced Sales Reps. Any experience in the call center industry, especially in sales and customer service will obviously be looked upon favorably.

We provide a Base Salary + Great Commissions. Earning potential is uncapped.

  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and nurture the client/company relationship and get the client to sign up for the best possible telecom or security package.
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking interaction details in the CRM.
  • Assess the needs of the client using comparables, and best practices.
  • Accurately document the sales process, and provide management with reports, daily and weekly updates via our communications channels relevant to your duties and KPIs.

Experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for experienced Sales Reps and Negotiators. Any experience in psychology or real estate, especially in sales and acquisitions is preferred but not necessary.  

Training is provided as this is a very high ticket, high-performance sales position. 

This is a highly rewarding position for candidates with go-getter attitudes.

There is a Base Salary + Great Commissions. Earning potential is uncapped.

Compensation:

Base Salary $1000-$1200 USD for an avg of 120 hours per month.

  • Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking interaction details in the CRM.

  • Accurately document the sales process, and provide management with market research reports, partnership models, and any documentation relevant to your duties and KPIs.
