About the role:
This role supports our Sales team, providing customer support and data entry of customer orders.
About you:
You are forward thinking, possess excellent time management, problem solving and organisation skills, with high attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent communication skills – verbal and written with a polite and professional phone manner.
Essentials:
Training on our customised in-house system will be given however experience in a similar customer service role and administrative skills would be looked upon favourably.

This is a high-volume Accounts Payable position where the successful applicant will be employed on a full time permanent basis at our Minto head office. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with the flexibility to work from home post probation (1 day/week).

The Position
As an IT Support Officer on the Helpdesk you will be working with an expert team of IT systems engineers and developers at our head office in Minto. Serving our internal customers, you will provide support on a variety of IT hardware and software systems including desktops, laptops, printers, telephony, network & security devices, and a wide range software platforms. Within our Windows Active Directory environment you will be exposed to the latest technologies from Microsoft and other leading IT vendors. As your skill and confidence grow you will take responsibility for projects involving hardware and software upgrades/rollouts locally and across remote sites.

A challenging and rewarding position this role will see you manage the sales of consumable raw materials into a variety of range of customers within our Water Industry.
About you
Previous sales experience in companies either directly or indirectly affiliated with the Water Industry. You will be goal-oriented and competitive with good negotiating skills. Proven track record of developing new business as well as maintaining robust client relationships. Have the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
Essentials
· You will require to have 2 or more years of experience within chemical industry
· Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
· Proven track record of managing customer accounts and delivery sales growth
· Tertiary qualifications highly regarded in Business or Science (but not required)
· Strong closing and negotiating skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
