We are looking for a data scientist to turn raw data into valuable insights The position requires the ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources and come up with imaginative ways to visualize and create reports to create effective analytics to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract data from primary and secondary sources and conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems – reorganize data in a readable format
• Design charts and tables that can easily show the key messages presented to different audiences.
• Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct problems
• Assign numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
• Prepare reports for management: stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Work with engineers, designers and project managers to create engaging and insightful business reviews and reports

Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to collect, research, and evaluate user requirements to create a user interface with exceptional user experience and visual appeal. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools, research and strategy, visual design and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers to create user-centered designs
• Create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
• Design graphic user interface and navigational components (e.g. menus, tabs, widgets, and search fields)
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and atractive user interfaces
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Apply layout adjustments based on user feedback (interviews and usability testing)

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working in the field of graphics design in all stages, from intake and conceptualization through production and delivery.
• Business design, Data Storytelling and editorial layout experience preferred.
• Highly skilled in PPT / Google Slides, GSites, InDesign.
• Strong skills in layout and design, data visualization, infographics and visual storytelling.
• English proficiency - mid level (written).
• Excellent time management and organizational skill set. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple deliverables.
• Self-motivated, shows initiative and is a quick learner. Works well within a team and independently.
• Demonstrated creative judgment and design sensibility.
• Highly proactive.
• Takes ownership of projects, ensuring their quality and task execution.
• Provide and receive objective feedback proactively.
