Recorded Future is hiring a Remote Customer Success Manager (Spanish Speaking)

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be joining a fast-paced and high-growth team delivering innovative cyber threat intelligence solutions that protect our customers. You will maintain a rapidly growing client portfolio and ensure our users get the most value out of our products and services. You’ll be responsible for driving product usage and adoption, as well as facilitating account growth/retention via tailored success plans. You’ll leverage your prior experience in customer success and cyber security to foster successful and long term client relationships with Recorded Future. What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer security teams including SOC, CTI, IR, GRC, Fraud, and more
  • Drive product adoption across a diverse portfolio of the company’s top enterprise clients across our EMEA territory
  • Execute our client engagement strategy by delivering comprehensive Success Plans
  • Manage and answer inquiries about our Intelligence Cloud, API/Integrations, and other services
  • Identify, assess, and escalate account risk factors and orchestrate remediation efforts
  • Work closely across the Intelligence Services Department and other teams — Onboarding, Training, Support, Operations — to construct and scale solutions across customer businesses
  • Learn our platform, stay current on cybersecurity events, and build deep familiarity with the various customer security functions where we deliver value 
  • Regularly capture and internally share your customers’ experience with Recorded Future
  • Be ultimately accountable for the overall health of each customer by ensuring high rates of customer adoption, growth, and retention

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Success and enablement principles
  • Strong understanding of Cyber/Information Security fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Project Management processes, strategies, and methods

Competencies:

  • Passion and drive for making customers happy and successful 
  • Positive, collaborative, and energetic attitude with a strong desire to make an impact
  • Polished and professional approach for delivering customer engagements

This Role:You’ll work with our sales engineering team in pre-sales situations to solve complex problems at major corporations. We are seeking a uniquely talented individual who combines the technical acumen of a Cyber Threat Hunter with the expressive skills of a Technical Writer to work as an Emerging Threat Intelligence Analyst. This individual will be a critical component of Recorded Future’s Insikt Group, and will be a point person for cross-team collaboration both throughout Insikt Group as well as with Recorded Future’s Attack Surface Intelligence Quick Reaction Team (QRT). This individual will aid in the identification, assessment, and communication of new and emergent threats in the cybersecurity landscape, specifically vulnerability intelligence and detection.

Responsibilities

  • Vulnerability Analysis: You are tasked with the prompt identification, thorough analysis, and comprehensive assessment of emerging cybersecurity threats, specifically recently disclosed or exploited vulnerabilities. Your technical prowess will be crucial in ensuring our preparedness for potential risks and understanding the implications of prompt and thorough analysis of high-impact vulnerabilities. 
  • Threat Analysis: You are tasked with the production and review of intelligence summaries accessible to all Recorded Future clients. These summaries will detail a variety of cyber threat events, including recent cyber attacks and adjustments in known threat groups’ tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Technical Authorship: Utilizing your skill in making complex concepts accessible, you will convert intricate technical insights into engaging and easily understandable blog posts, client disclosures, and Insikt Notes. Each publication should comprehensively address the nature of the threat, its potential impact, suggested mitigation strategies, and a succinct summary for quick referencing.
  • Detection Engineering:Design and develop Nuclei templates for vulnerability scanning, ensuring these templates are tailored to detect new and emerging vulnerabilities efficiently. Develop custom lab environments and proof-of-concept code based on specific vulnerability signatures and behaviors. Maintain an up-to-date repository of these templates, and continually refine them to improve detection accuracy and performance. This involves creating test cases, simulating attack scenarios, and verifying that the templates correctly identify vulnerabilities without producing false positives.
  • Research Collaboration: You will partner with teams within Insikt Group to augment our collective understanding of emergent threats and vulnerabilities. This collaborative exploration will subsequently inform and enhance our proactive protective measures.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: You will be responsible for working on projects across multiple research teams within Insikt Group and QRT with weekly content production and tight deadlines. 
  • Detailed Documentation: Your role involves meticulous record-keeping, noting intricate details of identified vulnerabilities, methodologies of discovery, and potential implications. This comprehensive record aids in understanding the nature of threats and planning appropriate responses.
  • Continual Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cybersecurity trends, threat tactics, and research methodologies, ensuring our collective knowledge remains current and comprehensive.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat detection, penetration testing, or vulnerability assessment.
  • A solid grasp of fundamental cybersecurity principles, attack trajectories, and techniques for vulnerability analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience researching and analyzing new cyber threats across either a) multiple industries or b) multiple timeframes (e.g., both weekly and quarterly)
  • Demonstrable experience deploying known vulnerable infrastructure within a lab environment for analysis.
  • Demonstrable experience creating and authoring Nuclei templates for vulnerability identification and validation.
  • Practical experience using common threat intelligence analysis models such as MITRE ATT&CK, D3FEND, the Diamond Model, and the Cyber Kill Chain
  • Practical experience with network and web application penetration testing tools such as, Burp Suite, NMap, Fiddler, and Wireshark
  • Familiarity with and use of common cyber threat intelligence tools such as DomainTools, VirusTotal, SHODAN, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience in technical writing, showcasing an ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, reader-friendly content.
  • Demonstrably strong writing ability, to be assessed via a writing sample
  • A meticulous attention to detail, underscoring a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
  • Capable of functioning effectively within a team as well as independently.

Preferred but not required:

  • Relevant industry certifications such as OSCP, OSWA, GWAPT, Pentest+, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with scripting and programming languages such as YAML, Python, Golang, Javascript, C, etc. 
  • Prior experience within a quick reaction or incident response team environment.
  • Practical experience with malware detections, including YARA, Sigma, and Snort

Job description:

As a Sales Engineer you’ll work with our growth sales team and deployment engineers in pre-sales situations to solve challenging problems for enterprise customers. You’ll lead complex enterprise pilots and assist with deployment of our solutions to ensure success. Meet with current customers, understand their current usage while expanding into new upsell and cross-sell opportunities, discovering requirements, field technical questions, and demonstrate capabilities. You should have a combination of engineering skills, an analytic mindset and business savvy. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand current product portfolio and success criteria
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to support trials, upsell and cross-sell
  • Plan and manage product proof of concept efforts
  • Develop sample use-cases and analytic demos
  • Address critical analytical, technical, and operational issues
  • Drive user adoption across a variety of use cases

Qualifications:

  • We want to see your work, interesting projects you have completed, your analysis experience, and your technical skills
  • Demonstrated success in pre-sales role preferred
  • Experience in an analytical role (intelligence, military, cyber, business operations, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel from deep geeks to top execs
  • Cyber security or threat intelligence experience is a plus, with a background in one of the following areas: SOC/SIEM, Vulnerability Management, IR/Red team, Threat Hunting & Research
  • Either product or operational experience
  • Willingness to travel at least 35%

Recorded Future is hiring a Remote Account Executive, SLED

The Role:As an experienced SLED Account Executive on the Public Sector team you'll manage some of our most important SLED accounts and projects, build additional relationships in the white space, and provide management with an accurate view, forecast and pipeline. Your deep knowledge of the SLG market, combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will help shape our public sector business. You should have the confidence to target, educate, and persuade new customers to use Recorded Future products and technologies in new and creative ways that benefit their organizations.

What you'll do as the SLED Account Executive:

  • Target, educate, and persuade new customers to use Recorded Future products and technologies in new and creative ways that benefit their agency’s Cyber Security initiatives.
  • Develop and manage all SLED opportunities.  
  • Drive Pipeline creation and opportunity identification directly with prospects as well as working with Channel, ISV, and Inside Sales Partners.
  • Mature opportunities through qualification and technical evaluation working with Sales Engineering and Intelligence Services teams.
  • Identify and close multiple opportunities and projects at the same time.
  • Drive marketing outreach / engagement for relevant audiences in your territory.
  • Set appropriate expectations with customers and management to accurately and consistently forecast and close business.

What you'll bring to the SLED Account Executive role:

  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years Sales Experience preferably in Cyber Security and/or SaaS sales to State and Local Government
  • Track record of success consistently exceeding overall goals in security technology sales
  • Entrepreneurial drive and proven ability to sell creative solutions into new markets
  • Confidence and track record building a new territory
  • Strong communications skills both with customers and with internal teams
  • Highly effective written, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to support territory needs
  • Comfortable calling at the senior executive level
