Our product poses a particularly challenging QA problem because its core function is to interact with applications and data sources that we are not able to directly control. Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

CI/CDExpertise:Design and buildrobust CI/CD solutions for our SaaS product in an AWS environment, streamlining the development, integration and deployment processes.

Change Management: Help grow the DevOps culture at Qlik and drive change at scale.Ensure improvements are data-driven and user-focused.

Collaboration and Support:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Architecture, Platforms, and Domains, todeliverfirst-rate solutions and processes, supporting the R&D organization with expert guidance.

Problem Solving:Sharpen your analytical skills and solve complex problems, ensure our development teams are gettingthe bestDeveloper Experience.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• 2+ years well-documented experience asDevOps Engineer/SoftwareDeveloper/SRE.
• Goodanalytical skills for solving complex problems and identifying broad perspectives for potentialsolutions.
• Experiencebuilding microservices or at least a solid understandingof the principles of the microservice architecture.
• Experience delivering enterprise cloud SaaS solutions based on AWS, Azure or GoogleCloud Platform.
• Understanding containerization and deployment on Linux using technologies such as Docker,Kubernetes and Helm.
• Strong passion for quality and customer success.
• Willingness towork with geographically distributed teams across various time zones.
• Experience with any of the following would be a plus: GoLang, ArgoCD, GitHub/GitHub Actions/GitHub API, Prometheus/Grafana.

• Outbound identification/development and inbound follow-up on of land and expand opportunities within assigned accounts ​
• Assigned to multiple sellers to support their accounts​
• May be dedicated to a subset of accounts (e.g., Fed, Sled, OEM)​
• Partner with the sales team to create relationships with existing customers, identifying their potential needs and assist in developing a business case​
• Move solid leads through the funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls​
• Maintain a pipeline of early-stage leads​

• Maintain activities and related data in CRM system (Salesforce) ​
• Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.​
• Attend (where necessary) networking events, trade shows, webinars etc. to build relationships and generate leads​
• Achieve goals by qualifying leads and identifying needs that can be addressed by Qlik products; passes lead to appropriate sales resources​
• Incorporate feedback from the Demand Center leaders and sales team  to review and revise qualification criteria over time​

• 1 – 3 years experience in business development, sales or related field experience​
• Bachelor’s degree​
• Experience researching, account planning, and prospecting into a list of accounts​
• Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
