NoRedInk is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As an Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts. Your primary goal will be to generate interest in our offerings, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Lead and mentor a Team

  • Manage a team of CSMs, ensuring they have the tools and resources to hit their core KPIs
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular and actionable coaching, and leverage performance data to proactively manage the team.  
  • Maintain (continually hire for) a high-performing team with accountability to their individual and team performance.  Celebrate and reward top performance and provide performance management when necessary.

Customer Implementation Strategy

About You:

  • You've led a Customer Success team for mid-market and enterprise-level clients, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
  • Knowledge of the education technology market and its challenges, including having K-12 district-level contacts, is necessary for this role.

    • Drive a groundswell of support at the school level within any all key enterprise districts by selling schools and adding additional schools into pipeline, resulting in additional district level meetings for the enterprise AE
  • Convert qualified inbound leads into school sales across your territory
  • Represent NoRedInk in your region and develop deep customer relationships in the territory, building a base of potential clients
  • Become an expert on the ed-tech trends and challenges within the enterprise accounts in your territory and partner with marketing/SDR teams to build GTM strategies that uniquely position NRI to win business at scale in those accounts
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Lead/attend lunch and learn/principal meetings to drive further school pipeline across the largest school districts in the country
  • Manage your sales pipeline and ensure data integrity in Salesforce and Outreach
  • Identify principal/regional meetings within your large enterprise districts and attend those meetings in order to build pipeline and build a groundswell of support for NRI within the community
  • Navigate complex RFx/vendor approval processes in your district(s) to ensure that we become approved vendors within all enterprise districts

About you:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably SaaS sales and/or Education Background (Inclusive of BDR/SDR + additional experience)

We’re looking for aDirector of Customer Education and Support to lead the strategic vision, execution, and continuous improvement of our professional learning and customer support functions. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Strategy & Execution

We’re looking for an effective, efficient, and empathetic communicator to supplement our small full-time support team during this high-volume period. Working largely independently but with plenty of resources and team check-ins, you’ll craft answers to customer emails and enable our users to have the best possible experience.

This temporary contract position lasts until October 27, involving 30-35 hours of work per week. Candidates should be available to work shifts between 8 am and 5 pm ET.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide ongoing support to teachers and students through our email-based ticketing system (Zendesk)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
    • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience. 
    • Coordinate and conduct employee offboarding.
  • Information & Data Management 
    • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of HR records through meticulous organization, proper use of the HRIS and other information management systems, and periodic internal audits. 
    • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions, employee files, and internal process and policy documentation. 
    • Follow best practices to ensure data privacy, where applicable.
  • Benefits and Compensation Administration
    • Process payroll, respond to inquiries, and resolve payroll-related issues.
    • Partner with Accounting to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance enrollment, FSAs, DCAs, and retirement plans.
    • Assist employees with company policies related to benefits and time off, including LOAs and FMLA.
  • Employee Communication
    • Research issues, draft responses, and effectively escalate to the Director of People Operations when necessary to ensure timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries via the People Operations inbox.
    • Build and maintain the online information hub for employees related to employee-facing policies, processes, and benefits.
    • Draft employee communications related to People Operations milestones, events, and updates.
    • Serve as a representative of the People team in one-on-one and small group meetings with employees regarding established company policies and benefits.
  • General HR Support
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
    • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

About You:

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR practices and handling front-line HR administrative inquiries.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

We're looking for a Director of Scale Customer Successto lead our team that works with our schools and small districts segment to ensure their success and continued adoption of our platform.  This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable customer success strategy, leading a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our schools and small district customers. As a vital member of our Customer Success organization, you can influence how administrators and educators nationwide engage with their students using NoRedInk.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scale Customer Success Managers to ensure high performance and career growth.

  • Customer Lifecycle Management | Strategy & Execution:
    • Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience for schools and small district customers.

  • Retention & Growth:
    • Lead team to proactively identify account growth and expansion opportunities, collaborating closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve customer success metrics for schools and small districts.
    • Work with the team to effectively forecast and manage school and small districts’ renewals.
    • Effectively forecast and build a pipeline for expansions and incremental customer solutions.
    • Support team for negotiations of contract renewals and incremental services and/or solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for customer success objectives.
    • Serve as the Voice of the Customer, providing feedback and insights to influence product development and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in client success or account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in K12 education and edtech. 
  • Proven track record of leading a team and scaling customer success within a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of client success metrics, software, and tools.
