The role

You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations for MY and contributing to the growth of the MY Accounting and Finance function, and reporting directly to the Assistant Finance Manager. You will not only ensure the timely and preparation of key reports but also deep dive into the business's profitability and key issues. It’s a unique role where you’ll be working in the dual field of accounting (the past) and finance (the future) to tell a meaningful story that helps the day-to-day decision making process. 

You should have/ be

Main responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Accounting

  • Reconcile payables and receivables from different channels
  • Processing of supplier invoices and prepare payments to suppliers

  • In charge of intercompany transactions and billing
  • Timeliness and accuracy of monthly account closing on the assigned activity

The Role

You will have the front-seat experience and exposure in impacting women across the country by the awareness you will be initiating through influencers & community reach out, campaign and offline events. The role will be the liaison for influencer partners, brand partnerships, campaign and event management. Additionally, a collaboration between internal cross-functional teams and focused on best practices and needs across deliverables. Reporting to Assistant Marketing Manager and working closely with the Indonesia and HQ Brand team, you will play a pivotal role for Love, Bonito’s growth and market expansion through owning the mindshare of women across Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities

KOL 

  • Build thoughtful influencer campaign planning based on campaign objective and performance target both for branding and sale campaign.
  • Analyze and generate performance report for influencer campaign in weekly basis and suggest key initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Handle end-to-end execution of influencer seedings with the help of a PR intern.
    This includes: generating weekly influencer catalog, KOL outreach & fee negotiation, request clothing delivery, sending out KOL brief and unique links to monitor posting’s quality.
  • Active in researching and suggesting new potential influencer names that matches to brand’s profile.
  • Foster genuine and lasting relationships with LB’s KOL pools through planning monthly KOL birthday kit and care package, prompt in assisting KOL’s request and be the representative of LB or first point of contact to KOL in offline events.
  • Be highly collaborative with the internal cross-department (especially Creative team, Operations & Merchandising team) to ensure a smooth delivery of influencer campaigns. 
  • For special projects that require sending PR kit to KOL, ideate concept of PR kit including products to be featured and liaise with creative team for production.
  • For special projects, conduct KOL research and suggesting list of potential KOL for new market or geographical penetration.

Brand Partnership & Community

  • Under manager supervision, be the timeline and project manager for offline events – including but not limited to press events/ collection previews, influencer networking sessions, and VIP events.
    Project manager scope include, but not limited to:
    -Planning out of the box and on-trend offline event concept and flow
    -Assign relevant event hosts (KOL/ LB Community)
    -Production timeline management
    - Be the main point of contact to cross departments and event vendors
    - Be the main point of contact pre and during event day
    - Conduct post-mortem event report based on agreed event metrics
  • Actively scoping for new brand partnership and/or external potential partners to work with to drive brand awareness in the market.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with existing brand partners from national to local-city reach from digital-to-traditional corporations/ individuals.
  • For special projects, conduct community research for new market or geographical penetration.
  • Generate copywriting for PR-related marketing collaterals: translating press releases, greeting cards, event collaterals, others. 

Requirements & Experiences :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related studies.
  • 2-3 years working in Marketing, Agencies, PR, communication, advertising, or other similar roles
  • Advocate of the female voice

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Description Writing: Write sharp, detailed, and engaging product descriptions for daily updates to the website, ensuring each product's unique selling points (USPs) are highlighted in a manner that resonates with Love, Bonito’s target audience. Ensure every description stays true to the brand’s tone and style, while enhancing the shopping experience.
  • Campaign Copy: Develop creative and aspirational copy for seasonal campaigns, ensuring that brand stories and key messaging are clear and compelling across all media channels, including emails, website, social, and retail.
  • Social Media Content: Collaborate with the marketing and social teams to create punchy, shareable social media content that aligns with brand strategy and engages the community. Maintain the brand’s approachable, yet stylish tone across all platforms.

The Role

You will be part of the HQ Supply Chain Team and your main responsibilities would be, being directly responsible for the performance of the freight forwarder and last mile courier vendors 

You will be responsible for ensuring that the freight forwarder and last mile couriers meet/ exceed expectations, and comply with import/export requirements of the intended jurisdiction to fulfil orders to customers worldwide and distribute to retail stores in the region.

Your daily tasks includes making freight cost comparison, booking and monitoring of shipments,  to ensure timely and compliant delivery of orders to our distribution centres, customers and retail stores. Daily correspondence with suppliers and freight forwarders will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentorship & Team Oversight: Provide direction and support to the social content writing team, offering feedback and guidance on copy style, structure, and brand alignment. Foster creativity while maintaining the brand’s voice and helping the team manage multiple projects.
  • Editing & Proofreading: Maintain exceptional standards for written content, editing for grammar, style, tone, and overall clarity. Ensure all copy reflects the brand identity, whether it's product descriptions, campaign messaging, or everyday communications.
  • Innovative Storytelling: Continuously push boundaries with creative storytelling across all platforms, staying ahead of trends in language, content style, and engagement strategies. Ensure all copy remains relevant and inspiring to Love, Bonito’s diverse and evolving customer base.

The Role

As the Customer Care AM/Manager, you will ensure the seamless operation of our customer care team. You will manage a team of customer service agents to deliver efficient and high-quality service across our support channels.

Main responsibilities

1. Service Experience Improvements

  • Propose and implement service improvements to foster a first-class service culture
  • Monitor trending customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams for service or productivity-related improvements

  • Manage resourcing & budget of our Customer Care team, including: Enquiry volume forecasting, headcount proposal through to onboarding
  • Work with our BPO partners to enable a scalable customer care team with consistent, high quality service
  • Manage relations with our BPO partners, including: Contract agreements, invoicing and annual reviews
  • Manage onboarding program for customer care agents from: training material creation, screening talent, interview and ensuring smooth agent onboarding
  • Facilitate agent training sessions and briefings for ongoing campaign and promotional offers
  • Support agent retention efforts with robust appraisal process and engagement programs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Professional Degree in a relevant field 
  • 3-5 years in e-commerce, customer service or operations
  • Proficient in using service desk tool (i.e Zendesk or equivalent) and CRM platforms

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that all products, processes meet the established quality standards. The role involves monitoring the quality standards of our vendors, conducting quality checks on samples, implementing continuous improvement measures.

5. Team Collaboration and Training:

The role

As a CRM & Loyalty Executive on the Customer Marketing team at Love, Bonito, you will be the advocate for our customers, ensuring their voices are heard and reflected in all aspects of our CRM and loyalty efforts. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the LBCommunity Rewards program, from catalogue management to rewards optimization. In this role, you will also leverage customer data to extract insights, generate regular reports, and support cross-functional teams in refining marketing activations and loyalty strategies. With your focus on understanding customer behaviour, you will help test and implement new features that enhance our loyalty program and drive customer retention.

The role

As a CRM & Loyalty Executive on the Customer Marketing team at Love, Bonito, you will be the advocate for our customers, ensuring their voices are heard and reflected in all aspects of our CRM and loyalty efforts. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the LBCommunity Rewards program, from catalogue management to rewards optimization. In this role, you will also leverage customer data to extract insights, generate regular reports, and support cross-functional teams in refining marketing activations and loyalty strategies. Main Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the implementation of the CRM strategy and improving the LBCommunity experience to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct analysis of member data and sentiments to derive meaningful insights that identify opportunities for optimising programs and campaigns effectively.
    • Support country marketing teams regionally by providing actionable insights
  • Oversee survey touchpoints to collect insights on community needs, fostering a deeper understanding that uncovers opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at a regional level, such as:
    • Brand Marketing, Product, Data, Country Marketing, Customer Care
  • Prepare reports for management and stakeholders to evaluate impact of CRM-related marketing activations on customer health (i.e. retention, purchase behaviour, activation).
  • Build and maintain CRM-related eDMs, including automated programs and triggered emails to reactivate and retain customers.
    • Support content ideation for adhoc content refreshes, where necessary
  • Manage the LBCommunity Rewards Shop, including onboarding and removal of rewards.
    • Monitor performance of rewards and tier welcome gifts redemption, stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Customer Insights
  • BA/BS degree in business, engineering, science or other relevant field
  • Strong logical and analytical thinker
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools
  • Good to have: Familiarity with web and mobile analytics tools, passion for data and metrics-driven decision-making. SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

The role

The Role

Love, Bonito has just undergone an extensive rebranding initiative, and we're seeking a Assistant Marketing Manager to lead the efforts in amplifying our brand narrative in Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and convey our compelling brand story, ensuring it resonates with our target audience in a profound and impactful manner. You'll be at the forefront of crafting innovative strategies to captivate our audience and cement Love, Bonito's position as a top-of-mind brand in the market.

You will be reporting directly to the Regional Director (Indonesia & Malaysia) and lead the development of Love, Bonito’s brand in Malaysia across all major platforms and channels, both online and offline.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive the required business outcomes, ranging from brand awareness and customer acquisition to engagement.
  • Plan and execute marketing activations and events in Malaysia.
  • Own, strategically maintain, and improve online channel revenue performance through initiatives in social media, KOLs, newsletters, performance marketing, and onsite optimization.
  • Review and analyze performance to share insights and propose concrete, effective improvements.
  • Lead and develop a lean, efficient team in Malaysia.
  • Collaborate closely with the HQ Marketing teams and the Brand Marketing Manager for Indonesia and Malaysia to optimize performance across marketing channels and grow the Malaysia business.
  • Work closely with the Malaysia team, particularly Retail Store teams, on in-store marketing and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and key influencers critical to the Malaysia business.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, culture, and topical news in Malaysia, especially those relevant to the target market.

Requirements & Experiences :

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or business development with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand marketing role, or from an advertising agency ideally in account management
  • Proficient with the entire marketing mix – you have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation
  • Familiar with marketing tools and e-commerce platforms

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an SAP Business One Application Developer. As a developer, you will be responsible for development of SAP integration with third party apps. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP and its development using APIs.
