About the Job

We are looking for an experienced VP of Product to lead a team focused on building world-class devices that support Life360’s mission. As the Vice President of Product - Devices, you will be pivotal in defining the company's strategy and success by designing and building devices that are best-in-class for key market segments that are critical to Life360’s long-term strategy.

  • You have been deeply involved in the hardware NPI process and understand the intricacies of developing and scaling a manufacturing process for new products.

  • You have experience working closely with Sales and go-to-market to establish pricing, allocation, and product compliance with retailers and direct to consumer channels.

As an Inventory Analyst at Life360, you will play a critical role in supporting our Devices Order Fulfillment Operations Team in the US, Asia and EMEA.  The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, communicates effectively to cross-functional teams, and is willing to take complete ownership and go above and beyond to complete the task.  This role requires attention to details in a fast-paced environment.  The individual needs to feel comfortable in solving complex issues and proactively ask questions. The role is fully remote but will require hours working with different sites globally.

The US-based salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You’ll Do

  • Perform monthly goods and WIP inventory reconciliations, adjustments and warehouse audits.
  • Responsible for monitoring daily inventory transactions; goods receipts, transfers and outgoing shipments to customers.
  • Lead efforts to review monthly and quarterly KPIs.  Provide reports and metrics to measure successful warehouse operations.
  • Research inventory shortages and inconsistencies with 3PL warehouse sites, review non-conforming receipts and chargebacks.

  • Reconcile and provide disposition to RMA stock and converting to warranty units.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare the financial statements, footnote support disclosures, and management discussion and analyses while maintaining complete tie-out documentation under the Company’s SOX controls

About The Team

We seek an experienced finance professional to support the company’s Life360 subscription business. You will be joining a team that serves as a key partner to Life360’s leadership and you will play a crucial role in supporting core FP&A forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis to help drive decision-making. For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $115,000 to $165,000 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000 CAD.We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve detailed financial models for subscription revenue, related costs, marketing spend, and other KPI metrics

  • Track, analyze, and report functional costs and their impact on the company’s overall performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Netsuite or Adaptive is a plus

About the Job

  • Proficiency with DBT for orchestrating data models, testing, and deployments.

About The Team

The Growth Product Analytics team is a distinct part of the broader Data & Analytics organization and embedded/matrixed with the Product function, contributing as a thought leader, establishing domain expertise, and developing cross-functional partnerships while collaborating to solve business problems with our data. 

About the Job

The Director of Growth Product Analytics will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to help optimize product growth strategies. This leadership role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering to analyze product performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies that enhance user engagement, acquisition, retention, and monetization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering insights that drive significant business outcomes.

The US-based salary range for this position is $205,000 - $290,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary – therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You’ll Do

  • Growth Analytics Strategy: Develop and implement a plan to support growth across all stages of the product lifecycle, from user acquisition to retention and monetization.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and grow a team of product analysts, promoting a culture of data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to set key performance indicators (KPIs), growth targets, and design experiments to enhance product features and user experiences.
  • Data Analysis: Use advanced analytics to extract insights from large datasets. Present findings to senior leadership.
  • Experimentation: Design and manage A/B tests to assess the impact of product changes on growth metrics, ensuring accurate analysis to inform decisions.
  • Growth Optimization: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and market trends, and develop strategies to improve key metrics like acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update and present reports to stakeholders, including executives.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2C subscription business
  • 10+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role focused on growth analytics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science). A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and familiarity with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in analyzing and solving problems, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Communication: Excellent at clearly presenting data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Growth Focus: Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth initiatives that achieve measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech industry, particularly in Ads, e-commerce, or mobile app environments.
  • Familiarity with growth techniques and a strong understanding of growth levers in digital products.
  • Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience working with data pipelines and ETL processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Create new API gateways to enable external integration (eg.Tile and JioBit)
  • Horizontally scale our system to handle another 10+ billion events per day
  • Monitor health, suggest improvements for and deploy your own services
  • Example: Build the next generation of our event streaming architecture to handle billions of events per day storing up to trillions of events in cold storage
  • Example: Build a system to support a richer dialog when checking in to a place
  • Mentor other developers who are trying to grow
  • Build technical specs with Staff engineers
  • Handle on call rotation and address live incidents
  • Help Test Engineers automate validating our components

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar quantitative field or the equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of prior professional experience working on backend and Cloud code
  • Diligent in implementing and supporting services that last outwards to a year 
  • Proficient in microservices and horizontally scalable architectures
  • Adaptive to working on various aspects of our system for different teams

  • Experience with high-scale, low-latency systems
  • Understand how to deploy and maintain systems, ideally with kubernetes
