What You’ll Do:

For the Customer Success Specialist, Payer position, we’re looking for someone to ensure state Medicaid agencies have a positive experience through excellent customer service, providing comprehensive support through use of Kalderos’ applications, and developing process improvements to enable Kalderos operations to scale effectively.   • Work with state Medicaid agencies to help bring transparency, trust, and contract compliance to drug discount programs for commercial managed care.
  • Analyze and perform QC and QA to deliver validated dispute reports to state agencies.
  • Engage US state agencies in dispute resolution on behalf of customers through a timely and comprehensive outreach process including monitoring automated messaging.
  • Minimize customer escalations through proactive state dispute and communication monitoring with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of customer success criteria and align with assigned Kalderos business objectives (MBOs).
  • Build and maintain workflows and business processes related to the dispute resolution management process.
  • Position yourself as the voice of the state agencies in order to troubleshoot issues that arise among various drug duplicate discount stakeholders.
  • Maintain knowledge base of industry news and state/federal policy regarding changes to invoicing, dispute resolution, and process guidelines.
  • Be curious, listen deeply, and get creative to ensure that we are providing our clients services that optimize and comply with the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP) and the 340B Drug Pricing Program

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience in administering and/or implementing a healthcare data management, medical claims, or similar SaaS/cloud-based product or platform or 2+ years in a customer success related role.

The Senior Analyst, Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance will assist with information security and privacy risk management functions. The Manager of Cyber Security manages the company’s cyber security program and technologies to defend and protect Kalderos’s systems and information assets against cyber-attacks and adversaries. This individual will be a subject matter expert in incident response and cyber security defense and will build a team of security professionals to design and execute best-in-class network/systems monitoring, preventative and detective controls, forensics and investigations, vulnerability management, and cyber threat intelligence activities. The role will drive the creation and execution of plans for incident response and lead the incident response team through material incidents. The manager will develop and maintain key relationships with external cyber security organizations and federal/state law enforcement and regulatory agencies. The manager is operationally focused on defending Kalderos’s data and intellectual property while strategically positioning the organization in preparation for increasing technical complexity and emerging cyber threats.

  • Lead the design and execution of the enterprise security operations processes, procedures, and playbooks
  • Oversee and lead security operations in the identification and response to cyber threat activities and incident response
  • Lead and manage technology vulnerability identification and remediation/patching of priority vulnerabilities
  • Define and maintain the roadmap of program and technology changes being driven by effective threat analysis.
  • Develop and lead cyber threat intelligence efforts to identify and analyze long-term and short-term cyber threat actor groups, techniques, and tactics to inform information security defenses and technology decisions
  • Manage team of analysts and subject matter specialists to ensure continued success and growth
  • Manage security operations projects, including process improvement and technology investment
  • Develop and communicate to peers, business partners, and management aspects of cyber defense, including crisis/incident communications, investigative results, and training and awareness of the cyber threat landscape
  • Provide management with weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics for both risk and performance
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external sources of information security information that can be used to manage our information security & compliance program

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience implementing cyber security solutions within Cloud environments
  • Mastery in understanding the cyber risks, cyber threats and detection and response capabilities associated with operating within a Cloud-native environment. 
  • Mastery of incident response methodologies, best practices and routines
  • Advanced level of understanding in cyber specialization and several cyber-related disciplines to investigate and analyze all response activities related to cyber incidents
  • Mastery at directing and coordinating technical response teams to develop quick containment solutions to cyber security incidents
  • Expert at identifying various types of events and incidents and applying the right response framework for each (i.e. information mishandling, security vulnerability, system exploit, malware infection, etc.)
  • Basic to advanced reverse engineering with deep understanding of IOC's, Cyber Kill Chain, and preventive and detective technical controls
  • Digital forensics or enterprise investigation experience
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff
  • In-depth familiarity with workflow tools and ability to develop and improve tools/processes
  • Familiarity with industry organizations and individuals that can be leveraged for knowledge sharing and support
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with mastery of the ability to tailor the context of the conversation to the audience

What You’ll Do

  • Work with the Manufacturer CSM and Sales team to leverage CE data and testimonials in creative ways to support our retention efforts.
  • Implement a customer marketing strategy, gathering customer references, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use, establishing strategies to drive retention, engaging the Kalderos customer community, and upsell and cross-sell for products across the technology platform.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience

  • Lead technical implementations of Kalderos’s SaaS based products

  • Build and follow SOPs to ensure that Kalderos can deliver a consistent product and client experience

What you'll do:

We're looking for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our growing People team. Our People team's ambition is to be at the forefront of organizational strategies and design, which will contribute to the overall success of Kalderos and is key to our competitive efforts. As a Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will collaborate with our entire People team to ensure that all aspects of human resources align with and contribute to our organizational and business goals. 

This will be a hybrid work schedule with an expectation of 2-3 days in the office per week.

What impact you'll have:The Payroll & Benefits Manager will oversee the management and administration of company payroll and benefits including processing payroll, auditing, benefits administration, reporting, legal and tax compliance, and training. The Manager will be the administrator of the company’s systems of record.

Payroll

  • Administers bi-weekly payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees. This includes time entry review and manager follow-up. Responsible for auditing payroll and benefits entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Works closely with the People Team to ensure the needs of the internal customers are met and embraces an inclusive philosophy across all areas of operation.
  • Leads payroll reporting responsibilities, including W-2 and 1095-C filing, ACA Compliance, affirmative-action, EEO-1, annual 5500 filing, and compensation plan administration.
  • Responsible for the integrity of the data housed in the Paylocity platform and the ongoing functionality of our source of record HRIS.
  • Responsible for setting up an necessary integration with provider partners and maintaining the integrity of existing EDI feeds.
  • Trains employees and managers in the use of Paylocity self-service features.
  • Collaborates with Accounting to provide payroll reports and ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Maintains employee new hire set-up and termination processing, including final pay.
  • Approves monthly insurance bills, manual payroll checks, ACH, vendor reconciliations, and various other payroll processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Serves as project lead for key projects in Payroll/HCM and trains, documents, and implements key initiatives.

Benefits

  • Leads 401K administration and audit. Completes audit action items and corrections in compliance with all regulations.

Responsible for the integrity of the data housed in Employee Navigator and the ongoing functionality of our source of record for employee benefits enrollment. 

  • Audits benefits entries in payroll to ensure accuracy.
  • Works consistently with the broker to ensure optimal employee experience with company-sponsored benefits.
  • In coordination with the CHRO, the Manager reviews benefit offerings, market trends, employee feedback, and provider rate quotes to make recommendations to the executive team.

People Team Administration

  • Completes administrative and operational requirements related to recordkeeping, reporting and documentation, including employee personnel files in accordance with state and federal law.
  • Works with the People team to document/track all types of leaves of absence.
  • Maintains knowledge of payroll/benefit legal changes and practices and communicates them to employees and managers as needed on an ongoing basis.
  • Provides courteous and prompt resolution of employee inquiries (wage requests, employment verifications, password resets, unemployment, and benefits inquiries).
  • Provides assistance with employee activities, new hire orientation, employee engagement, payroll, and benefits.
  • Completes other tasks & duties as assigned based on business needs.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience managing the payroll function for a multi-state company, including experience with federal, state, and local tax accounts. 
  • Experience working as a collaborative member of the People Team.
  • Experience in supporting teams within a technology company (experience in the healthcare industry is a plus).
  • Highest level of written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible employee experience.

Set yourself apart:

  • Ability to define and articulate a progressive philosophy on people management
  • MBA, Masters of Organizational Psychology, or other relevant advanced degrees strongly preferred
  • Experience working within an early-stage or fast-growth company
  • Experience managing external partners to assist in talent acquisition and recruitment, compensation and benefits administration and audits, and legal compliance
  • Experience selecting and implementing HRIS solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration. 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Positive, productive, and collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM-CP or FPC Certification or willingness to obtain certification within first year of employment.
  • Paylocity proficiency.
  • Employee Navigator proficiency.

Expected Salary Range: - $80,000-$100,000 + Bonus
