About the role:

The Salesforce Administrator will ensure that inMarket is capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system, leading the full management of system usage and auditable track of Sales input and various user group needs, and ensuring the performance, security, and usability of our systems.  This person will provide technical knowledge and experience with an in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce projects from discovery to deployment. You are a self-driven individual with a get-it done attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly.

This person will be the subject matter expert, will promote adoption, keep current on new releases, provide training and flag the accuracy of sales data within the system for business use. The Administrator will ensure all data is properly entered and integrated with accounting systems as well as to provide accurate historical records for the Company.  The Administrator will perform all system maintenance & updates, manage user accounts & training, develop & maintain dashboards & reports for all required stakeholders.

Your Daily Impact as a Salesforce Administrator: 

  • Responsible for the full management of Salesforce for inMarket, providing insights, direction, discipline across all departments, and detailed support for the historical, accounting, and forecasting needs of the Company within Salesforce.  
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to design, configure and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with company needs and business objectives for Sales Leadership
  • Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes and gather feedback from users.
  • Faze out all 3rd party systems to integrate 100% in Salesforce to support all business units where deemed cost effective.
  • Lead any required data migrations, integrations, and management activities to ensure data integrity.
  • Create and document Sales processes to ensure data in Salesforce is managed correctly
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Administer and optimize the additional Salesforce module of CRM Analytics to support business processes and enhance user experience
  • Proactively communicate and manage system changes without interruption to the users.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and new features, making recommendations for enhancements, modifying the system to increase benefits and usability while evaluating their impact on existing solutions
  • Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other Salesforce objects and functions.
  • Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, functions and configurations within Salesforce.
  • Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
  • Provide support functions as needed.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports 



Your Experience and Expertise:

  • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect or Salesforce Developer Certification required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Sales reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce, having successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code and /  or integration with external systems.
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools, including standard Salesforce reporting functionality.
  • Looker and Tableau experience would be a definite asset.
  • Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions.
  • Detail oriented and a self starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to utilize Salesforce as a sales analysis tool.

About the Role

InMarket is currently seeking a Sr. Attribution Partnerships Director, to join our Partnerships  team. This role requires a strong knowledge of, and deep relationships across, the media ecosystem. Your Daily Impact as a Sr. Attribution Partnerships Director

  • Identify, initiate and lead growth strategy initiatives for measurement partnerships and integrations, enabling rapid revenue growth in collaboration with product and sales leadership to develop new partnerships and expand upon existing partnerships
  • Analyze and understand the competitive landscape to rapidly assess opportunities and build metrics-driven business cases for (or against) new integrations, products, and partnerships

  • Lead consultative “discovery” discussions with qualified partners to identify partner needs and collaborate on bespoke solutions
  • Drive partnership integrations from start to finish in collaboration with appropriate department stakeholders, acting as the point person from initial methodology discussions and vetting, contract negotiation, integration workflow identification, proof of concept testing, initial partner training, beta roll out and GTM strategy, to a full generally available partner solution
  • Lead complex negotiations and execution of commercialization of new and expanded partnerships
  • Manage the continued development of the partnership to identify growth opportunities or potential challenges, support needs (e.g. continued training, case study development, etc.), and ways to externally evangelize and/or co-market partnerships (e.g. industry events, press releases, panel discussions, etc.)
  • Simplify complex partnership solutions concepts into clear and succinct communications across the Sales organization and leadership team

Your Experience and Expertise

  • Minimum of 5 years complex partnership management or strategic enterprise level data licensing, data, and/or measurement sales related experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development/partnerships, attribution, digital media strategy, media sales, or equivalent
  • Strong contracting and negotiation background and basic understanding of contract law
  • Deep knowledge-base of the digital media ecosystem

About the role

About You

  • Assist in the creation, adherence, and management of assigned region sales and expense budgets.
  • Communicate routinely with direct reports using group/ one-on-one meetings to review company initiatives, sales, reports, schedules, and plan of action.
  • Attend and provide sales support for events and client sales calls,, as-needed.

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $186,345 -$200,000

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Your Daily Impact as a Staff Information Security Engineer
In this role you will be responsible for working with great depth and breadth to build safeguards, detections, and controls to protect InMarkets vast amounts of data. Here you’ll truly be at the front lines taking on meaningful work to defend our company and our peers.

You will be working and communicating closely with many technical teams to develop context and foresight into what our true risks are, and work towards holistic long lasting remediation with guidance and real world solutions. Our goal is to create a cohesive balance between risk, operational effectiveness, and compliance.

The ideal candidate for this team is someone who is a strong, interested, well rounded engineer with a passion for security as well as a natural collaborator who can understand business needs and develop security solutions that empathize with people's experiences.

Your Experience and Expertise

  • BS in computer science / cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, information security operations or related IT operations
  • Strong experience in Linux administration
  • Strong development & scripting experience. (Javascript / Ruby, Python preferred)
  • Strong experience in AWS, GCP, or both
  • Good networking fundamentals

Nice to Haves 

  • Experience working in Hackthebox, CTF, Hackathons, etc.
  • Ability to provide a sample portfolio or work examples (GitHub, Hackthebox, CTF, Hackathon) is highly preferred
  • Varied security engineering experience with a specialty in one or more areas of security such as: (Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Penetration Testing / Offsec, DevSecOps, Third Party / SaaS Security, Identity and Access Management, Incident Response)
  • Experience performing security / architecture / code reviews
  • Good hands-on background in building tooling using many security products
  • Terraform / IaC experience
  • Kubernetes / Container experience
  • Controls and Standards knowledge (SOC2, NIST CSF, 800-53, CIS)
  • SOC2 audit experience
  • Familiar with Security Reference Architectures and actual best practices
  • Experience building out security tooling from common vendors
  • Active member or speaker in the security / technology community
  • Ability to work and multitask under high pressure situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate highly complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
