We're looking for a savvy and experienced Senior Analytics Engineerto build seamless data products in collaboration with our data engineering, analytics, engineering, business, and product management teams.

You Will:

  • Take the data products to the next level by developing scalable data models 
  • Manage transformations of data after load of raw data through both technical processes and business logic
  • Create an inventory of the data sources and documents needed to implement self-service analytics
  • Define quality standards of the data and partner with the analytics team to define minimum acceptance criteria for the data sources
  • Data cataloging & documentation of the data sources
  • Regularly meet with business partners and analytics teams to understand and solve data needs, short-term and medium-term
  • Build trust with internal stakeholders to encourage data-driven decision-making

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with SQL, preferably for data transformation or analytical use cases
  • 4+ years of experience building scalable data models for analytical and BI purposes
  • 3+ years of solid experience with dbt
  • Mastery of data warehouse methodologies and techniques from transactional databases to dimensional data modeling, to wide denormalized data marts
  • Solid experience with BI tools like Tableau and Looker
  • Experience using version control (command-line, Git)
  • Familiarity with one of the data warehouses like Google Big Query, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks
  • Domain expertise in one or more of the Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders across functions, including an ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations to drive actions

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Production Planning Manager to drive our production planning processes to support our growing compounding business. The Senior Payroll Lead will perform complex administrative and accounting duties necessary to prepare payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees in a multi-state and multi-subsidiary environment while ensuring compliance with company policy and procedure as well as federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. All responsibilities need to be performed in a timely manner and with accuracy utilizing judgment and critical thinking in a a fast-paced environment.

You Will:

  • Full-cycle processing semi-monthly US payroll across multiple subsidiaries with employees working in nearly all 50 states while incorporating payroll data from multiple internal departments and external benefit providers. This includes maintaining supporting documentation for authorization for all changes.
  • Process off cycle payroll batches (terminations, equity ISO/NSO/ESPP/RSU releases, reimbursements, etc), as necessary.
  • Review and process hours from a timekeeping system on a semi-monthly basis and import to the payroll module.  Follow up with supervisors to resolve timekeeping system issues in a timely manner. 
  • Create reconciliation reports at month end and year end for 401k, benefits, and equity awards etc.
  • Assist with payroll compliance matters such as multi-state/multi-jurisdiction tax withholding, garnishments, and key annual audits (e.g., 401 (k), workers compensations, external financial audit).
  • Identify opportunities and recommend scalable processes to enhance payroll operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy. This includes assisting the Payroll Supervisor with the design and implementation of internal control measures and periodic review of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • Provide standard and ad-hoc payroll reports to various internal departments such as Finance, Accounting, Legal, Equity and People Operations.
  • Reconcile and validate 401(k)/Roth contributions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review W-2s, ensure W-2s are issued accurately on time.
  • Monitor payroll accounting email inbox and respond to payroll-related questions promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain good recordkeeping practices and payroll files.
  • Assist in implementing, writing, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with or be responsible for other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Payroll Manager.

You Have:

  • BS/BA degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ Years of experience in a payroll function preferably in a fast-paced/ public company environment.
  • Experience with multi-state Payrolls larger than 1,000 employees with both exempt and nonexempt employees.
  • Detailed knowledge of payroll compliance and working knowledge of state/federal employment laws/regulations. Shift Differential experience preferred.
  • Paylocity and NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of work products. Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-growing environment with frequently changing priorities.
  • Possess a tech-savvy mindset and passion for end-to-end design and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with various levels of difficulty in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing CRM team. You’ll report to the Sr. CRM Manager and partner with cross functional stakeholders to build and execute acquisition CRM programs. The Sr Manager, Environmental and Sustainability, is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading all aspects of the environmental program. This includes air emissions, waste management, and offering technical expertise on projects.

Hims & Hers is seeking a highly talented Senior Brand Designer to join our brand team and help shape the visual identity and execution of the Hims & Hers brands. This role focuses both on the macro and micro, working closely with Design Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Producers to create, maintain, and scale brand efforts across touchpoints and categories.   • Manage a diverse team of Project Managers, CX Trainers, and Clinical Trainers. In this role, you will prioritize and advise on clinical implementations; build provider and CX training; and sequence project launches across all service lines and provider workflows on the platform.
  • Deliver timely, impactful training to a diverse set of stakeholders, including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, care coaches, customer support agents, etc. within regulatory frameworks.
  • Build for scale, developing process and stakeholder training that can flex and grow with rapid changes without needing consistent systemic overhauls.
  • Be a key leader representing Care Operations in product and treatment category launches; guide key conversations and design decisions to promote alignment with the platform’s current or future capabilities, with careful consideration for the impact on business operations and KPIs.
  • Engage in and influence key strategic initiatives and product launches with attention to detail and the ability to “see around the corners” to continuously improve customer experiences and mitigate operational exposure before they arise.
  • Balance the needs of providers, customers, and business priorities along with complex regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Build an incredible, highly engaged culture by cultivating a collaborative, innovative, and continuously improving work environment. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement based on quantitative feedback and KPIs.
  • Own the strategic direction and infrastructure required for delivering world-class training across a rapidly scaling complex marketplace.

You Have:

  • 12+ years of managing complex, multi-faceted project management and training teams in fast-paced environments while consistently hitting or exceeding deadlines.
  • 10+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high performing cross-functional teams. 
  • Direct experience partnering with healthcare providers
  • Strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to know when to solve for accuracy vs. precision; a passion for creating both zero-to-one and one-to-one hundred processes with high fidelity; a demonstrated track record of “solving the next biggest problem.”
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team-based planning processes.
  • A desire and track record of doing all of the above in a fully remote environment – ownership, accountability, humility, and humor a must.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior, cross-functional, technical and non-technical stakeholders in easily understood formats

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors' degree in Business, Operations, Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Leadership experience in rapidly scaling consumer tech and/or digital health companies
