Job Description

We are seeking a driven, attention to detail Operations Officer – Data Validation to join our SKALE team to support in the following function

  • Assist in verifying data submitted and correcting data that is labelled inaccurately for purpose of improving data and model accuracy
  • Assist in compiling overall summary metrics based on this review and identifying trends
  • Assist in addressing periodic client quality reviews
  • Contribute to discussions with team on quality errors within assigned projects and help identify improvement areas

Responsibilities

  • Enters / inputs data as needed in the customized data template application
  • Verifies data against the input and make the necessary corrections (as needed)
  • Performs quality checks in accordance with established procedures
  • Responsible for meeting Quality Assurance standards
  • Communicate issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in process optimization
  • Organize files according to confidentiality policies      

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented, Organized
  • Logical thought process
  • Must be computer literate
  • College Degree Qualification  
  • Willingness to work shift or Monday – Saturday (if needed)
