We're on the hunt for a dynamic Partner Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and nurturing new referral partners to drive revenue growth for GetResponse MAX by promoting our product to their customer networks.

Key responsibilities:  

  • acquire new partners and build a network in the assigned region
  • negotiating contracts with partners to ensure they comply with company standards, product price and legal guidelines
  • providing training and support to new partner recruits to ensure they can effectively promote GetResponse MAX products
  • keeping the partner base engaged to ensure a steady flow of referral leads
  • monitoring partner performance to ensure they are meeting sales quotas and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • motivating and coaching partner employees to help them meet their goals
  • evaluating the performance of existing channel partners, suggesting improvements where necessary
  • establishing and maintaining effective communication with partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • monitoring competitor activity in the industry to identify opportunities for market share growth
  • coordinating and taking part in events and trade shows
  • participating in any marketing actions that involve the partner channel
  • reaching or exceeding the sales target assigned by the manager

Salary range

GetResponse is hiring a Remote Infrastructure and Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Infrastructure & Operations Team of 9 members. In this role, you will focus on creating a transparent, agile environment based on GetResponse’s core values and work standards. Your responsibility will be to establish a space where the team can perform predictably and effectively. As a leader, you will inspire their growth and development, both as a team and as individuals.

The team is responsible for maintaining the entire infrastructure of our SaaS product, GetResponse, which is built using various technologies. This infrastructure includes over 300 servers and cloud resources, and every month, more than 3 billion emails are sent via our platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure the reliability, performance and security of our IT infrastructure. To achieve this, you will work closely with the Platform Technology Director.

Key responsibilities:

  • lead the Infrastructure & Operations Team to achieve key results - be responsible for the overall success
  • work with the team on a daily basis, focusing on their talents and strengths - ensuring they are performing well, growing and engaged - empower, coach and mentor them when needed; create an inspiring, cooperative and efficient agile work environment
  • define, implement and improve the IT technical and operational environment for the company, both internal and outsourced, to ensure high availability, performance and scalability of the delivered solutions to meet business needs
  • manage daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting
  • plan and execute infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations and deployments
  • capacity planning, and collaboration with external equipment and service vendors
  • budget management - the team and the IT infrastructure

  • have 8+ years in IT infrastructure management, with 5+ years in leadership roles have several years of experience in building and managing software teams
  • have a successful track record leading an IT infrastructure & operations team through growth and change
  • have strong knowledge of web applications, as well as developer tools know about maintaining and scaling high availability web applications (SaaS products), built on the Linux environment
  • have knowledge of infrastructure and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
  • are familiar with Big Data solutions
  • have knowledge of virtualization, Docker and Kubernetes
  • know about the IT security aspects of infrastructure, network and applications
  • have effective project management skills, with experience in planning and executing IT projects
  • are experienced in dealing with vendors and 3rd parties
  • have excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • are able to think strategically and execute tactically
  • have very good communication and cooperation skills, as well as an empathic personality – a desire to help other people grow, and have experience in mentoring and coaching them
  • do what is needed to Get Things Done
  • have English fluency (at least B2 level)

Nice-to-have experience:

  • work experience as a DevOps or System Administrator (Linux systems)
  • knowledge of Business Continuity Planning
  • familiarity with Agile Manifesto
  • relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, Cisco, AWS/Azure)

Salary range:  

  • Contract of employment: 20,000 - 30,000 PLN gross/month  
  • B2B contract: 1100 - 1600 PLN MD/net
