What you'll be doing...

  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits questions, support oversight of benefit plans, and assist in ongoing benefit discussions
  • Onboarding: Organize, streamline, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, complete new hire onboarding meetings
  • Sourcing: Proactively source the best candidates for various roles across the Future business. Sourcing across all available channels which include LinkedIn, Specific job boards and Social media. 
  • Recruiting: Create and maintain job descriptions, collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition to source, interview, and select candidates for hiring needs as per the Talent Acquisition processes
  • Employee Relations: be first point of contact for employee relations issues, advise management on best practice while administering P&C policies and procedures
  • HRIS Administration/Data Management: Maintain employee information, employee files, the recruitment system and documentation. Keep the system of record up-to-date and accurate by administering changes and generating reports. Verify correct information with 3rd party providers. 
  • Payroll Support: Support P&C/Payroll system activities, (time and attendance, onboarding, terminations, leaves of absence, etc.)
  • Performance Management: Assist in promoting and administering company performance management process, provide support for policy interpretations, and support manager and employees throughout the process
  • Compliance, Safety and Training: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintain employee files, enforce safety policies and training programs, and deliver effective training as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

What do I need to succeed?

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field & three (3) years experience in Human Resources field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Passion for people, culture and recruitment

  • Good organization and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead social and video ideation in RFP-led brainstorms with cross-functional teams and advise on paid and organic strategies, short-form video ideas, tactical distribution, and more. 
  • In post-sale, own social and social video strategy and execution for all branded content campaigns across gaming and tech. 
  • Collaborate with the branded content, marketing, and creative teams on photo, longform video, and livestream shoots, including concept ideation, creative and pre-production decks, on-set content capture, editing, and overall execution. 
  • Develop social media copy and select and/or source imagery for branded content, sales, marketing, and affiliate efforts for multiple Future sites across the GET$ (Tom’s Guide, PC Gamer, GamesRadar, TechRadar, etc.) verticals.
  • Use campaign insights and reporting to develop learnings that inform future pitches.
  • Maintain synergy between marketing calendar and editorial calendar, including livestream programming, and act as liaison between branded content and editorial social teams.
  • Brainstorm with social team leadership to proactively concept innovative and out-of-the-box ideas across tried-and-true + emerging platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Live Shopping, Metaverse, AR/VR, AI) for branded content campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media, marketing, and e-commerce technologies.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve..

  • 6+ years of experience in online publishing or marketing, with a background in social media. Experience in a branded content/social team at a major publisher is a plus. 
  • Very well versed in the gaming and tech landscape, with an understanding of how these categories come to life within the media industry and within commercial campaigns. 
  • An interest in social media/content marketing, a deep understanding of social media and social video strategy and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and YouTube, and experience with social publishing and reporting tools.
  • Strong collaborative skills, ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; team player attitude and can-do spirit.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication. Comfortable working and communicating directly with clients and demonstrates a careful hand with brands.

What you'll do...

As the Weekend Writer you will pick up breaking news, writing occasional features, posting on social media and ensuring both sites remain engaging and have fresh content throughout the weekend. You will report to the Weekend Editor and work remote.

  • Write 3-4 fresh stories per weekend, whether that be short news or longer features
  • Create engaging and timely content for Live Science over the course of every weekend.
  • General editorial responsibilities and working with the content team

What you'll be doing…

Buying insurance is complicated and expensive. Go.Compare helps millions of customers save money by making it quicker and easier to find the right product, at the right price.

Working in Go.Compare at Future means you'll be developing and building products and services that help our customers.

As a Product Manager you’ll oversee the development and delivery of our product platform, performance management of our brand and product portfolio and our ways of working. 

You’ll work on initiatives that are truly customer focussed and you’ll have the freedom to shape our product and develop ways of working and will really be able to influence how a product organisation works within the squad and the wider product team. 

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

  • Experience in product management, mobile and desktop design and user testing.
  • Experience in leading full software product development lifecycles, to ambitious timescales.
  • Experience in articulating clear product visions, requirements and roadmaps, and influencing/convincing priorities and resources in the business towards achieving that vision.
  • Experience in directly conducting Customer and Market Research and delivering customer segmentation. Experience in running direct user studies & workshops.
