Partner Success Manager (Retail Media)

As a Partner Success Manager for adflow, you will leverage your relationship-building and marketing expertise—along with your analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills—to deliver exceptional client service, drive campaign growth, optimize performance, and conduct market analysis You will persistently champion and uncover the business needs of your Partners and troubleshoot how our offerings can grow our partnership and the adflow product. What You'll Do 

  • Function as support for account management for adflow Publishers- support initially with all partners, then to own dedicated “portfolio” of partners after determined onboarding period; tasks include: 
        • Continued direct dialogue with each partner 
        • Weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly calls, QBRs, partner objectives & KPIs 
        • Partner with Sales rep at a relationship level, but all day-to-day communications, tasks, reporting, forecasting, QBRs, etc., managed through PS 
        • Reporting insights and analysis
  • Partner Onboarding- 
        • Project management of launch strategy for new Media sources, pre & post launch communication, call scheduling, build materials & specs, partnering with Ops to execute 
        • Collaborate with Sales team to outline KPIs, goals, milestones for partnership 
  • Serve as the voice of the Partner internally, advocating for needs & requests, sharing feedback, and success stories to drive product and customer service improvements 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Ops, Product and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience and troubleshoot pain points  
  • Partner with Client Success and Data Science teams to maximize media mix and Partnership strategy based on key campaign & demographic insights 
  • Support with expanding opportunities, such as identifying and onboarding new placements with existing Partners 
  • Partner testing – collaborate on A/B creative strategy with Ops support to execute and find new creative wins 
  • Manage volume forecasting calendar with Finance, Client Success and Tech

You are known as a strong and efficient IC Data Engineer, with the ability to assist the Data Architect vetting the translation of an Enterprise Data Model to physical data models and pipelines.  You are familiar with Databricks medallion architecture, and how to work backwards from your enterprise models of Gold Data Products.  You are considered an expert in Spark. 

You will work with your counterparts to build and operate high-impact data solutions.  This role is fully Remote in the United States or Canada, with occasional travel to NYC.

What You’ll Do  

  • Majority of the role will be software engineering – Tables, Views, Spark jobs, orchestration within Databricks environment, following an enterprise data model design.  You will help elevate standards across testing, code repository, naming conventions, etc.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage scalable pipelines on Databricks, ensuring robust integration with a Feature Store leveraging online tables for machine learning models. 
  • Investigate and leverage Databricks’ capabilities to implement real-time data processing and streaming, potentially using Spark Streaming, Online Tables, Delta Live Tables.

You are known as a strong and efficient IC Data Engineer, with the ability to assist the Data Architect vetting the translation of an Enterprise Data Model to physical data models and pipelines.  You are familiar with Databricks medallion architecture, and how to work backwards from your enterprise models of Gold Data Products.  You are considered an expert in Spark.

What You’ll Do  

  • Majority of the role will be software engineering – Tables, Views, Spark jobs, orchestration within Databricks environment, following an enterprise data model design.  You will help elevate standards across testing, code repository, naming conventions, etc.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage scalable pipelines on Databricks, ensuring robust integration with a Feature Store leveraging online tables for machine learning models.
