Overview  

Electric is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our agile, close-knit design team. You will be integral in shaping user experiences for our SaaS products, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, iterate, and deliver intuitive solutions that solve real-world problems for small business IT users.

Reporting to the Manager, UX Design, we’re seeking someone who thrives in small teams, can wear many hats as a full-stack designer, and is passionate about creating impactful user experiences across research, interaction, and interface design. What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Design: Lead UX efforts across research, interaction design, and UI design, ensuring cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
• Support Scrum Teams: Embed yourself within one or more scrum teams, acting as a key contributor in agile ceremonies and continuously advocating for the user’s perspective.
• Iterate Fast: Be responsive to feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Research & Validate: Leverage research methodologies and user feedback to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring user needs are always at the forefront.
• Evolve Design Systems: Contribute to and help maintain Electric’s design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our product suite.
• Flexible Toolset: Use Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, and Miro for collaborative activities like journey mapping and ideation, with the ability to adopt additional tools to optimize design processes.
• Mentor: Mentor and guide team members when opportunities arise (for Sr. candidates)

Who You Are

• Full-Stack Designer: You bring a well-rounded skill set across UX research, interaction design, UI design, and UX copy. You’re comfortable diving into various aspects of design depending on project needs.
• SaaS Background: You have experience designing for SaaS products, particularly in environments that require understanding both user and technical constraints.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer with a proven ability to deliver successful design solutions.
• A portfolio showcasing thoughtful, end-to-end design solutions, highlighting your ability to create effective user flows, wireframes, and UI designs for SaaS products.
• Strong ability to conceptualize complex user journeys and communicate how an experience will unfold across an end-to-end product.
• Demonstrated success in agile teams, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies, using data to drive decisions and validate design approaches.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and design system best practices, ensuring scalability and consistency across products.
• Knowledge or experience working with AI-related products or a demonstrated passion for learning about AI in UX is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT management solutions for small businesses or a similar domain is preferred.

Overview 

Electric’s Finance Team is seeking a Manager of Accounting to oversee the accounting team and ensure the accuracy and transparency in our financial reporting. Reporting to the Controller, this role will focus on overseeing the company's accounting operations, developing internal control guidelines, and providing financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making.

This is a highly visible and strategic position that has the opportunity to shape cross-functional initiatives, foster collaboration among departments, and deliver impactful financial insights that drive the company's overall success.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial management, demonstrate keen analytical skills, and have a proven track record of leading teams to achieve organizational goals.

What you’ll do 

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Coordinate and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Maintain a cohesive accounting team by recruiting, training, and coaching employees
• Produce financial reports and present findings and recommendations to upper management
• Participate in financial standards setting and forecast process
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide required support

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a mix of Public Accounting and startup or tech environment
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong understanding of accounting theory and financial reporting
• Proficient in Netsuite
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned, Senior Relationship Manager to join our team.  As the primary point of contact, Relationship Managers become adept at understanding customer needs and desires and translating them into specific IT project requirements or support requests. They also will ensure that customers receive the exceptional level of support offered in our managed services program. Additionally, Relationship Managers will develop quarterly roadmaps for their Elevate and Evolve customers. We are committed to training and professional development for Relationship Managers who meet the highest expectations in this critical role.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships with both technical and non-technical points of contact as an expert in understanding their business objectives and challenges
• Manage the full post-sales lifecycle of each of your customers, proactively identifying opportunities for expansions and upsells and negotiating renewals
• Host quarterly business reviews and develop IT Roadmaps tailored to customer needs and goals based on customer tier, producing and providing relevant data to ensure ROI is achieved.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Support to meet customer needs effectively
• Provide expert incident and problem management for high-impact and critical customer issues, ensuring root-cause analysis is conducted and corrective action plan is executed, escalating to your management for support as needed and involving senior leadership when necessary
• Monitor customer health metrics to mitigate risks and ensure customer retention proactively
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Who you are

• 4+ years of Account Management experience, previous MSP experience preferred
• Comfortable with technology—the ability to learn about new solutions and make recommendations within the scope of our supported and recommended software solutions that align with a customer’s goals
• Familiarity with B2B software, business operations, and basic customer-facing rapport-building skills is a must
• History of demonstrated comfort engaging a wide spectrum of customer personas from daily users to C-suite

Overview 

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Systems Engineer to join our company. You will primarily focus on technical analysis, consulting, troubleshooting, and the strategic design of technology systems. You will collaborate closely with our IT teams and our MSP clients, taking the lead on projects and effectively managing complex technology environments. Who you are

• Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar Senior Systems Engineer role, demonstrating a history of successfully delivering complex IT solutions.
• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to excel in a fast-paced client-focused setting.

Overview 

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join Electric. You will be a critical piece of our Finance & Accounting department with an opportunity to grow within the organization. In this position, you will handle all accounting operations within the company, and verify financial records and transactions. You must have keen attention to detail and maintain account balances, financial statements, general ledger, and all reports. You will report to the Accounting Manager, with direct access and the opportunity to work with the Controller.

What you’ll do 

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Netsuite and build and implement internal controls ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy of reporting 
• Perform month-end close activities, including preparation & review of journal entries and reconciliations for various balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Assist in the efforts for the preparation, review and approval of the organization’s financial statements, including financial statement analysis and documentation of meaningful explanations or fluctuations
• Participate in streamlining and process improvement projects to increase efficiencies accounting processes and systems

Who you are

Overview 

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be responsible for a wide variety of analytical and planning tasks including: revenue planning, expense budgeting, capacity planning, forecasting, general financial analysis, as well as directly supporting our internal business units. Most importantly, you will be responsible for maintaining foundational responsibilities of how we develop, communicate, and analyze financial information, becoming part of a trusted advisory team to the entire organization, and building on the trust the organization has in the finance department.

• Partner with the Director of FP&A to lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Manage all budget and forecast updates related to assigned departments in Electric’s financial planning tool, Anaplan
• Conduct thorough variance analysis by comparing actual financial performance to budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, offering actionable insights to drive business decisions
• Develop and maintain complex financial models that evaluate business scenarios and revenue projections to support strategic initiatives
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with senior leaders through an ongoing dialog around their business unit and financial needs
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide insights into business performance, assisting leadership in making informed decisions
• Present financial analyses, findings, and recommendations to senior management, clearly conveying complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and financial reporting for leadership, board meetings, and investors
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and adherence to GAAP standards
• Review and approve vendor spend requests to ensure they are within budget and meet AP guidelines
• Take a leadership role in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing processes, enhancing financial systems, and improving data accuracy.

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in an FP&A role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and knowledge of GAAP standards a plus but not required
• Exhibit superior ownership of responsibilities and delivery of final work product
• Ability to make sound financial & business decisions with demonstrated ability to present complex data in clear, compelling, and summarized formats non-finance professionals

Overview 

Electric’s Engineering team is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us take our software applications to the next level. This role will be part of a collaborative product team that will take ownership of a product domain to deliver features, maintain those features, and improve developer experience in an effort to add value for our customers. The team leverages agile best practices to deliver on the aforementioned goals.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the team, your responsibilities will be to help deliver features in our applications, maintain a high quality of code, collaborate with fellow engineers, and participate in cross-team engineering discussions to help drive best practices on the frontend.
