LE CADRE DU DEVELOPPEMENT FULL-STACK JAVA/ANGULAR

•  Java 10+ (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring JPA, Spring Data, Maven, Gradle), J2EE,Hibernate.
• JavaScript (TypeScript, Angular 6+), SASS, Karma, Jasmine.
• PostgreSQL, DynamoDB. MongoDB, MySQL, MS Server, H2.

Qualifications

De formation Bac+5, d’une École d’Ingénieur ou équivalent, tu es non seulement capable d’apprendre et de réaliser des développements en technologies web innovantes mais aussi de comprendre, débugger et maintenir des bases de code moins récentes.

Tu sais prendre du recul sur tes réalisations et celles de tes collègues, ainsi que proposer et mettre en places des améliorations. La qualité, la robustesse, l’optimisation et les performances, ainsi que la précision de l’interface sont des concepts qui importent pour toi.

La persona incorporada formará parte del equipo de CAU N1 Sistemas & Soporte a usuarios y tendrá como misión realizar tareas de soporte "off-site" de Nivel 0 y 1 a los usuarios de la plataforma corporativa del grupo Mediapro.

Principales tareas a realizar:

Soporte a Usuario:

• Soporte Telefónico y Remoto (Off-Site)
• Gestión de Tickets (Peticiones, Incidencias)
• Herramientas Remotas de Soporte a Usuarios

Gestión de Usuarios en el Directorio Activo:

• Desbloqueo Usuarios/Reseteo de Contraseñas
• Aprovisionamiento de Identidades (altas, bajas, modificaciones)
• Asignación de Permisos.

Sistemas de monitorización: gestión y seguimiento de las alertas de los servicios monitorizados.

Fotocopiadoras / impresoras:

• Configuración a los usuarios de las fotocopiadoras.
• Problemas de impresión.

FTP: Creación y Modificación de cuentas FTP

Soporte Aplicaciones:

• Resolución de dudas
• Actualización de plugins (java, flash, etc.)
• Activación Licencias de O365
• Configuración cuentas de correo en cualquier tipo de dispositivo.

Telefonía móvil (Configuración de terminales móviles IPhone, Android):

• Configuración Inicial
• Configuración Correo corporativo.

WIFI: Apoyo a los usuarios para el acceso a wifi Imagina y Media, tanto portátil, como móvil.

VPN:

• Instalación software VPN (ZScaler)
• Soporte al usuario si no sabe indicar dónde quiere acceder
• Soporte al usuario si no puede acceder (nivel equipo de usuario)

VDI: Soporte al usuario en el acceso y sus funcionalidades

Ubicación: remoto, aunque preferiblemente la persona tiene que ser del ámbito de Barcelona ya que de forma puntual se pueden hacer reuniones de equipo en las oficinas de cliente o en DVT Barcelona.

Horario: por turnos rotativos 7x24x365 (todos los días del año)
La gran mayoría de los turnos son en jornada de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 20:00, pero hay que cubrir las noches, fines de semana y festivos.

Requisitos

- Experiencia mínima: más de 2 años en un puesto similar. Valorable si el servicio prestado ha sido en empresas globales con presencia internacional.

- Idiomas:

• Castellano
• Catalán
• Nivel de Inglés: B1/B2. Nivel requerido para poder dar soporte en dicho idioma a los usuarios que lo requieran (mantener una conversación). (Se valorará haber trabajado en el extranjero).

- Estudios mínimos: Ciclo formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar. Preferiblemente Grado Superior.

As a Sales Executive for Google Cloud at Devoteam, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint across the Nordic region. You will be responsible for:

• Hunting for New Business: Identify and acquire new customers with a focus on medium-sized businesses, generating leads and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Driving Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets, exceeding customer expectations and contributing to Devoteam's continued success.
• Mastering the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.

• You'll be assigned named enterprise accounts within clearly defined and protected territories across the Nordic region.
• Focus industries include Manufacturing, Retail, and Financial Services, with opportunities to expand into other sectors.

• Proven Hunter: Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT project business, with a focus on Google Cloud technologies.
• Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into effective Google Cloud solutions.
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Google Cloud to C-level executives.
