• AWS & Terraform: Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.

• Utilizing web-based tools to process payments for clients that utilize outsourced A/P functions
• Generating monthly or quarterly reporting dashboards for clients
• Responding to client inquiries for information about transactions and assisting them with minor technical issues in the stack of technology we’ve designed for them

• Provide training to clients on the various systems they use as needed
• Perform reviews with the client periodically to make sure our services are aligned with their goals and needs

Responsibilities:

1. Data Pipeline Development:
   • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and loading data from various sources.
   • Utilize SSIS to create and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for seamless data integration.
2. Data Modeling and Architecture:
   • Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and implement efficient data models.
   • Ensure data architecture and models support business needs and are scalable for future growth.
3. SSIS Expertise:
   • Demonstrate expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for building and managing ETL processes.
   • Optimize and troubleshoot SSIS packages for performance and reliability.
4. Data Quality and Governance:
   • Implement data quality checks and validations within ETL processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.
   • Adhere to data governance and compliance standards, ensuring data integrity and security.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

Requirements:

• AWS: S3, Lambda, EMR, SMS, SQS, and additional services related to data infrastructure
• Terraform

• Data Lake, Warehouse, Lakehouse architecture and design

ROLE: Tester
LOCATION: 2 Days a Week - Manchester (UK)
CLEARANCE: Holds SC Clearance

As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for writing, debugging and refactoring test code. You will work closely with our software developers to reach a common understanding of the code base and test coverage at unit level. You will collaborate with analysts to make sure the required business scenarios are covered in the acceptance and test scripts. You will also work on both functional and non-functional areas of an application. coach and mentor testers.

• JMeter for load tests
• Selenium/Web Driver for end to end testing
• Fiddler, Burp and Developer Tools to analyse packets
• SOAP UI for API inspection

• Dynatrace for application monitoring
• Azure for most of our infrastructure
• Postgres and Redis as our databases.
• Macs to do all of the above
• In addition, we use a range of other technologies and continue to evolve by employing new technologies that help us deliver better services to our users

What are we looking for?

Demonstrable knowledge of business domains and/or systems you tested
A proven track record in defining and implementation of test tooling, test environments and test data required for all phases of testing. Good understanding of test types and concepts
Experience in writing automated testing programs/scripts, ideally in our core technology stack
Experience in load testing tools
Knowledge of REST web services and API inspection tools
Awareness of packet analyzers
Experience in using bug tracking software
Show where you have identified issues and risks associated with work whilst being able to analyse and report test activities and results
Have been exposed to the application of Agile principles in practice
Some experience in design and execution of non-functional test cases in a range of environments
A strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
