About The Role

As the executive assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently coordinate and manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, prioritizing time for strategic tasks, and adjusting schedules based on urgent needs.
  • Email and Communication Management: Monitor and triage high volumes of emails, draft responses on behalf of the executives when appropriate, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, taking meeting minutes, tracking action items, and following up to ensure completion.
  • Marketing and Sales Alignment: Help coordinate activities that align marketing and sales, such as cross-functional meetings or quarterly planning sessions.

Travel and Expense Management

  • Travel Planning: Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other logistics, while managing last-minute changes as needed.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring timely reimbursement and adherence to company policies.

Project and Task Management

  • Project Support: Assist with managing marketing and sales projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and provide support in executing initiatives.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate internal events such as sales meetings and marketing events including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support. Partner with Corporate Events Manager on any large-scale internal events and externally facing events as required.
  • Task Prioritization: Help prioritize and organize daily activities, ensuring executives remain focused on strategic priorities.
  • Efficiency Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in administrative processes to enhance the productivity of the CMO and CRO.

Communication and Coordination

  • Internal Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CMO and CRO and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration across marketing, sales, customer success, and channel teams.
  • External Liaison: Manage relationships with external partners, clients, vendors, or analysts, coordinating communications and meetings as necessary.
  • Information Dissemination: Distribute important information and updates to teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with the latest priorities and directives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives for at least 5 to 7 years.
  • Fluent in English
  • Industry-specific knowledge is a plus.
  • Located in the USA (Central Time Zone)
  • Authorized to Work in the USA.
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver quick, agile, and adaptable support in fast-paced environments.

Pay Disclosure

Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is ($87,000 - $109,000) per year + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.  The salary range may differ in other states and be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.

The Vice President of Offensive Security Services & Research plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction. Description

As the Director of the Customer Success Team your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Do

  • Understand the corporate strategy and direction, and translate high level goals into manager and CSM outputs that are measurable
  • Motiviate, encourage, and inspire the team to act out the Cobalt mission

You Have

  • 7-8 years in Customer Success in a SaaS and/or Services company, with 5+ years experience in Management
  • Leadership experience managing managers
  • 3-5 years experience in the Cyber Security industry
  • Knowledge of pentesting
  • Commercial acumen - successful experience in sales or as a sales manager
  • Demonstrated success in driving change, and organizational transformation.
  • A proven track record of success in leading a Customer Success organization in a smaller (< $100M) privately held company
  • Proven experience managing multiple customer segments, and geographies, in an environment that requires unique, segment specific strategies 
  • Experience with leading scaled/digital customer success teams 
  • Ability to own in quarter, and quarter +1 forecasting at the company level, and a track record of accuracy in forecasting

About The Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team at Cobalt, with a focus on writing and content development. The Head of Research is a senior individual contributor role providing technical security direction and thought leadership to multiple cross-functional groups at Cobalt, including Delivery, Product, and various customer facing teams. This position will report to the Chief Strategy Officer who has responsibility for the CISO, IT, Delivery and the Cobalt Community, as well as work closely with other stakeholders most notably the Head of Product.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical direction and content development for pentesting methodologies
  • Provide technical security practitioner informed input and recommendations to product teams for workflow development and in-platform content.
  • Join go-to-market teams in customer and prospect-facing initiatives in order to both win new business, improve customer loyalty as well as gain valuable market insight for research

Description

The Community Manager plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations of Cobalt Core expert pentesters. The role is a resource for our community members across a broad range of activities, including but not limited to: policy/expectation questions, tactical troubleshooting, program compliance and oversight, payment operations, and performance management discussion support. 

This role will report to the Director of Delivery Operations and foster engagement through regular communications and event organizing. 

What You'll Do

  • Foster engagement and relationship building for the global Cobalt Core Community. Support customer and community events as needed in partnership with Cobalt’s marketing team. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide new offering launches through content hosting in the LMS system (WorkRamp) and enablement planning.
  • Onboarding and account management, including resume review, assessment tracking, background checks, and more.
  • Provide operational support for Pentester payments and budget tracking. 
  • Conduct data gathering and analysis as needed to support Community efforts. 
  • Manage Community engagement activities including remote events, swag, training programs and more. 

You Have

  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity space and/or experience working with highly technical resources

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will apply your financial expertise and analytical skills to support the development and maintenance of robust financial models, create insightful scenarios, and design intuitive dashboards within our FPA tool, Pigment. What You'll Do

  • Financial Systems & Tools:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to oversee the comprehensive administration of Salesforce and related GTM systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting solutions that adapt to evolving business requirements while adhering to Salesforce best practices. This candidate will increase go-to-market effectiveness by streamlining processes and supporting data integrity. This is a remote position for US based employees. 

What You'll Do

  • Translate complex business needs into sound technical solutions that leverage salesforce best practices.
  • Implement Salesforce enhancements, including the creation and optimization of flows, validation rules, approval processes, products/pricing and other automation features.
  • Manage and maintain other elements of the core technology stack, which includes LeanData, Apollo, and SalesLoft.
  • Establish and maintain the integration and data exchange between Salesforce.com and various systems.

Description

This role provides critical support to Cobalt TPMs and Cobalt Core Pentesters by leveraging their technical security expertise. This role is occasionally customer facing. This role will report to the Technical Security Advisor and Head of Cybersecurity Services.

What You'll Do

  • This role will provide technical support for engagement escalations. This includes reviewing logs and assessing historical performance for pentesters involved in engagements with associated escalations. 
  • This role will provide technical support for engagements as needed, such as (but not limited to) infrastructure related activities for various engagement types and logging.
  • This role will conduct regular audits of pentest engagements performed by Cobalt Core, including reviewing findings, updates, and logs.
  • This role will provide technical security enablement for TPMs
  • This role will support our AE/CSM teams with customer related technical questions
  • This role will collaborate with Delivery and Community on guidelines, communications, and enablement for pentesters. 
  • This role will support platform content by developing and improving checklists and report templates.

  • 4+ years professional pentesting experience, must include web app pentesting

The intern will gain hands-on experience in Inbound Marketing and content creation while assisting with various tasks related to our corporate website. The intern will be responsible for executing a provided strategy.

Example tasks include implementing an internal links strategy to enhance SEO and navigation. They will also be involved in content editing or staging, ensuring that our website content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging. The position will also handle the updating of website images, ensuring they are properly compressed and named for optimal website performance.
