At Anaplan, we are looking for an Account Executive to drive sales of Anaplan’s Financial Close Consolidations and Reporting (FCCR) solutions within enterprise accounts across Germany. Reporting directly to our Head of GTM for FCCR, you will work cross-functionally to build customer value and drive new business for Anaplan’s FCCR solutions. You will leverage your proven experience to sell an innovative and highly adaptable solution that supports organizations worldwide in achieving faster, more accurate financial close, consolidations, and reporting processes. In this role, you will be a crucial contributor to Anaplan’s revenue growth, positioning the platform as a transformative tool in financial management.

Your Impact

  • Develop new business for Anaplan’s FCCR solution, targeting existing Anaplan clients and prospects.
  • Qualify and close leads sourced by sales development, marketing, and the other Anaplan Account Executives to build a strong pipeline of active FCCR opportunities.
  • Strategically orchestrate resources both internally and externally to advance the sales process effectively.
  • Collect and report detailed account and opportunity information within the sales force automation (SFA) system, ensuring accurate pipeline and forecast reporting.
  • Cultivate a targeted list of Anaplan customers within a defined territory and engage them in discussions about the FCCR offering, aligning it to their business needs.

Your Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success selling into large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong expertise in the Financial Close Consolidations and Reporting space.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, either directly or through consulting firms (Big 4 preferred).
  • Skilled in consultative selling techniques, including questioning, listening, managing call dynamics, objection handling, and guiding prospects through next steps.
  • Develop and execute account plans that identify FCCR opportunities within an assigned territory and customer base.
  • Partner with the other Account Executives to enhance opportunities and position FCCR within Anaplan’s comprehensive platform.

Preferred Skills

  • Skilled at presenting both in person and virtually, effectively conveying the FCCR value proposition.

Your Impact

  • Lead team of program managers to drive global program excellence for Finance Shared Services, including functions within Procurement, Travel, Credit Cards, Expense Management.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, or equivalent experience plus seven (7) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a sourcing/project management-related occupation.

Seven (7) years of experience should include:

  • Leading global procurement technology-enabled process design and improvement using business excellence techniques, such as design excellence, and collaborating with peers, business stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure strong alignment to deliver elegant, easy-to-use solutions that meet business needs;
  • Knowledge of operational procurement tools to ensure the most efficient Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay suite;
  • Demonstrated Change Management concepts on broad process release;

At Anaplan, we are looking for a Senior COE Architect/Senior Solution Architectwho will serve as akeyplayer in Anaplan’s growth. After learning our revolutionary planning solution, you will support our Global Presales Team in two ways: 1) Supporting Revenue and 2) Increasing Presales Productivity and Scalability.  The COE Architect owns model-building efforts for critical sales opportunities, leads tech architecture discussions, and is an expert on new Anaplan features. Your Impact: 

  • Build domain and industry-specific models in Anaplan, collaborating with presales and solution development teams 
  • Leverage domain (supply chain, finance, or sales) knowledge and technical skills to build and advise on complex proof of concept models that are tailored to solve prospects’ pain points 
  • Model Architecture — design principles, list hierarchies, action/process automation best practices 
  • Model optimization — benchmark model performance (leveraging the Technical Presales team) 
  • Advise on the broader Anaplan Connected Planning ecosystem on how the data hub and other models move data around 
  • Serve as SME for new Anaplan functionality (e.g., Polaris, Plan IQ, Optimizer, Workflow, Cloudworks) 
  • Respond to functional and technical questions on prospect RFPs (Requests for Proposals) explaining how Anaplan works and the value it provides 
  • Prepare models with prospect or customer data to be used during workshops 
  • Quickly learn the latest Anaplan product features and assist in developing training materials for the global presales team 
  • Advise product development by providing feedback and suggest ways to develop future features 
  • Serve as subject matter expert on integration technologies (Cloudworks, Anaplan Connect, APIs) 
  • Lead Anaplan projects to ensure deliverables are met on time and with excellent quality 
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and project planning sessions 
  • Lead sprint reviews and backlog of build requirements 
  • Interface with process experts in Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales lines of business and Solution Consultants to translate requirements into Anaplan models 
  • Provide technical model build direction to project team 
  • Coach and train Presales COE Consultants 

 Your Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, supply chain, data science or a related field 
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and solve complex business challenges 
  • Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of experience in finance, supply chain,and/orsales performance management, with advanced understanding of business processes 
  • SAAS Implementation Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in several SAAS implementation projects as a developerand/orarchitect 
  • Structured Thinking: Ability to think systematically and translate customer challenges into effective Anaplan solutions

At Anaplan, we are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, digitally savvy Marketing Manager to join our German Field Marketing team. This role reports into the Senior Director of Field Marketing, EMEA.  It is responsible for driving marketing programs and paid media across Germany in collaboration with our global web, campaign and paid media teams, and locally in alignment with our Go To Market GTM team. You will help plan, “transcreate”, localise and execute marketing campaigns and programs and work cross-team and cross-functionally to ensure visibility and communication to the German team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • “Transcreate” engaging messaging, content, assets and digital marketing efforts so that they resonate and drive outcomes in the German language where translation is not enough
  • Plan, execute and measure digital marketing programs that position Anaplan as the leader in planning by driving awareness, pipeline and revenue in our target accounts.
  • You will be working closely with the Global Revenue Marketing team and our global agency, collaborating in a global framework and with your peers across the world.
  • This will include website localisation (including the transition to our new AEM platform) and marketing programs that would incorporate tactics like webinars/virtual events, social marketing, SEO/SEM, syndication, email and email nurture.
  • Managing transcreation, translation and local requirements related to campaigns in close collaboration with your internal got to market stakeholders

Anaplan is hiring an ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - SLED. In this role, you will take your proven track record of selling sophisticated technology solutions and account management and sell an incredibly versatile platform. This role will be a catalyst to Anaplan’s continued growth while leading digital transformation. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President (RVP). You may have up to 50 accounts in a defined geographic territory, mostly greenfield accounts with several existing Anaplan customers. This type of territory requires someone to further build our footprint by hunting and locking in new logo accounts as well as rapidly growing opportunities within the current customer base.

Your Impact

  • Engaging with targeted state, local, and higher education enterprise prospects to identify broken business processes and position Anaplan’s unique ability to solve the problem
  • Build Anaplan’s business value throughout the selling engagement. Navigating sophisticated prospect environments to align the prospect around the Anaplan solution
  • Conduct highly effective presentations from Director through SVP and key C-suite level decision makers including CFOs, CROs, and senior leaders in supply chain, workforce, and other business functions
  • Develop customers and own opportunity management start-to-finish across multiple customer targets and functions
  • Apply Anaplan’s value-based selling methodology and tools to run sales processes and accurately forecast business
  • Employ outstanding account leadership skills to identify account expansion opportunities by cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within targeted accounts

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years consultative sales experience into Fortune 2000 companies, ideally in SaaS solutions (but not required)
  • Shown success selling into Vice President / Senior Vice President buyers
  • Track record of overachieving sales quota & targets, including demonstrated history of multiple high six-figure annual contract value (ACV) deals (services and/or software)
  • Demonstrated experience selling into state, local & education accounts
  • Demonstrated understanding of the pressing business challenges faced by higher education and government organizations today
  • Demonstrated network in your industry territory, with a mix of some customers and implementation partnersDemonstrated experience with sophisticated partner & internal team organizations
  • Domain understanding (Supply Chain, FP&A, Workforce Planning & Sales) and knowledge of how these functions plan, process work and make decisions

The Role 

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will typically be the first voice a potential Anaplan client will hear. You will be our first impression; you’ll essentially be the person who matters the most. 

When you connect to your target, you will deliver a message of an easier way to do business, planning, forecasting, modelling and budgeting. The Role 

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will typically be the first voice a potential Anaplan client will hear. You will be our first impression; you’ll essentially be the person who matters the most.

Responsibilities:

You will report to Sr. Director, Academy Global Programs & Tools and work closely within a core instructional design and delivery team, partnering with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Alliances, and Sales Enablement teams to transform raw content into meaningful and effective training solutions. 

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized individual with experience implementing multidimensional platforms. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Stay current with all new Anaplan standard methodologies and software improvements to ensure learning content is kept up to date. 
  • Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts from Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Alliances, and Enablement to define and document learning objectives. 
  • Transform raw source content from SMEs into instructional material, including eLearning courses and classroom training curriculums, designed to optimize learning. 
  • Continually improve training delivery based upon feedback from course participants and mentor team members on feedback received. 
  • Learn unreleased product or program content quickly and be prepared to deliver quality training on release. 
  • Ability to be flexible with modality and time requirements to meet customer needs for training. 
  • Special assignments and other duties not specifically stated may also be assigned. 
  • Work within LMS and instructional design platforms to ensure quality learning experience. 

Job Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in instructional design. 
  • Experience working in instructional design in a high-tech environment. 
  • Experience with Anaplan preferred. 
  • Experience with learning tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and high attention to details. 
  • Passion for learning, teaching, and constant improvement. 
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, learning theories, and instructional methodologies. 
  • Ability to communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner so students can absorb and retain. 
  • Ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multi-dimensional technologies. 
  • Understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound). 
  • Flexibility to prioritize multiple activities simultaneously

Learning Systems Administrator  

The Learning Systems Administrator will partner with enablement team members to assist with daily management of assigned learning applications to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of content to learners. Administrator will serve as a technical consultant to content owners and assist with production and deployment of content as needed.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct and report on results and surveys. 
  • Take initiative to look for ways to improve learner experiences. 
  • Audit and monitor data accuracy within Brainshark. 
  • Modify or update learner progress and grades as needed 
  • Monitor employee/contractor terminations to ensure application access and security is maintained  
  • Produce training reports for employees as requested for tracking and certifications 
  • Act as a consultant, providing best practice insight into all learning tool functionality including creating events, sessions, curricula, evaluations, email notifications, custom reports, standard reports, and uploading content (e-learning modules, materials, videos). 
  • Assist with training sessions for learning technology administrators throughout the organization. 
  • Take initiative to stay current on latest products, system releases, processes, and industry trends. 
  • Demonstrate a positive customer service orientation with employees, partners, customers, and vendors. 

Required Qualifications/Skillsets: 

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience; OR in lieu of degree, 5 years of relevant experience required 
  • Experience working with learning technology (Moodle, Totara, Learning Pool LMS, Brainshark preferred) 
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Ability to support and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously 
  • Comfortable working with business stakeholders 
  • Ability to problem-solve creatively and utilize strong analytical skills in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work in a complex and changing environment independently and within a team; self-motivated

Your Impact: 

  • Create and propose data integration strategies and scripts for REST API, common ETL tools, and Anaplan’s own data movement tools. This includes written material, data flow/Architecture diagrams, and live demonstrations of the relevant capabilities.
  • Create and explain bespoke conceptual reference architectures, dataflows, and process map diagrams. Wire-frame presentation and building skills are required (PowerPoint, Lucid-Chart, or similar).
  • Guide the prospect’s team to an understanding of Anaplan’s SaaS architecture and how it relates to the client’s needs and technology stack, supporting technical validation and security signoff.

 Your Qualifications:

  • Broad knowledge of data integrations, structures, and data flows from on-prem and cloud systems across various industry standards and vendor solutions.
    • SAP S4 HANA
    • REST API integrations andcommonscripting tools (Python, Postman, Batch/Shell, or similar)
