Developing professional and relevant articles.
Writing, editing and producing original content with a main focus on growing audiences and donation.
Supporting the content teams to shape and fulfill the content plan by original news, features, insight and multimedia content.
Online content management, editing, and uploading across websites.
Growing audiences through newsletter, social media and distribution platforms.
Attending weekly team meetings.
Other tasks as assigned by the department manager
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Excellent writing, editing and journalistic skills with ability to produce content in a fast-paced environment.
Studying for or have a University degree in Journalism, Business, Arts, or any programs providing strong English language training or candidates with strong English language skills.
Experience producing and editing original content is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Passionate about creating engaging content on multiple platforms .
Keen to learn, willing to work hard, maintaining productivity and committed to the job.
Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities include:
Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate and enhance performance to improve the productivity of the organization’s volunteers
Oversee a growing team of T&D Coordinators
Attend weekly management meetings, organizational bi-weekly calls and team bi-weekly calls and provide project updates to the Department Manager
Conduct interviews for T&D Department in conjunction with Human Resources
Develop effective and engaging training materials that utilize a variety of media
Research learning and performance software compatible with the non-profit environment and provide solutions for improving existing software as applicable
Conduct follow-up studies on completed training materials to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of the product(s) produced by T&D
Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of ARO in alignment with its values of compassion, empathy, expertise, confidentiality, integrity, enlightenment, courage, and loyalty
Work effectively & efficiently individually and in collaboration as a member of a team
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within training and development, illustration, or relevant field of study
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or equivalent preferred
Effective leadership skills to ensure projects, initiatives or other work functions are performed successfully
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Willingness to mentor and be mentored
Working knowledge with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
Working knowledge of Zoom meetings, Slack and Asana preferred
Adept with a variety of multimedia training tools and methods
Ability to design and implement effective training and development materials
Must be available to volunteer 10-15 hours a week

Responsibilities And What You Will Do:
Design creative digital marketing strategies that span various platforms like social media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and advertising.
Design and create campaigns that drive growth and enhance brand visibility
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, using data to optimize results and achieve set targets
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
Work closely with Senior Leadership and team members to create marketing campaigns and assign tasks accordingly to carry out implementation
Ensure all tasks are assigned due dates and are met by team members. Follow up accordingly if past due.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to maximize digital marketing opportunities (if applicable)
Attend company and department meetings (if applicable)

Provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and support staff
Work in collaboration with the On & Offboarding Manager and HR Management
Oversee a team of volunteers working in Onboarding and Offboarding
Develops new strategies and programs to streamline the onboarding and offboarding process
Ensure all necessary documentation is recorded for new volunteers
Work with the offboarding team to remove inactive volunteers from all platforms
Communicate with managers in other departments about new team members
Work closely with recruiting the manager and other HR Supervisors to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate global-level initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
The Fundraising Supervisor will assist the manager in designing and planning initiatives to create events and opportunities to raise money for ARO’s programs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assists in overseeing a team of fundraising coordinators
Hires and trains fundraising staff.
Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of fundraising staff.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Research opportunities that could be appropriate partnerships for ARO.
Creates connections with similar organizations or individuals who are able to help our cause.
Conducts outreach to those mentioned above.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Identifies the audience, including new and potential clients and members; develops a communication strategy and “voice” appropriate for reaching that audience.
Develops and implements a long-term plan to communicate the company’s mission statement internally and externally.
Promotes community events involving the company.
Oversees and organizes fundraising activities.
Drafts and distributes materials to promote fundraising efforts.
Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines related to fundraising.
Performs other duties as assigned
